We had a phenomenal experience with Tile Center! Frank oversaw our project (complete overhaul of a formerly dark and dingy small master bath) and was SO hands-on. He helped us make product selections (we have no design sense haha) and his suggestions were spot on. The contractors working on the individual aspects of the project were all skilled, courteous, and punctual. They did a wonderful job. Frank kept us informed every step of the way, frequently texting/calling to chat and stopping by to check on progress. Before and after photos attached- look how gorgeous it is now! I cant say enough positive things about our experience with Tile Center. Due to some water damage, we needed our shower and connected stand alone tub completely redone. From a previous job, I was a bit skittish about starting a new project. From the moment we walked through Tile Centers doors, Frank took care of our every need. The Tile Center did an incredible job with my bathroom remodel. I attended a complimentary seminar on remodeling that was given by Tushar Irani. He did such a thorough presentation that I decided to meet with him to see what would be involved in remodeling my bathroom. He was a complete professional during the design process and provided assistance and guidance as needed but let me lead the planning based on my needs and style. I got a competitive quote and the pricing was similar but Tushar put in the time and really helped me understand everything about their process. The other company was more vague. The seminar was an excellent tool that assisted in this process as well.They completed the job at the agreed price and in a timely manner. All of the workers were respectful of my home, time and were excellent communicating next steps. I am in love with my new bathroom and would highly recommend Tushar and his team for your next project.

Seminar for bathroom remodeling is very good, they talk about what to expect in this type of projects, budget, whats trending and a lot of pictures of jobs they did. They show everything with a big projector. Definitely I will recommend it to anybody thinking about remodeling at home, also they have one for kitchen remodeling as well.

We selected Tile Center for our bathroom remodel because we liked the quality of materials and professionalism My husband also attended the information seminar. We knew they had been in business in their current location for quite some time and had many satisfied customers in the community. We contracted for our remodel very early Mar and then CoVid shutdown everything right after after that. Frank stayed in touch to assure us that Tile Center would be there for us when WE were comfortable with commencement of the work and within CDC safety and local Montgomery County reopening guidelines. Our bathroom is finally completed and turned out beautifully thanks to the Tile Center team of Frank who managed the project perfectly and Thomas, Val and Carlos who came everyday like clockwork to get it done on schedule. In 2014, after considering several other options, my husband and I chose Tushar and his team at the Tile Center to install new (roll) vinyl flooring in our den, kitchen, foyer and hallway, and to renovate our kitchen and bathrooms. We were very happy with the job they did at the time, and still are. I called him in 2021 because the vinyl flooring at my desk area had a rip in it and the layers of the flooring had de-laminated due to my rolling desk chair (which apparently is not covered under the manufacturers warranty - oops). At no additional cost to us, Tushar sent Miguel out to fix my flooring problem using leftover flooring we had kept since the installation. Miguel did an excellent, meticulous, time-consuming patch and glue repair to the flooring, which I cannot see as different from the rest of the flooring. (I now have a chair mat.) Bravo to the Tile Center for going above and beyond to help out a customer!

I had a great time working with the tile center. Joe, who was in charge of the bathrooms, was very helpful throughout the entire process. Although I chose most of the detailing in the bathrooms, Joes input and suggestions on what would fit better truly helped the bathroom come together. His crew was very thorough, worked with great care, and were all very kind. If I had any questions or concerns, Joe would respond very fast and I felt like his number one priority. Overall I am very pleased with how my bathrooms turned out and will most likely return to the Tile Center for other projects.

My wife and I decided to update the floors in our house and were very fortunate to have found Frank Merrikh at The Tile Center. We visited several stores in our search for the “perfect” floor to complement our modern kitchen. I wish I could add extra stars to this review (and Tushar Irani). I’ve wanted to remodel my two full bathrooms for years ! This place is a gem. Highly recommend them. They did a great job on our initial remodel over 2 years ago. We wanted to make some adjustments to the shower head and they sent someone out a plumber the same week and said that there was no charge. He did a great job and went above and beyond.

We recently used Tile Center to refurbish our foyer and powder room and were satisfied. From the materials selection process through final installation, Tile Center workers and managers were always on time, always courteous, and very skilled. The quality of materials from the tile to the vanity are all very fine, and the finished work so improves our home. Tile Center is run by pros, and we will use the company again.

Our 23 years old bathroom fell apart and was out of date. Manager Frank did an excellent job of coordinating with his very friendly crew who worked very hard to make the new bathroom very beautiful. They were patient with any design changes within a reasonable parameter that arose when we realized something would not work right or look good. The material they have in the store gives customers a wide array of choices and is beautiful. They are good about communication by different methods and keeping up when some issues arose and coming quick enough to fix things.

We had a master bath remodeled by the Tile Center a year ago and were so impressed with the job that we returned to them for a new kitchen floor and back splash, as well to install new tiling for our basement shower. We consulted extensively with our go-to expert, Frank, who guided us through everything, as it was a challenge to pair kitchen floor tile and back splash with the Tudor style of our home and the existing cabinets and counter top. Franks sense of style and thorough knowledge of the stone products he sells saw us through some tough trade-offs, and he went the extra mile to secure the tile we selected. As expected, both jobs were perfection, and they were even able to expand the basement shower (an unexpected bonus)! IWe did a full remodelling of our kitchen with the Tile Center help and we ended up very happy with the results. They inspired and assisted us with big ideas as well as small details. The outcome was a an aesthetically pleasing new kitchen with lots of practical distribution of the cabinets, with the right overhang to provide space for quick breakfast in the mornings, and many other details. They provided a wide range of backsplash options that completed the look of the kitchen.

My wife and I were looking to upgrade to granite countertops in our kitchen. When we met with Zia he suggested that Quartz might be a better choice to fit our needs and budget. Tile Center has performed two home improvement projects for us. The first job they performed was a complete remodel of our master bathroom. This was a comprehensive job, and included replacement and relocation of the shower and toilet. It also included the addition of a new closet, new cabinets, and a make-up counter. Tile Center recently completed a second, albeit smaller job for us: replacement of the floor and sink in our laundry room.We are very satisfied with the results of both projects. We had used Tile Center years ago to remove and retile our foyer and powder room. We just completed a six week remodel of both of our full bathrooms. Everything went smoothly and all of the different trades people were great to work with. They took extreme care in prepping the floors with construction paper to prevent damage and they cleaned and vacuumed the entire work area after each day to ensure that the area was clean. We made a few modifications to our original plan but Joe Rasul, our coordinator, was very accommodating and helped get things done. Joe kept us informed of the work schedule and who to expect what day. I highly recommend Tile Center.

Mr. Irani is an Architect and has great knowledge in the subject matter and took us through step-by-step all the detail aspects of Cabinets, Counter tops and Flooring; all organized in a comfortable setting. The presentation was performed on a large projected screen, which provided an in-depth understanding of the contents.Thanks very much.

The Tile Center did a complete remodel of our master bath that took longer than we had thought, but the result was worth it. The experience was top notch from beginning to end. Tushar was our designer and project manager. It was excellent to work with him and all the installers that worked on our master bath. Tushar designed a fabulous bathroom and guided us through selection of materials that matched our desired. Tushar was very patience, and was always accommodating for our changes and needs. The installers were kind, considerate and very professional. We have a beautiful and relaxing space, and we highly recommend the Tile Center and Tushar. In fact we are having them do additional work in our home, a redo of the powder room. Make sure you attend one of their remodeling seminars, they are very informative.

5 years ago, I walked into the Tile Center located on Lindbergh Drive, Gaithersburg, and will never regret it. I was assisted by Tushar Irani, who helped me select porcelain tile for my house. He stayed with the project from start to finish and ensured that everything was to my husbands and my satisfaction.Recently one of the tiles in the kitchen was accidentally damaged. I called Tushar to see what could be done. Without hesitation he said it would be taken care of. Within a week the damaged tile was replaced and the floor looks as good as new!!

Not only does the Tile Center offer many high-quality and beautiful products, but it also offers superb customer service! We have especially benefited from Tushar Iranis expert guidance and Yusuf Rasuls integrity and kindness. We got our new kitchen floor here several years ago, and weve come back recently for a bathroom renovation -- I can say both projects produced gorgeous results.

I had my master bathroom remodeled. Farzin (Frank) was great to work with. Tile Center had all of the materials I wanted. Farzin was very responsive. I emailed him almost every day and he responded within hours. When one of the workers tiled the bottom in the wrong pattern, Farzin was quick to reassure me it will be fixed to the way I wanted it and it was. I also asked for custom materials that Farzin was able to find for me. The price he gave me stayed the same the whole time. The whole process took 2.5 weeks. I would definitely use them again for my other bathroom or kitchen. I would highly recommend. Out of 3 quotes I got, they were the best price.
