Horrible experience. One associate followed me from the front of the store all the way to the back and then after I made my purchase she asked to look in my bag. Not to mention I was bombarded at the entrance by 3 associates. Felt like a common criminal and will no longer shop there. No 6 feet or care for personal shopping experience.

This store has definitely changed over the years. Lack of engery, maybr because lakeforest is slowing closing all its stores and their numbers are going down. The employees do not say hello to certain customers, they don’t even tell you what new deals they have unless you ask BBW is expensive at the least. learn customer service.
