Greeted and serviced in a very professional manner. I was informed and showed the manufacturers recommendations and told about services that I did not need at this time. I would indeed revisit.

The manager remembers me and gives me time to make decisions. He is very respectful – when I was on the phone, he gave me time to finish my conversation instead of insisting that I drop the call to talk to him. The job is done quickly. I love how they keep better records on my car maintenance than I do!

Excellent service, friendly staff and informative customer service representative. Was honest about what needed fixing now and what could wait and the timeline i could wait. That’s hard to find when it’s so easy for the auto industry to try and up sell you, especially as a female.

The staff and mechanics were very professional and polite. However I requested for a regular transmission fluid and filter change and not a flush, I was not informed that they did a flush after everything was done. I also did not get a receipt, I was told I would get it electronically. I even called back after not receiving it. I am new to the area and saw the positive reviews, but I will not be returning nor will I be bringing my other vehicles here to get serviced.

Customer service is non existence at this location. Went to location out of convenience because I did not wanted to drive all the way to Germantown. Got here there was no line, they put my car in the bay as soon as I got there. Then started inspecting the vehicle and suddenly took a coffebreak, all of them. I waited about 20 minutes after they started working in my vehicle for someone to come and brief me on the recommend service. Oil Change and coolant flush. Representatives indicate that it will take about 25 minutes, and I agreed. Oil was changed then the technician stepped out and my car was left on the bay for another 20 minutes after the oil change and then took it to the back for the coolant flush. End of this story I was at this location for a little over 2 hours for a service that basically takes less than 30 minutes at any other location. Next time I will drive the extra 30 minutes to the Germantown location.

My car definitely drove differently after this oil change and flush. The guys at the Jiffy Lube were very professional in their tone of voice and very respectful in their use of sir, while addressing me, they made me feel very special, and they were very polite and cordial in explaining to me what each of their product and services stood for. I dont know much about cars, so they explained to me that the oil I needed was Synthetic rather than ordinary, or blend They also explained to me the need to have my car flushed of the old dark oil, which could be costing me more fuel usage and indicates other issues going on with my engine. Although I had to pay more than i originally budgeted for this oil change, what I payed turned out to worth the oil change because I like the feel of my drive now.

Very Poor customer service and unprofessional. I never comeback to this shop at Gaithersburg, When I explained my problem, unfortunately they did not care at all and kept me waiting a long time.I have been a customer of jiffy lube for about 4 years and every time I go to other jiffylube at Frederick rd Rockville, they do my job properly and they are very polite, but this time one of the employees in this shop (Gaithersburg) did not treat me politely and kept me there for a long time and after I was there for 15 minutes they told me that we can not do your job here, but I asked first and they told me that we will do your job here .

I went to this store to change my car oil plus transmission oil change, they’re charged $207.34 . I says I have $207 cash but the manager says to me u have to pay .34 cent from your credit card not say sorry. Im very upset and I paid.34 cent from my credit card. I always go there but I’m no more there 🥲🥲🥲🥲 this is very bad service to me.

I stopped in to have my fluids topped off. Everyone was friendly and professional. The tech completed the tasks and I was on my way in a short amount of time. This should last me until my next scheduled oil change.

I always use the Gaithersburg location even after I moved a little further north a little over a year ago and have a few locations that are closer to me. They are always very professional. It is a very pleasant vibe. I highly recommend this location.

Everyone from the beginning to end of my visit was great. They were friendly, they showed me my dirty air filters when they asked if I wanted them changed out, they decided not to rotate my tires based on the better tread in the back tire, and they vacuumed my interior. I was totally impressed and I will definitely return next time I need an oil change!

They mailed me a coupon towards my next oil change, then after I was serviced they suggested a tire rotation and an air filter replacement. It took less than 20 minutes. Everything was just overall fast, and under $70. They made me feel at home too. Im sorry for anyone who has ever had a bad experience but this is the spot.

Horrible service. Went for an oil change and paid for filters and 1 or 2 other items. My maintenance light came on a day later which I had to go back and have them fix. They turned it off but refused to say why it came on in the first place. Now about a week later my AC which worked very well before I went there is barely pushing out air. I went back to tell them something wasnt right and they wanted me to pay for them to diagnose and fix the issue that wasnt an issue before going there.NEVER USE THIS PLACE. They will break things then charge you to fix them.

I went to have my oil changed and watched as the technician top off my oil instead of draining it from the vehicle. Shameful

Techs are very professional. There was a problem with the oil filter cap on my car where it had ben torqued down too tight. Cesar reviewed the issue, saying we changed the oil and when you get a new cap, we will complete the service. He was very professional, courteous and informative, he is an excellent representative for Jiffy Lube and this location.

Have been going to this establishment for a few years. Out of many visits to the business both my cars have left with great issues after service. Last service was wonderful though. Great crew service my vehicle. In and out in 15 minutes.

After I took it for service and a broken brake light, $300 later and now none of my brake lights work and the malfunction indicator light is on. When I called to tell them that, they said to take it to a mechanic to get the electrical checked out.

Jorge and Kevin are amazing workers. I was very nicely greeted by Kevin when I got there and Jorge was the technician that took care of what my car needed. While there were more things that needed to be taken care of which made it more expensive, Jorge explained to me in thorough detail what had to be done and why. The whole crew there is outstanding and work very hard to give a great service that you really cant get anywhere else. I am very pleased and satisfied with the service I have everytime I go to them. My car is running better than when I got it and I got the car when it was under 100 miles.

Didnt perform full courtesy service. Lied on receipt saying no oil on dipstick.lol. so how was that. But you drained oil,changed it, checked it. With the same dipstick?

This was the best customer service I’ve experienced at any oil change location, not just at a Jiffy Lube. It was raining outside, and I had my 5 year old kid in the back. I was greeted with an umbrella, which was welcomed as I’d forgotten mine. Everyone was very friendly, from the mechanics to the office staff. They weren’t pushy, like other locations. By that I mean, they asked if I wanted a radiator flush and new air filters. I said no and that was it. No guilt trips. Also, super welcomed. I’ll be going here from now on. A local gem for sure.

I 💕 this place. They help me all the time. Once I had a mouse in the air filter of my car and I couldn’t tell why my car smelled so bad. They helped with my son’s old car, when the trunk wouldn’t shut, but he didn’t want to pay to get it fixed. They’ve filled up my tires for free when we had to go to MI the next day and they are SO NICE to me!!! Thanks!!!

5 stars all the way. I was greeted with a smiling face as soon as I pulled up. I havent been there in a little while and my service rep knew me right away. He even congratulated me on getting a new car. Fast, friendly, convenient service. I was in and out in less than an hour, which I was quoted longer wait times from other locations. From check in to check out, I received excellent service.

It was Sunday morning, all of the employees were working in a good mood and polite. They spent only 25min to have my oil changed and break light replaced. Thank you so much Jiffy Lube! Fair price, great service, and amazing staff!

Have been bringing my two cars to this jiffy for over two years. No complaints here, always very friendly and courteous. They remodeled the waiting area which is great. They have coffee tea and water for free. Prices are reasonable and their work are time efficient. Always cool to be attended the manager, Jorge. He is always friendly and knowledgeable and is willing to work with you on all the services your vehicle needs. Make sure you take coupons, they dont frown at you for that and actually are happy to help you out with the price which is great. I recommend this place.

I am working away from home and needed an oil change. I arrived at Jiffy Lube and found everyone very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff’s friendliness. I expected it to take at least an hour to change my oil. They had me out and back on the road in under 30 minutes. That’s really good service. I usually don’t write reviews, but my car’s overdue oil change brought me to Jiffy lube on N. Frederick Ave. I stopped using Jiffy Lube a while back because their prices were not very competitive.I was helped by a very petite and pleasant lady by the name of Diane! Diane’s suggestions were very genuine and she took the time to explain things, and made me see/understand why she made the recommendations that she made. She kept a very calm but very professional and genuine demeanor... I think we need more women like Diane at Jiffy lube‼️👏👏👏

Do not come to this jiffy lube, I am a young female and I was taken advantage of their workers in their pyramid scheme. First the young male came up to me he was nice as ever, I tell him I’m just looking for an oil change and a new oil filter, but that was not the case. at the time I did not know a lot about cars but he started naming things like a new air filter, changing my coolant fluids, topping off your differential fluid, and more. What I didn’t know is that I didn’t need any of that. I thought everything was okay for the first 2000 miles since I got the synthetic-blend oil that was supposed to last about 5000 miles. I hit 119k miles in my jeep and I heard a terrible knock. Next thing you know, rod knock hits and there is a hole in my engine block and my camshaft is probably gone but I haven’t checked it yet, I figured those so-called ‘mechanics’ put no oil in my oil pan or didn’t do a proper oil change. I pull the dipstick out and it’s bone dry. There was nothing done to my differentials or coolant. I spent 477 dollars just to have a blown engine that will cost me 5000 dollars to fix since it is an older model Jeep Wrangler. Be careful if you are a younger female trying to get a steal on a fake oil change. Jiffy lube owes me a new engine or a refund because I am tired of getting scammed. I definitely do take partial fault for trusting these people and not knowing what I needed or what I didn’t need, but in reality they’re getting themselves into more trouble by scheming people out of their money.

It was perfect and excellent service. Although I was scared that on my inspection sheet they said they check my tire pressures but 2 of them were filled at 80 PSI and if my car didn’t have the tire pressure monitor I wouldn’t have noticed it. Other than that. Excellent work

I stopped in after work for an oil change was in and out in less than an hour. Both Cesar and Joshua were great and apologized twice for my wait ( I didnt think it was bad). I am sure everyone else who worked on my car were great too I just didnt have any interaction with them. Thanks for the great service!

Yet another experience where these guys ripped off someone who looked like they didn’t know much about cars. You’ve heard it before; went in for “just an oil change” and somehow walked out with hundreds of dollars owed for services I didn’t need, ask for, consent to, or quite probably even receive. And to make matters worse, after I’d dusted off my pride for falling for such a scam, few days later my power steering fluid was practically empty. They tried to fix it quietly under the table, but I pushed and got a receipt and will be taking it to a proper mechanic for assessment. Read the rest of the 1 star reviews folks. Don’t go here if you’re not prepared to fight for reliable, honest services at a fair price, or you’ll be out half a grand for shoddy work.

I have been coming here for years. Jorge is one of the best workers I have been around. His Customer Service was amazing and he treats people professionally and with respect. As a Veteran, he treated me with so much respect and helped out with wisdom and knowledge on the process at Jiffy Lupe. He promoted the company as a really good company. This guy should be training managers in leadership because he is really good. I heard from 7 other people that go there and say Jorge took really good care of them. He is a real people person and actually cares for the work being done on the car. He leads by example and you would think he was the owner the way he conducts himself.

Love the service! Very punctual, courteous and highly efficient staff! I get my oil change done here routinely as it’s close to work for me, and they are top-notch! Jorge, the store manager, is so pleasant to talk to and very approachable, and treats customers with respect and friendliness, and I think that makes a world of a difference. I fully recommend them.

The staff was extremely friendly. The waiting room has been redone since I had been there last and is nicely done with comfy seats and hot coffee. Didnt have just the oil changed this time... needed tires rotated and engine flushed, it also turned out I needed a belt replaced and the staff was very happy to show me and explain what needed to be replaced and why. It never felt pushy or like they were trying to get over on me. They also let me know that there were some online coupons I should look up to save me money!!

I am a volunteer driver with the all volunteer nonprofit Gaithersburg HELP. While taking a rider to her medical appointment I noticed that my engine oil warning light was on. Unfortunately I was overdue for my 60,000 warranty service and did not have time to the go to the dealer. So after dropping off my rider, I found the closest Jiffy lube.They were very helpful and checked my vehicle thoroughly. They offered other service options in addition to the oil change, but since I did not have time to wait very long, I just opted for the quick ones (oil change, air filter, wiper blades) and declined the others. They were very understanding. did not pressure me, and completed the services in about 15 minutes.

Great customer service and fast service. Knowledge employees offering great advice. There were so friendly and applied my coupon that I had to the bill.

I asked them to fix my air conditioning. A few minutes later, they told me: Your système is fine. You just need to set you dial! They saved me 200 dollars just like that. They vacuum your car and give you good coffee in addition to checking you lights and windshield wipers They don’t just do oil change they take it to the next level. I strongly recommend these folks.

Was able to get an oil change and some filters changed. They tell you and recommended service and let you know if there are any you can defer to your next visit. I did did not feel pressured. Bonus that they top off fluids and they vacuum your floor.

This was my second time at this location. The manager and staff are always helpful and very courteous. They do a great job of letting you know about your vehicle recommendations. And I also love the fact that they vacuum your car for you as well.

I dread taking my car for an oil change. My husband is the one that takes it most of the time. Except when hes deployed or doing some sort of training. Its the first I went to this specific location and I dont think theres enough I can say to explain how amazing these people are. The level of customer service is beyond excellent. I was there with my 2 year old in a stroller and they were so accommodating. Its not just one person they are all so extremely nice, and my car was done in less than 15 minutes. They are very thorough and explain everything with such pacience.Overall this Jiffy Lube location is outstanding.
