Went there for tire installation which i purchased online. They were attentive and very professional. They were finished in a timely manner. Overall great experience.

Arrived for a car inspection for Maryland. Very through and diligent. This process took three hours. I walked to and fro after dropping it off at the location. While I was not full pleased with the finding that must be replaced before I can obtain my clearance to register my vehicle, the service is good. Constantly a group of people come to the location for service to travel, direction, and car service.

Staff was excellent. Warm greeting, immediate assistance/assignment to appropriate individual. Thorough review of request w insightful questions for input resulting in multiple results. Individual went the Xtra mile - took time to make sure travel issues were reflected and in the end all worked.VERY PROFESSIONAL

Steve is super knowledgeable and ultra responsive. His work is very quality and reasonable. A truly rare combination. I would not go anywhere else for auto body and painting. IMO completely trustworthy

I was having a major issue with my vehicle last Friday night right before the store was about to close. They kept the store open until I arrived and were able to schedule me for an appointment the following day. They didnt make any expectations that the vehicle would be ready by the end of the day because they were squeezing me in. Fortunately, they were able to fix my vehicle right before the closed again on Saturday. The professionalism and care of everyone who works here always surpasses my expectation.

They do a good job taking care of your vehicle. They gave me an honest assessment of what I needed and what could wait. I asked if there were any additional discount available and they took another $60-bucks off of my bill.

I normally love the services that AAA offer, however Im not liking my experience with them this time around as the response time was excessive causing me to obtain service elsewhere, i.e., I needed car insurance promptly as I couldnt take possession of the new used car I bought without it being insured. I went online to get a free quote & was told an agent would call me. Three weeks later I called the location closest to my residence to inquire about auto insurance being available at this location (yes) & did I need an appointment or could I just walk in (need an appointment).As the car insurance I got was rather pricey, a payment is due again, & I want to get the AAA membership as I travel by myself constantly & want to help to be just a phone call away no matter where I am should the car break down or I get a flat, Im going to forget about this one bad experience with them and just walk in & see how it goes.

Great service from Jordan! I had needles in my tire and of course got flat tire, he gave me options to fix the tire or just replace it which was very thoughtful. All work took only 20 min and I was ready to go. He was very friendly and professional. Thank you Jordan!

I really love this place. I dont feel like I am being ripped off like some other garages. They dont tell me that I need to fix this or that to pass inspection and when they do need to fix something, it is reasonable priced. I have interacted a couple of times with Will at the front desk and he is amazing. They should give him a promotion.

I use AAA Gaithersburg title services in May 2021. I called ahead to ask about what doccument do I need to bring.Some document needed to be notarized, which they did on the spot free of charge to AAA members.They charge the same rate fees as MVA, plus extra $40 fees for the titling +15 MVA computer usage fee.Tommy and Tony helped me get the title transfered in under 45 mins.The best thing was I left with a real MD metal license plates, with 30 days sticker to get the car inspect.They have inspection in house too, but the scheduling conflicts made me take the care to a garage near my house.Two days later I went back to AAA to get the 2 year sticker and thats it. Additional fee for this as you would have to pay MVA +$20.One week after that I got MD title in the mail.Worth the time and the convenient of not having to go to MVA during Covid outbreak.Highly recommend. Call to consult about your case so you know what document to bring.

We really appreciate being a AAA member but its unacceptable that this shop represents them so poorly. Unfortunately, this shop is a joke and we will not be bringing any of our vehicles there for service. For starters, the transmission pan needed replacement and all the fluid gushed out because of a near accident in poor driving conditions.I spoke to them and notified them what was wrong and even had roadside assistance diagnose the issue but, instead we wait only to receive a call telling us exactly what I had explained earlier. Granted, the front desk staff may have felt like the car needed to come out of the shop repaired ASAP but, it WASNT completely repaired.I understand it may have been safe to drive, but, the mechanic, whoever it was, managed to miss a huge misalignment with our front left wheel which was the one that had the impact as well as the back. You dont rush to get a vehicle out just because the shop is about to close and you want to get out, thats someones life on the line driving that car if isnt fully repaired and in this case its my wifes which I dont play games with.Get the punch line though... we already paid a lumpy sum for the repair assuming everything was completely repaired and diagnosed with no issues. Nope, the test drive is a short little loop in an extremely small parking lot. After seeing that we get the key and my wife begins driving and notices squealing as she turns the wheel because of alignment they completely missed. They tell us the car might be a little noisy because of the new tires however, obnoxious squeeling wasnt accounted for when they called us saying the car was supposedly ready.Now we have to call them because when they changed the tires, we should have one back in our trunk but, they forgot for the second time in a row this has happened when changing out tires. Which I hope they didnt toss because the tire is still brand new.The good news is that our car is finally out of their so it wont be returning for service there, ever. Im sorry, you can respond with a comment about contacting us to change our experience or make ends meet because, there isnt any amending with this terrible experience and we dont want to hear from them unless its to inform us you still have have a brand new tire you didnt return to us with.Since this is a review, I would recommend anyone review other shops instead of wasting your time and blowing your money off here.

I had a tire resolved after getting a flat. I was maybe there 30 minutes, and the work took 15 minutes.Also everyone was nice and very careful in regards to covid.

Lots of issues, very dishonest service. My wife and I have been member of AAA for 26 years, each.Two managers at the shop, Tony, and Justino. Owner of the vehicle is me and my wife, Melissa.My truck was towed to this place by AAA for repairs. Apparently the battery needed to be replaced, the AAA shop replaced it, and the wiring connection from the starter to the battery. Because the battery AAA replaced that was sold by AAA was under warranty and guaranteed by AAA, I followed up to be sure that we arent paying for a covered product.Called, and told the manager, Tony, they replaced an AAA battery, thus we shouldnt have been charged for it. Tony said it wasnt an AAA battery, we said it has an AAA sticker on the battery, he said just because it has AAA sticker on the battery does not mean its an AAA battery. We said we have the picture of the old battery. (My wife took pix of it before it was towed away).Readers: it makes no functional sense for us to replace a guaranteed AAA battery that is under warranty with another battery that is non AAA. Then have that battery die out and towed to AAA to be replaced and then mysterious disappear... We will find a way to upload the invoice and original receipt to this review.Continuing on the phone, told Tony we had a receipt that the battery is under warranty, he said to bring in the receipt, then they will issue the refund. Went back to the store with the receipt, AAA changed their mind and refused to refund us. Employee told us to come back and talk with the manager, since both managers werent on duty.At the store, we showed the employee photos of our old battery. They looked for our battery and couldnt find it at the shop. Told us to return at another time...Visited the place again for the third time. Manager, Justino, refused to issue a refund, told us (me and my wife) to contact the AAA company that installed the battery. We said we got the battery from AAA, but Justino said we didnt get it from them. We said if we buy something from Target and we want to return it, we can return it to any Target stores, etc.Then the manager said the warranty or refund only applies to the original owner, we said we are and showed the receipt. Then she proceeded to look for a very fine line on the invoice that said if the connection wasnt hooked up properly, AAA isnt liable. I said that she has lied to us in the past, and asked for the test results to show that the battery has failed as she has stated. The invoice showed that the battery has been tested. She said she doesnt have the test result, and there is no test for the connection. We told the manager that we wanted to get refunded, Justino said that they dont do refunds here. What the heck... She told us at the beginning to return with the receipt for a refund...Tony and Justino has lied and changed their story multiple times throughout the entire encounter. Saying that AAA will do refund then refused to.A real disappointment, and Tony and Justino has tarnished the reputation of AAA as being a place that can be trusted to provided excellent and very honest customer service. I would give this place a zero star if I could.We called AAA customer service, and the rep said that we will hear back from the manager the next day. We didnt... So we called the manager, Justino anyway... 7 days later. We asked if she has heard from AAA, she said it takes ten days for the manager to respond... then she said, ok we will refund you if you have the receipt from AAA, but because you do not, you will only receive a prorated refund. We explained that we do have the receipt... Finally, she said, to sent it, and that she will give us a refund.. I said why didnt you copy the receipt when you had the chance... We asked for an e mail confirmation.. she sent it...AAA is a pain in the neck... I will cancel my membership, and encourage others in our family to do so, and switch to something else with far better and more honest service...Check yelp, and decide for yourself...Go somewhere else...

My car is a 2010 SUV with well over 130K miles. Every time I’ve had to go in for maintenance or repairs, they’ve treated me fairly and they all are always so kind. One of the guys that works there (sorry forgot his name) even recognized my voice over the phone. They are always so patient when I have Question after question and ask for explanations just so I’m clear on what’s happening.

First time so far so good work hasnt been done wil keep everyone posted. Positive or Negative after completing.

Luigi was so kind today, all the tire sensors were going off. He stopped what he was doing and checked my tires/adjusted the air. I feel so relieved! I’m so happy with AAA!!

The AAA Gaithersburg Car Care Center service rep. gave me a detailed printed quote to replace some brake parts. The AAA quote was significantly less than the dealership quote. The shop was clean and the techs appeared professional, so I made an appointment. The car was ready when promised. The brakes are finally fixed properly and there is a good warranty on the work. I MIGHT have gotten the brakes fixed cheaper (doubt it) at some independent garage, but the AAA shop gives peace of mind equal to the dealership at a much lower cost. AAA also includes a free inspection whereas many independent shops wont give you a price quote w/o charging a non-refundable inspection fee up front. Great price, quality work and a warranty. Why would I go anywhere else? Thank you AAA! Note that you do not need to be a member of AAA to have your car repaired at the AAA Car Care Center. Members get a discount.

If I could give them more than five stars, I would! Im new to Maryland and went for tag/title services. I was in and out in three hours, including the hour that I spent on the phone with my car insurance company as the staff patiently waited and the time that it took to make some small repairs so that my car would pass inspection. The prices were reasonable, but the staff is really what made my experience exceptional. The day after the inspection, I drove to Ocean City. One of the repairs that they made was to the brakes, and I noticed a big improvement. On the way back I ran over a big pipe. When I got home, I noticed liquid dripping from underneath the car. I called the following day and was able to come in right away. They not only checked my car for free but also showed me where the water was coming from while it was on the lift. I didnt need a repair this time (it was the A/C drain) but I will definitely go back to them for all of my car service and travel needs.

Very dishonest garage that left my car in worse shape upon leaving. I came in for my first MD state inspection so that I could transfer my registration to MD from PA. They quoted me $1400 in unnecessary repairs. I got a quote from a more honest garage in PA which only quoted me for one quarter of the repairs.Upon receiving my fixed car, the traction control lights and ABS lights are always on, the ABS kicks in when I first apply the brakes after putting my car in drive (super dangerous!) and my car sounds TERRIBLE.I took it back in so that they could fix their mistake. After an entire day they realized they messed up and their mechanic screwed up my left bearing. They tried to quote me $200 more for this repair, but there is no chance they ever see my business again! When I asked for them to fix their mistakes or for my money back, they didnt do it!DO NOT USE THEIR GARAGE! They will try to overcharge you, take advantage of you, make your car run worse so you have to come back in, and lie to your face!

Very clean. Did everything by the book, so changing a battery on BMW was well done, credit card charging took 15 min!

Knowledgeable technical staff. Yami is a pro. She explains what needs to be done and what needs to be watched. The mechanics inspection found several bulbs out and saved me from a lot of tickets. Giovanni will find you a good deal on tires. Got a full set for the best price anywhere. Everyone (including Jonathan and Christopher) are very helpful and professional on the phone.

It was OK... just OK....The prices are comparable and everyone was very professional.... but they told me to come in to pickup my car and then still had to wait over 30 minutes and no other customer was waiting in front of me. A few months later went to rotate my tires and realized they had lost or not replaced my security lug socket in my glove box. It was a PAIN getting those things off without the key.

It is beyond comprehension just how bad the customer service is at this location. They used to be managed by a different person, who was wonderful, but since then, its enough to make a sane person crazy. They dont follow up, they are rude, they never answer the phone. Why do I keep going? They do a great job. If you can mentally prepare yourself for the agony of getting the job done, its worth it.

Terrible! I went in for my appointment at 10 am on Saturday. They did not have an appointment for me in their system. I told them that I had called on Friday to make the appointment and then explained to them the situation that had occurred previously. When I had called to make my appointment to coincide with an appointment my wife had made for her car, they didnt have her appointment. I thought we were straight. I checked to make sure they didnt drop my appointment for hers and they assured me that I would be taken right after her. When we got to the shop on Saturday, I didnt have the appointment. The interesting thing is that the service manage said that he remembered the conversation from the day before. He was sitting next to the person that took the call. He said that they could try to work me in, but he stated that other people had appointments (the waiting room was full) and if they came in he would not be able to accommodate me. I would have to sit there all day and wait for an oil change. Actually, I was going to ask them to rotate the tires and do some other work also, but they couldnt handle the oil change.Although the manager had heard the me make an appointment he would not admit that they had made a mistake. He did not apologize for causing me inconvenience (two hours of lost time on Saturday) and he did not offer me any incentive to come back again with another appointment even though I suggested that would be the thing to do.The sad fact is that I had been telling everyone I knew about the great experience I had at AAA. I had gone last year with my wife and it was great. I was in love with the place. It was new then and they were trying hard to please. Not anymore. They have gotten to big and are overwhelmed. They could care less about customer service and they dont care if I come back or not. Never again AAA and Ill be telling anyone who will listen my story.

Wow! I have an old car that needed a preventative maintenance and repairs. Giovanni and Nene were really, really helpful.My moms car also needed to have some work done and they were also so helpful.Kevin, the master tech, finished my repairs quickly.While I was there, I got a quote from Steve, he was very patient and answered all of my questions.Thank you to everyone who works there.

The only reason I went to this AAA location was because the one on Rockville Pike couldnt do the state inspection for me until after the new year. I should have just waited.I brought my car in to get my MD state inspection. My car is a 2007, so its a little old, but in great shape. Well, surprise surprise, it failed. They told me the rear strut was leaking, the alignment was off and a handful of other minor things.When I asked them about the alignment check, they told me their inspector had driven the car for two miles and noticed it was pulling. I dont know about you, but that just screams rip off. Why would you drive the car to test the alignment? Why not put it on the machine? Ill tell you why, because you cant dispute something if there isnt a clear measurement. Needless to say, after I got the alignment done through them, the before and after wasnt that different.When I got the quote from them to do the work, it was almost double what I ended up paying to have it done somewhere else. Not only that, but the guy I took it to used to be a state inspector for MD and he told me that it was BARELY leaking and that 9 out of 10 shops would have passed it.Needless to say, I got everything fixed and brought the car back to have it reinspected. When I was there the first time, they told me that as long as I brought the car back within a certain amount of time, I wouldnt have to pay anything to have it reinspected. Surprise surprise, when I brought it back they told me it would be an additional $30 charge because they had to put it back on the lift to reinspect it. At this point I didnt want to have to deal with the hassle of taking it somewhere else, so I just paid.I will NEVER visit or recommend this AAA location ever again. Everything about my experience there screamed dishonesty. Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else.

The food did not tastes as good as xpected. The salmon was flavorless...as well the cabage, did not fill my expectation.

Unless you are doing an oil change avoid getting your car worked on at this location. The first time I had tires mounted and balanced but they were unable to balance them after the second attempt. Then recently we needed an alignment which was done properly, I was able to get a refund but now the process of getting the alignment sorted out will take much longer.

I have been here about 5 times and am very happy with the service. I never felt that I was being upsold or deceived and found them professional. Will give them 4 stars because they once forgot to pick me up at my house when my car was done and I kept having to call them to pick me up.

I order a set of tires from an online store and had them shipped here to have them installed by AAA. That was a big mistake. First they didnt call to let me know they came in. I called to set up an appointment with them which is pointless. I had an appointment at 2 PM on a Tuesday. It is now 5 pm and my car is still not ready. I have been waiting for 3 hours now going on 4 to get 4 tires installed. I guess its an hour per tire. On top of that, they come and told me that one of my lug nut is cross threaded and stripped. Dont know how since no one but myself have taken the wheels off the car. I always hand tighten the lug nut on. I dont use an impact gun at all. It sound like they did it and now they are trying to cover it up. I am so disappointed with the service at this location. Ill a AAA member and I have used them for other services with superb service but when it comes to the repair shop part, I will never bring any of my cars here and would recommend you dont as well.

In general, I appreciate the services that AAA provides, I’m a loyal customer who spends thousands of dollars over the last two years there having a really bad luck with my car. However I unfortunately cannot recommend fixing your car in this particular location. It happened multiple times that I picked up my car after a repair and on the way back home it turned out something was wrong or the issue was still there and I had to bring it back. It makes me think, didn’t anyone just test drive the car before they returned it to the customer?! What a waste of time! One time the engine was almost destroyed because someone didn’t screw a filter cap properly. Just few days ago I brought a working car for an inspection. Just driving back home after the inspection the A/C stopped working and started making noise. Coincidence? Maybe but after bringing the car back I heard some part was loose. It was also done under the warranty because they fixed the A/C one year ago. The issue was ‘fixed’ and immediately after I picked up my car the A/C was still making noise and stopped working before I even got home! It’s just too much, the mechanics there don’t know what they are doing!!!!

I am much more of a review reader as opposed to a review writer but in this instance I felt the need to write one. I had an issue with my car an hour away from my home (close to my work in Rockville). I was going to have my car towed to Honda but the AAA tow truck guy told me that the AAA shop would run a diagnostic for free as I am a premier member. I told him thank you (and tipped him) for the tip. It turns out my car had some misfires and needed new spark plugs, an engine coil, and an air filter. I was quoted over $500 for this work which the girl said included 50% discount of the diagnostic test as that was included in the free 1 hour labor. I proceeded to tell her I would pay it (although I realized I was getting ripped off) because I had no choice, but I did alert her of what the driver had told me in terms of the free diagnostic. She then said I will be happy to take that off for you (the other half of the diagnostic, $54). I was pleased, although still annoyed at the total because I know the parts come to much less than the $346 I was charged). I get to pick up the car and the total is still $510 when I expected that other $54 to be take off. Either she is a bad communicator and did not tell me she took it off prior to quoting the $510 (as I did not complain until after receiving the quote) or that $54 found its was back in somewhere else. I hate giving bad reviews as I used to work in service but I was overcharged for the job + parts and then lied to.Furthermore, why in the world would the tow cost me a half-hour of the 1 hour gratis diagnostic test labor when I am AAA member and can have the car towed anywhere under 100 miles for free? Lets not ignore the fact that it was less than a mile away...The problem was fixed so that is the only reason they get 2 stars

This review is long overdue but here it goes.I can not begin to explain how appreciative I am for everyone who helped me out when my Ranger went down. Turns out I needed some costly repairs that I couldnt afford all at once. With the help of everyone in the shop from the guys up front and the mechanics in the back they helped bring the cost down and help make only needed repairs so I could get back on the road... THAT SAME DAY!In addition to this they took me back and showed me just about everything that was wrong so there was no denying that the repairs were needed. The guys even advised I could probably try to do some of the repairs myself.Definitely recommend going to this shop, not only are the empathetic to someone going through a pretty bad situation, they are incredibly professional.

My battery was srained out, AAA battery man jumped the car and ask me to drive in for a free charge. The place is new andclean, and the services are professional. Finally, I replaced the 2004 head light, now is very bright in the dark. They have full line services (no body work).

I was dropped off to work & when I got called that my car was ready they asked for my work address & the driver Will got lost on his GPS. He failed to use the GPS system that was in the service car & it took him 1 hours & 40 minutes to pick me up when it was only a 7 minute ride. My entire evening plans with family & an emergency we had at the hospital was completely ruined
