Publix store on Main Street, and on 39th Management are polite, store are clean. Some shelves are empty, but over all, I love shopping at Both stores.

Clean store and great in stock! Very nicely merchandized. Pharmacy associates were very nice and went well beyond expectations. Also saw Manager gathering shopping carts in parking lot-says alot about integrity of management.

Dont schedule a onlin pick up order at this location and expect it to be ready when you get there. I dont normally do bad reviews but this is the second time this has happened and they werent busy either time and there was an order scheduled two hours after mine that was ready and mine wasnt. Their order will be old and soggy by the time they get it and People going on their lunch breaks need to be able to rely on their order to be ready on schedule or they miss their meal and end up late for work.

I would normally give publix five out of five star ..... but for some reason everytime I come to this location there is never any Buffalo chicken dip available or on the shelf .......

Highest priced grocery in town, with the redeeming factor of a wide variety. A money order was bought at Publix, but the recipient cannot cash it at Publix? Get over yourselves, asking me if I have a bank? I know good help is hard to find, but seriously demeaning questions. I dont have a great need for this store - Winn Dixie and Aldis are far better and less expensive alternatives.

This is my wife and my go-to grocery store when Walmart is too busy. The facilities are clean and the workers are very polite. Employees still wear masks here and thats important to me since my wife has health conditions, so I still dont trust the non-maskers out there. Im glad the deli section and fish dept workers are all masked up since they interact directly with food.

Great place to go shopping, a bit high on some things but great hospitality and they treat you the upmost respect and will drop everything to help you find the item your looking for. Great atmosphere all around.

Kim, the Deli Manager is so great, and really, so is the rest of the staff. Everyone is friendly and efficient. They keep the lines moving, and are so courteous to customers. Shopping really is a pleasure there.****update **** I stopped in yesterday to pick up a fresh fruit cup for a coworker, but they were sold out of the one shed asked for. Ray saw me looking, and offered to make one on the spot. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful! I love shopping at Publix!

Have been here three time for theBaked Mardi gras wings, ribs, chicken and mojo pork.

Publix slaps yall. They will cut your bread into bread slices for you. Or grind lamb meat.

Feels pretty cramped. inventory is just a tad more sparse than other publixes. employees are great in my experience.

I was able to go in and come out at a reasonable time. The staff was friendly.

I have always shopped at Publix and been a fan of theirBirthday cakes. Yesterday I went and picked my grandsons Spider-Man Cake up it was horrific. The Spider-Man design looked like a airplane or something. He’s 4 and I couldn’t have returned the cake because he would have had a hard time. The cake cost me $80 and I’m sure I would have been able to make a better cake than that. He even said, “ this isn’t Spider-Man”.

Everything was neat and well organized. We love shopping there. When we couldnt find a product. All we had to do was ask any employee and they would direct you to where to find it. Or they would take you to the product. The produce was fresh and we were able to get everything on our list. On checking out. There were plenty of friendly cashiers. The manager bagged our groceries and helped get them in our car. All in all a great shopping experience. We will be back.

Where shopping is a pleasure, fitting words describing this location.... Clean well organized, well staffed, by people who seem to actually care. When somebody stops what they are doing to help, says alot about the character of that person and the workplace environment. I inquired about a product I was looking for and Brianna(deli) immediately stopped and made me and my needs top priority.Great job Publix. A real pleasure.

Hey I went into one on Main Street in Gainesville. You still required to wear masks inside the store. I went in looking for some tea for a friend of mine and something to eat to take home. The lights were pretty good and they had a lot of people working at the . That was nice to see. everybody was friendly at the deli and in a really good mood despite some of the customers attitudes. I love that over at the bakery counter at there now doing some of the danishes without sugar glaze on them. to me theyre sweet enough without it

This is an awesome store. The employees are freindly, knowledgeable and very efficient. This is the main Publix that I shop at because of the amazing staff.

I went in this morning and there was a woman shopping who did not even have a mask, far less have one and wearing it badly. I told one of the associates and he said he would see about it. I don’t know if he did but how was this woman even allowed to enter the store? Is this Publix concern for its customers.

Its the usual publix...clean, well stocked, nice looking produce & meats, sushi dept, frozen foods, beer & wine, i find publix a little more pricey than other big markets, but their quality is very good. their prepared, ready to cook dinners in the meat dept are priced good & yummy.

Smaller than some of the other Publix in the area but the Manager there Ellen Jones is AWESOME! Very friendly and its not unusual to see her out on the floor greeting shoppers and actually managing the employees. The store runs so smooth when she is there

Two different associates asked me if they could help me find anything while I was still out in the store much better selection than Publix at The exchange

The deli is crazy slow and understaffed for a Sunday afternoon. 20 minute wait is a little on the excessive side.

Food is great. But the deli line has been fallong apart. 40 minutes to wait in a line of 10 people. The woman making the sandwiches couldnt have moved any slower. Wont even think about publix for lunch again.

Folks there were lifesavers. Wife had a bit of a fainting spell, the staff all afforded us every courtesy you could hope for, called a cab and kept our groceries in a cooler while we waited. Better customer service Ive yet to run across, and Ive shopped Aldis, Winn-Dixie and Walmart. Utmost gratitude to them.

I prefer all other Publix they are cleaner, larger and generally have faster check outs. However, I live in the duck pond area and this is the closest to my house.

It’s Christmas and everyone is really busy. However Publix took the time to go out of their way and get five platters ready in less than 24 hour notice at 7:30 in the morning. I can’t thank Rick in the deli enough for going out of the way for us. Thank you so much.

Produce always looks very clean and fresh...Baby department has a lot of Gerber stuff but much Breech Nut anything.... All in all o love shopping at this location Im at this store daily for everything but baby food or other baby stuff due to the lack of Breech Nut....

1302 N main st. Publix. Went into deli department to purchase wings flat pieces today. Lady wanted to charge me more monies for them. They were already in boxes of hot wing made up. Ask her too put all flat in one box. She said 👎 no would have too charge more. Talked to manager @ front desk. He was in disbelief too. So he called spoke to the manager in deli & he was told the same thing. I went to another Publix. No problem! Got my flats.

Only once visited. Great subs here: they make them VERY FULL of ingredients. This store has so many choices of EVERYTHING you want for meals and shopping. If i could find it again, i would visit again.

Great there is not a better store around

Theyve rearranged and reorganized some things, but the selection of options still seems extremely limited by comparison to the other Publix locations. One item they actually have is never in stock. Its crammed with another item from the same brand. Not even a similar item. But since its fully stocked, the correct item never gets ordered. Ive seen it there once in 6 months. I bought it and have never seen it since, only the tag for it. The employees seem nice, but occasionally seem as if they know theyre working in a lesser quality location.

I have been a customer of Publix since they opened the original store at the other end of the shopping center. Couldnt ask for better service, I get all my prescriptions filled ther too. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful.

Great as usual, very serviceable. They had no Onion ring in hot case but guy went and had them fried for me. That was amazing service
