Decent bar food. The burgers are good, but it wouldnt be in my top 3 for Gainesville. Buns were fluffy and held together, patties were juicy albeit lacked some seasoning and slightly overcooked, toppings were fresh, fries were crispy. Service was friendly and food was ready on time. Prices were reasonable for Gainesville. It seems like their chili is pretty well known, so well have to come back to try that.

Fantastic selection of beer on draft and great from scratch bar food. We came in game day before going to a UF a game and all of the big games were on and it wasn’t ridiculously crowded. The service was friendly and great as well.

Had a great lunch with mom here. She had the BLT and I had a burger. The fries were hot a crisp and very good. The burger was cooked perfectly and mom loved her BLT. The waitress was very friendly and very attentive to us and our drinks. This was our first visit and we will try it again! We dont drink so I cant speak on the beer! Lol

This is our favorite local pub! We go there every Tues for Trivia and attend the beer tastings on Thursdays on occasion. Food is great, staff are the best and the atmosphere is just local homestyle.The attached bottle shop has a fantastic selection of craft beers.

Food was great. I got the Angus burger and fries. Food came pretty fast and was superb. Our server was awesome! I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a good meal, or beer. They have a ton of different beers on tap. Give em a try and I guarantee you wont be sorry you did!!

Great selection of beer and tasty food. The wings I got were a little under-sauced, but I asked them for more and they brought it right out. The cheesesteak quesadilla was very good. They also have live music and different special most days of the week.

I liked it, the bartender was great, and very attentive. Burger was good. I am not local and was dining alone, so was hoping to socialize at the bar. However, it was Trivia Night, so most were engaged. Not their fault, but not the experience I was seeking. I will try again on a non trivia night.

What a great place!!! The decor is great and the selection/quality of the drinks (especially beers) and food was better than expected. To round out a great experience, the service was wonderful. We will definitely be back again soon!!

One of my pieces of chicken was undercooked.UPDATE: bumping my review to 4 stars. The manager immediately responded and told me to contact her. She told me it was a new employee but made no excuses for him, she was pretty adamant that when something’s wrong it’s wrong and apologized for this and also said she talked to her employees to make sure it doesn’t happen again. She mailed giftcards and I hope I’m able to come to Gville soon to give them another try! Much respect for businesses who care about their customers. Thanks Betty.

Breakfast/Brunch: Their version of an eggs Benedict!! So so so delicious!! Niki has been our server twice and she is great! We have gone a couple times for breakfast with our two young daughters. Niki was friendly with the girls and quick with everything we needed. Of course it helps that the food is tasty and not pricey!Bar: Weve also been a few times late afternoon-late night for beers and either dinner or appetizers. The bartenders are knowledgeable and can typically give you a pretty good recommendation or at least give you a couple to try before ordering. They also have screens that rotate information on all the beers they currently have on tap. Everything weve ordered, from wings to cuban sandwiches to tacos, we have loved!Every time weve been I see the owners working right along side the staff and making sure everyone is happy.

I got the fish and chips and my lady got the Shepards pie. No complaints on the food whatsoever, great portions for the prices. We did sit at the bar so cant speak on service but the bartender was very attentive. The real draw for me is going to their bottle shop after, always an impeccable selection.

Driving up to Georgia and needed to make a pit stop for some grub. This couldnt have been a better choice. Not only was the food out of this world, the tap was full of great brews! Definitely gonna be making a trip up to Gainesville just to hit this spot again soon!!

The food was great, if you have never had fried Brussel sprouts... this is the place to do it!! Amazing! Can’t wait to come back down south and stop here again! Kentucky Bourbon barrel brew was delish!!

I like it because it is locally owned and serves good food. They also have several kinds of beer on tap and different specials throughout the week. I love the Turkey Pesto Panini especially. Their package store has every kind of beer imaginable plus wines and other type drinks such as Mead. The owners are really nice and the staff is friendly. Glad they are still open after this horrendous past year!

Bf and I wanted to try somewhere new so we happened upon this based on good reviews. We were able to get a booth, which were all otherwise full back to back. There was some social distancing at the bar, but that might have just been because there were less people sitting there. Cold beer was served promptly; wide selection available according to the menu. Food was delicious, but it took quite a while to come out to us. Our server wore a mask, but the bartender did not. It was pretty pricey, so well limit our visits to date nights.

The beers most is almost always poured right, some times its a little low but the fact that the kitchen closes when even it feels like makes it a waste of a trip far too often. They always says something about it being slow despite the fact that its the busiest I have ever seen it. Also thats just not how business works. You dont know when money is walking in the door, what good does it do ya if people spend there money some place else? Tbh I pretty sure the package store next door is the only thing keeping this place a float. But yeah if its like after 7pm they close the kitchen the last 10times I have made the trip. I guess if your a booze hound its fine but if you need more than frier fair keep on rolling.

The Cuban I had was extremely light on meat. One slice of ham, few shreds of pork. Mostly dried bread. Beer was really good. Found a new one we like. Dropping review starts to 4 from 5.

They are knowledgeable about what they sell and can help with any questions. They have the best price in town for the wine we like.The restaurant nextdoor is friendly and has great food as well as a great selection of draft beer. They make you feel like family here. The fried Brussel sprouts were amazing!

They dont have paper menus for sanitary reasons but everyone was picking up the table tent to scan the QC square. I was told they didnt have paper menus because they were doing the right thing yet the bartender didnt wash her hands between touching used/dirty bottles and barware and serving the next customer. If the right thing has anything to do with COVID- then wash your hands, wipe the bar, and put on a mask (the bartender and one server were maskless). I stayed long enough to drink my bottled beer and left.

We moved back to Gainesville last May and this quickly became our go-to place after work. Its just got a great vibe, super selection of beer, yummy gastropub menu, and friendly staff. Live music on weekends, too. Highly recommend and Ill probably see you there LOL.

Had the loaded nachos no beef upcharge to blackened shrimp so the nacho plate was about $15 shrimps were chopped up what appeared to be three or four shrimp not a lot of cheese lettuce or tomatoes dish comes with pickled jalapenos I counted 7 small slices of jalapenos for $15 this should have been a large overrun flavorful blackened shrimp cheese jalapenos lettuce and tomato tidal wave not sure why it wasnt appear to be served on a pie tin not a lot of nachos for the money but will definitely return and give them another shot the atmosphere and Gator football was great plus all the girls were pretty... LOL

Not sure why this place is listed on Maps as requiring masks. Walked in today for a takeout order, absolutely zero mask usage, including employees. They are not simply wearing their masks incorrectly - they dont wear them at all.Disappointing to see from a minority owned (women) business in a college town during a pandemic. I expected more.

Food is better than than ever. The tables are spaced safely apart to conform with current requirements. Everything is super clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful and quite happy to see familiar faces back again. I am glad theyre open and plan to go back soon.

Rare to find a bottle shop with such passionate and knowledgeable people. All kinds of beer and mixers with no theme other than that they are all hand picked to be really incredible. Wish there was a place like this in my town!

This is a great bar! The staff was second-to-none! They have a huge variety of beer, and quite a few ciders too (try the pineapple, you wont be disappointed). The atmosphere is great, and so is the food! Its not too loud for talking, but not so quiet as to be awkward. A heads-up, their closing time is when the well runs dry or the posted closing time, whichever comes first, so of youre coming in after 10, you may want to ask where theyre at.

You can tell the owner has high expectations here for his establishment and staff! Outstanding service and everyone is well put together. Its not a bar type atmosphere. Its decorated pretty cool and has a GREAT selection of beers. I havent had one of their own brews that wasnt good yet. Check out the back patio for sure. This has become one of our top picks for date night after eating dinner next door at Marion Street.
