Wonderful Customer Service!! The staff there is Wonderful.

There are few differences among the scores of Dollar General Stores ... layout, cleanliness, friendliness of staff and the like. This store is a four star store. The only issue I had was inventory. I went in for three specific item and they did not have two of them.

The store is a lot better than it used to be they have a new manager and you can tell the difference its a cleaner place did you see if she works hard I need to change the last 2 weeks hopefully to continue it its cleaner than it was two weeks ago and things are getting more organized friendly staff clean bathroom

I had coupons but the girl didnt know how to put in my phone number. I ended up spending 25 bucks on a wide variety of snacks. The girl was really nice and tried all she could to add my phone number.

Not enough cashiers store is messy and the manager is rude..

Doors open but nobody home. Ran in for drinks for work. Waited by register for a few minutes, nobody came to front, had to leave.

Workers are always nice but worked too hard... Always a huge line because there is never more then one cash register open... Workers are grade A... Dollar general is a great example of corporate greed

Poor customer service nothing on shelves very dirty . Employees follow me watch me shop like I am steal anything its makes feel uncomfortable

Stopped in to pick up a couple of items. There was an extremely intoxicated man near the checkout line, who was harassing all of the women who came up in line. Unfortunately the person ahead of me in line had a major problem with her stuff and we were required to stand there for several minutes in which the man continued is inappropriate conversation with both myself and the lady behind me. This began to make us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. The cashier who was literally 5 ft away made no attempt whatsoever to discourage this and in fact chose to ignore him. he was not even in line he was just standing beside it and it was extremely evident that he was harassing women and he should have been made to leave the store but nothing was done

It is a great location, but not the best inventory. Kept messy and unorganized free for all. Good for your basic basics.

I like the prices, but some items are not on the shelf. Some shelves are empty sometimes.

Friendly service, but the shelves were a little empty.

My favorite store on campus the University of Florida have great product and great staff

One employee working while other was outside sitting in truck smoking. Loss prevention randomly accusing patrons of stealing. Completely Unbelievable to see and experience!

Wish they had more lines open but otherwise friendly service

Staff is polite. This store is usually stocked with the things that Im looking for. The only negative that I have is that its sometimes tough to navigate the store because they have freight all around the store waiting to be placed on the shelves. Since they only have a few employees per store, I understand this is the way they have to do it.

Great place with great prices fast service when checking out, a lot of items werent on the shelves, probably just sold out, bathroom was decent but could be better, most of the time I find whatever I need, a great quick place to shop

I Like Dollar General. Its my neighborhood go to get it all. When Im rushing home from work. When all I want to do is go in and out. I turn to Dollar General. Thank you.

Store was messy but staff was wonderful

Dont usually shop here but thought wed try it out for Christmas cards. At Publix cards will be $3 and up. Here they are $1 and I think they are just as good.

Gotta love the Dollar general store. This one is very close for me especially when Ive just run out of something, and they do have a good variety of household items along with food and drinks. Great prices too! Thanks DG.

This store is a mess. I dont know where to begin. its the worst Dollar store I have ever been at. Empty shelves everywhere stuff thrown all over the floor and very dirty.

You go in there. You cant find thing. Know one body to help you. I when you do they seen unhappy, not speaking to you. An them you go check out line so long. One cashier. You ask can you someone help they said they are in the back.i went back there ask can we get other cashier they said, she alright. I dont like to go there. Some of cashier outside smoking in front of the stores.

Perfect store for party goods, canned goods--must read labels Good for generic, does carry name brands. Will spend 1/2 less vs Grocery. Whole Milk Exceptional!

The store was very clean and the cashier greet you when you enter the store.

Store was straight and you could walk down the aisles unlike some other DGs in Waldo or Hampton area. Staff I encountered was pleasant and helpful.I am giving it 3 stars only because the parking lot is one of the worst laid out I have ever seen and the woman running the register was the slowest I have ever encountered. I was in line for 10 minutes before another line opened...the gentleman who came to assist was very nice even though you could tell he had stayed past his shift to help.

Long line with only one cashier, but he was calm, polite, and kept a smile on his face.

Prices are good & theyre starting to carry more items I use.

I went to the Dollar Store Dollar General should I say and they had everything I need. It was late in love stores with clothes and I was just happy to be able to get by the things that I needed it and it was very inexpensive the lady there was very polite and I would recommend that to anyone that I needed to get something that didnt want to wait in long lines at those other stores

Absolutely no organization here. Every time I need something they are out of it.

Staff are friendly away greet you on entering the establishment and I find what I need, prices are reasonable. Isle are DANGEROUS with big metal cargo for stock items, all over. Have no space to maneuver and I have to back out of the Isle.

Youre always guaranteed something different and something exciting when you go into Dollar General! You can get most of your household needs and some fun stuff no matter what time of year!

I fogot my debit card and went over what I had in cash. Although people in line were rolling their eyes and sighing, the cashier was very patient and I returned less than 10 minutes later to get the rest of my items. Great customer service!

Very convenient and always understaffed. Decent selection but definitely overpriced items throughout the store.

A year ago we purchased about $25 worth of items here. The credit card scanner had been compromised and our information was stolen. It was proven to be a DG employee by the security cameras at a mall in Tampa. They charged our Discover card for about $400. Thank God Discover was on top of it and alerted us immediately. Never went back after that.

Pleasant associate. I purchased item for 4.00 and when item was scanned it was 4.50 the associate politely change the error.

I like the store. Casher was very nice. But. Some. Crazy man was following us then we got in our car .the same man came out and got something our back of his. It looked like he crapped in his pants.. crazy people should stay away from me

It serves its purpose. You get cheap items and OK service so if youre looking for the best customer service experience I doubt you will find it here. Every time I go theres never a smiling face in sight.

Gotta watch your prices. Sometime just the name of the place makes you think you are getting a deal when Wal-Mart has items for less. Great place to pick up kids clothes cheap on clearance. Also otc meds. Customer service is sometimey. Im in there almost every week:)

Quick and easy store to get through, unless over busy, and under staffed...a problem most Dollar General locations have.

I found my favorite chips and bought them all.

I found what i was looking for. The line moved fast. Also like parking close to the front door.

The store is always busy the staff is very, very nice and respectful, also the stuff you buy is all good, food is fresh and easy on the pocket

This store is the worst one yet.. only one employee...no one else showed up to work and no manager. Also the one employee had been there since opening..I stopped by at around 5pm.If this had happened to me I would have placed a sign on the door and closed the store....

Great place to get necessary items cheap. I like walking around to just see everything they have.

Store always dirty.. Go in to shop they have the music so loud and cursings, so dont bother taking your kids in there. Always have multiple staff members but 1 register open.. The new manager with the fake jamican accent is very rude!!

The place was a hot mess stock blocking the aisle cant even get down half of them the poor cashier looks like she has not had a break all day everytime I go into that store its got clutter

Crammed with all sorts of stuff! canned foods, bread candy, frozen, clothes, housewares, toys, hair&beauty, cigs, etcetc. friendly people working there.

Worse service Ive ever seen and shelfs are empty and dirty new stock on floor not put away just terrible!

Felt very unwelcome in this store. Employee at register greeted everyone who entered except me. This has happened both times have gone to this store.

It was really messy with boxes everywhere and hard to walk down aisles, but the one worker that I saw there was very nice
