I usually don’t write reviews but after our experience with Otts I just had too! Our dryer died on us on a Wednesday night, my husband went to Otts Thursday morning, purchased a dryer and they came and delivered it 4 hours later, installed it and hauled off our old one for no extra fee! I guarantee the next appliance we need we will be back to Otts!

VE!!!!!!!!! SHOP LOCAL 🎉Our deep freezer went out and I learned of it at 4pm on a Friday! Due to the fact it’s packed full of meat, I went into a full panic!! I called Home Depot and they don’t keep deep freezers in stock so I called OTTS FURNITURE & APPLIANCE and not only did they have them stock they had plenty to choose from!! 🙏🏼 The delivery guys went out of their way to get it to our house and had the freezer to our house and plugged in by 545pm!!!!I spoke with the owner multiple times and I’m so grateful for him and his employees outstanding service!!! Thank you Otts Furniture!!!! My family is super thankful!

Ive heard many times how great Otts is to do business with and I have to agree after my visit there today. I went there to find out what I could purchase a GE Advantium oven at after visiting Nebraska Furniture Mart for the same purpose in the last week. I had a friend purchase one there in the last 6 months for about the same price I paid in 2011 when building our house. In addition to being delighted with their pricing, I was able to discuss refrigerators, slide in ranges, washers and dryers and all the options available to me. It was a perfect use of 90 minutes and the kind of customer service I love and appreciate! I will definitely buy there when I get into the home Im in the process of buying now. In addition, I had an Otts service call on my 2011 Advantium in 2017. Other than the technician that diagnosed the problem overcommitting on his return to install the needed part, it was also a very good experience. Great customer service, customer education and field service!

Way to expensive bought a broyhill dresser and night stand (broyhill) middle drawer sticks when you try and close it . Night table is crappy laminate and is peeling off. Broyhill is suppose to be good quality. Lmao yea right. Back your furniture up guys or close your doors. 😠
