I like that the cookies are made to order and they are a nice size. The wait time is what I didnt prefer. We had to wait seating in our car which is no problem but they shorted us a cookie which 20 minutes turned into almost an hour wait cause they had other orders ahead of our one cookie. We had got the sixteen box. Cookies were warm and delicious.

I’m so upset at myself! How didn’t I know about this place before!! Bake to order cookies that are delicious!! Whatever flavor you get make sure to get two of each. My favorite one was the Midnight Cookie, I’m a chocolate enthusiast and that cookie was exceptional!!!

Not our first and certainly not our last visit to Midnight cookie was fantastic as usual. Their concept is brilliantly simple. Open 6pm until around 1am serving gourmet hot right out of the oven pretty large cookies. Easily as big as my hand. The even offer vegan and gluten free cookies and although my immediate household are neither vegan or gluten free those cookies are just as great as their regular options. My teenagers favorite is the vegan banana foster cookie. Did I mention they dont make you stand around waiting for them to bake, this isnt like Starbucks where you and 20 other people huddle together waiting for your order...no...at Midnight Cookie they bring them out to your car. They also use the typical delivery services if you cant make it in to their storefront. You can order online or in person. Cookies are generally in your hands in about 15 minutes. Why anyone would buy cookies that have been sitting around drying out in a display case from any other bakery is beyond me. Nothing can beat hot fresh straight from the oven.

Man.... I have never been more excited than when I saw they had a banana pudding cookie. I ordered one and waited outside for about 10 minutes. Once the cookie arrived I was disappointed. The cookie was what seemed to be a plain sugar cookie and the pudding was lacking. Looking back, Im not sure whether or not there were any bananas involved.. The other cookies were decent but I dont think Ill be going back.

No frills storefront for take out or pick up at this brilliant business emanating fresh baked cookies as you enter. Couple tables/chairs & a bathroom if you decide to walk in to order and pick up. Otherwise phone and enjoy great tasting hot fresh cookies. Wow. Late night hours and you can send some to your student too as a surprise. Seriously yummy.

I really enjoy the quality/variety of the cookies they have. My only gripe about the place (presently: in rona times), they close rather early for a place named Midnight Cookies, but this doesnt warrant a demerit in their stars. Staff is very friendly and the cookies are made in a timely manner. I go about once a week.

They sold me burnt cookies and they take photographs without your permission. They should tell you when you order that they take pictures. I don’t want pictures of my wife on some guys phone. There are ways around. The delivery guy can call the restaurant and the restaurant can call you to confirm you have the correct order as you take them. Otherwise, tell people when they order that pictures are taken.

The cookies might be good but we specifically asked for a vegan cookie as my daughter has allergies and she broke out in an allergic reaction minutes after eating a vegan cookie.We stressed several times before buying that there would be no eggs in the cookie or the toppings. Cookies were amazing. Got the 8 cookies and 2 drink special. Comes to about 17 and change. The staff takes your order and then brings the food to your car. Everyone was really nice.

How fun! A cookie-only hole-in-the-wall joint and only open at night. I accidentally got 8 cookies (they misunderstood that I wanted only 1 of one kind and I got 4) but you know, not the worst problem. Its not like a bakery, there just seems to be ovens and several fridges...and thats about it! Definitely nothing fancy and no place to eat there--call ahead and take it to go. And be patient!

OH MY HEART. So good! My favorite was the Birthday Cake Cookie. They are freshly made and well priced.

Nothing fancy. Good for a late night treat. The cookies are baked on the spot. So its like a 10-15 minute wait. But it is worth it because the cookies come out steaming hot. You can definitely taste the freshness. I had a vegan chocolate chip cookie. It was very good. They also offer milk and milk alternatives like soy and almond milk. Overall, I would come back here for the cookies.

Excellent cookies. The Bananas Foster is one of their best. Customer service is great as well - they usually have pick up cookies ready to go within 15 minutes. They once made a mistake with my order and I let them know; they offered me credits for future use. Strongly recommend Midnight Cookies.

Dont get me wrong, I am in love with this idea. The fact that you can get cookies all the way until 2 or 3 oclock in the morning and even have them delivered right to your door is incredible all on its own! The only reason Im rating this 4 stars is because Ive definitely had better cookies in my day.When you walk into the shop, youre immediately hit with the fantastic aroma of cookies baking which forces a smile upon your face. They have many different types to choose from along with different milks you can add to your order, which I think is great. I just think if they could improve their base dough just a bit, it would be 5 star all day. They were still good though, just to be clear!To wrap it up, I think they have a great thing going. The customer service was fine and the cookies were cookies. They seem to nail what they intend to do. The only question is, can they go above and beyond?

The idea of fresh delivered cookies sounded great until they told me they would not deliver to North Florida Hospital which is 4.9 miles away. I then decided to order some for pick-up. I arrived 15 minutes later and the cookies were given to me in a white paper box. Staff was a little weird but cordial.Got in the car and opened the box. The cookies were warm as promised. I decided to try their best seller 1st, Cookies and Cream. Not impressed. Cookie tasted artificial and watered down.I then decided to try the chocolate chip, peanut butter and sugar cookie. All of them sort of tasted the same. You can tell they have different ingredients but the general taste and smell are the same.I find it interesting that they do not post their ingredients. Something tells me its because some are probably artificial and poor quality. After the novelty of delivered cookies wears off, I think you will agree that the cookies are well below average. The concept is great but the dough needs work.

Amazing cookies for takeout, eat in, or delivery. Do not hesitate to come and grab some of the most delicious cookies Ive ever eaten. With an accommodating and wide spread youre hard pressed to find something you do not like. And with weekly cookie flavors that never fail to delight midnight cookies will have you coming back for more.

Update 6/13/15: Oatmeal Butterscotch Pecan is so good! The only way to make an oatmeal cookie is with pecans. Fact.Super fast! Friendly and thorough staff! They have great cookies. However the customer service is pretty lack luster. My girlfriend and I had waited over an our after calling in an order only to have 5 orders of people who arrived after us given out. When we finally received our order, there was no apology, no explanation, just a here ya go. and we left. Its like no one cares.

Its a Gainesville staple. Who doesnt love delicious fresh cookies in the middle of the night? Ordering from here definitely needs to be on your bucket list if youre in the area. Only issue is that ordering and customer service take a while, but they have proven to be worth the wait.

This is probably my favorite place in Gainesville at the moment! You wont ever want to eat plain old cookies that you buy from the store ever again. The cookies are made as soon as you order them so they come out fresh and hot, and I enjoy the variety they have - there are a number of great ones to choose from, like Smores or their signature Midnight Cookie as well as their Birthday Cake one. There are a few more as well as some vegan options, but its not an overwhelming amount of options (which is good for me since Id spend forever choosing!). I also feel like the prices are good for the quality you get. From the two times Ive gone I havent spent more than 15 minutes waiting for my order and I havent been disappointed at all. The staff is very friendly too, so with all this, Id highly recommend for you guys to stop by!

I ordered one Birthday cake and one Red velvet, it was my first time there. My friends/family have ordered and I tried theirs. Well, I was told my cookie broke so they had to bake me another TWO! And when I received my order I had four cookies! Great customer service, I would have ate that broken cookie none the less (and I did!) they were so good! And fresh!!! They bake to order! Wow! Worth the wait!

Hadnt been to this place in years and was just as amazing as the last time. Had the PB cup, pumpkin spice and the vegan chocolate and banana. Pumpkin spice was too sweet for me but I have an odd intolerance to sugary sweetness. Staff were amazing.

First off, let me just say I have been a customer for Midnight Cookies for the past couple years. This review is not about the quality of the cookies but the service that I have received. Multiple times, I have waited for more than an hour before our cookies are delivered. Most of those times, I was told that the cookies were on their way only to find out 30 minutes later, that the staff had messed up the order and the cookies werent actually cooked yet. Regardless of that, I still went back and continue to be their customer. This last time was the absolute worst because the manager wasnt okay with receiving criticisms and hearing about my disappointment with their careless service (his employee saying the order was on its way when it wasnt). You could imagine how the offer to double the order by the manager made no difference when youd waited for more than hour and its past 1am.Do they sell good cookies? Yes, they do. Is it worth it to deal with the crappy customer service for half a dozen of them? Absolutely not.

Id cheat on my wife for these cookies! (If I was married)

Ive been a customer for 5 years and have never been disappointed. The cookies have always been fresh and warm even when getting delivered. If youre ordering delivery at peak hours itll be a little longer but Ive never had to wait for too long. Even though Im not vegan I love the chocolate cookie crunch!

The cookies are baked fresh to order. They have creative flavors, and different types of milk to go along with. Staff can be a bit off putting at times. Several occasions whilst waiting for my cookies to be finished the staff coukd be heard loudly talk about their patrons that called to place an order. Not very business like. But, cookies do taste amazing.

Had a negative experience here tonight. I ordered 4 chocolate chip cookies for pick up. Went and picked them up and got home and realized they were the wrong cookies. No big deal, mistakes happen. So I call them up to let them know and ask if I can come up and get them swapped out. Immediately I get attitude from the cashier who answered the phone. Pretty insane that you messed up my order, I’m cool about it, and I get an attitude for simply asking if it can be corrected. Poor customer service, the girl needs an education on how to appropriately talk to customers that want to patronize this business.

Offered to pay double to have 16 cookies delivered at 3pm to my fiancee on her birthday because Im out of town and was refused. Wouldve been a $40 order. Apparently 6 miles is outside of their delivery range even though on their website it says they will deliver outside of the range for special circumstances. Just a BS line to get your business.

Found this place online and it was our first experience with late night cookie delivery. They were delivered quickly, within 20 minutes and arrived warm and fresh. The cookies themselves were good. We especially liked the oatmeal raisin and smores cookies. Would definitely recommend them!

Overall very straightforward with the food offered in the restaurant. The cookies are always served nice and hot and there is an option to buy milk within the restaurant. They deliver as well.

This place is way cooler than the humble decor would suggest. It looks a bit like an office with cheap cubicles from the outside, but heres the thing: they have like 420 different cookies that they bake fresh until WAY LATE, so if you have the munchies, I would definitely recommend a batch to go.

Unfortunately when I called tonite to order cookies to my house party ( a location right next to 13th and University) they said I was out out their range. Please have some consistency and fix your business model. Try delivering to places next to the University, it is where students live.

Recommended tips are obscenely high, as are the deliveries, at least on a college budget or if you just want a little something sweet and realized you spent 15-20 dollars on 6-8 cookies.
