Rude attendants. Only Murphy Express on the face of the earth that doesnt take a Wal-Mart gift card. Incredibly inconvenient. 1 register open and 8 customer transactions deep and 2 other store attendants aimlessly doing nothing instead of opening another register. Typical Wal-Mart pond-scum level of customer service with total oblivion nor any care to change anything about it. Shame.

This is the cheapest gas in Gainesville, or surrounding areas. Always had a good experience with this location though from customer service to just a quick stop for gas.

Never have I been disrespected in a place as this one, Ive been shopping at this Gainesville location for years stopped in this morning 5-25 to get some cigarettes and was asked for my birthdate, I told her 3 times and then I asked her why and was told to leave the store she followed me to the door and locked it behind me .

Kid cody behind the counter wouldnt sell me a pack of cigarettes without an id. At 58 years old disabled vet.

Cramped and busy, good prices on gas

Murphys has a rewards program thats the best Ive seen at any gas station. Easily gain points that you can use on gas or anything in the store. The staff at the Murphys on 13th behind Wal-Mart is the most amazing, friendly, personable group Ive ever encountered. Between the rewards program and their staff I choose Murphys every time.

Cute little store. They have just about everything you need for a quick in and out visit. Restroom was clean. Attendant was friendly and professional. Gas prices were at average for area. Easy access pumps.

I love this gas station. Easy in, easy out. Reasonable prices and friendly attendants. Only downside is their pumps run out of receipt paper quite often and if you need a receipt you have to waste time walking inside. But hey, maybe thats their ploy to get you inside to buy more...

Inexpensive fuel. TV screens on gas pump to get quick news or watch ads. Windshield washing stations by gas pumps usually have cleaner (not just water) and paper towels. Small inside store. Feels very cramped for the size of the Wal-Mart and parking lot. One unisex bathroom was clean and nice when they first opened; now it looks like it is not taken care of.

They dont accept Wal-Mart gift cards.

Great on gas prices very sorry on staffing went in there today to pay cash was very busy lines at the pump. Because I paid cash I held up the line outside for several minutes because of one cashier and the line was curved around in the store everyone was complaining

Im glad to have this gas station in NW Gainesville! I never have to go far for gas. Every time Ive been there, its been quick and easy, never a hassle.

Standard gas station. This place is close to a Super Walmart and highway. Please not the place does get very busy and you may to wait for a pump. Otherwise great and usually has pretty low prices.

Cheap gas but dont bother before or after work or your going to wait. Recently lots of staff changes. Some of the newer workers are rude and act like they are not at a job to work and give attitude when you ask them for stuff. Take those attitudes to the circle k if you dont wanna do your jobs.

DO NOT try and purchase gas here on Friday afternoons. Wal-Mart only has one staff person here all the time - no matter how busy - so Ive seen and experienced waits of 20 minutes to get fuel just because the staff cant keep up. Having an additional clerk on those weekly heavy times would help the situation a lot, but I do not forsee Wal-Mart ever doing that.

Very small store, but usually is one of the places with the lowest price on gas, and cigarettes if you are a smoker. Wouldnt use the restroom here though, its outside and really dirty.

Routinely have pumps out of order and when you have to go inside the store is small and the staff is scarce
