I had the pleasure of working with an associate (I think her names Stephanie?) and SHE WAS AWESOME!!! I usually feel self-conscious whenever shopping in stores that sell fitness clothing, but she made me feel so welcomed and I didnt feel judged at all. She was honest, but also went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable in the clothes I tried on. 10/10 customer service!!!!

Lainey was so personal and quick at assisting me with what I asked. I just needed two pairs of leggings and within like 15 minutes or less she helped me find the literal perfect pairs and I couldn’t be happier. Sean was super friendly as well greeting me and offering to help me with anything. (Hope I’m spelling your names right!) As for the leggings themselves, they’re clearly extremely pricey, but you really do get what you pay for.. have had the same pair from Lulu that’s lasted over 4 years and decided it was time for an upgrade haha. I’ve never had leggings or any pants for that matter fit this well.. highly recommend.

Of all the lululemon stores in Jax this one hands down is the worst! They have the worst customer service I sent my admin to go look at a pair of pants for work and no one helped her! When I met up with her she had the wrong size and when I asked an associate to help her she was like oh yeah those are way too big. Every time I go they are so unhelpful. San Marco is my fav pop up they always have amazing customer service and is what I expect from this brand

Why in the world we have a lululemon store near us, if when we have time to shop at 6pm, the store is close. I guess they don’t care Bc they are a respectable brand. So disappointed.

Such a privilege to have Lululemon store in our Nocatee, I am a big fan of Lululemon and I ordered regularly though their online, beside took me more than a week for waiting, also kind of hassle for return if without seeing or trying. A few days ago, I bought a few pieces from their Nocatee store, I was rushed and took a wrong size6 instead of 8, (this is the problem when not wearing a reading glasses) it was a mark down item and supposed not allow to refund or exchange, but I did try my luck but worry they say no, the staff there are super super nice, the right away to exchange me to the right size without any question or attitude, I really appreciate for the kind help and great service, I definitely will continue to shop in their store regularly. y say no, fact is the staff there are super super nice, the right away to exchange me to the right size without any question or attitude, I really appreciate for the kind help and great service, I definitely will continue to shop in their store regularly.
