I am out of state and ordered online for my mom. It was delivered on time, and the fruit was fresh, ballon was perfect, cheesecake was fresh. My mom loved it. Everyone here did their due diligence in calling me and my mom to make sure they got access to the building, as getting into the building is not always easy, and now I know for next time to give more info with that…but everyone at this location is very professional and pleasant and I am grateful for that. 100 % dedicated to customer service!!We live in Boulder, CO and ordered a dessert platter, flowers and balloons to surprise our Mother for her birthday. Unfortunately, we forgot to make sure she was home before we ordered. When Edible Arrangements tried to deliver, not only was my mother not at home, she wasnt even in town!! Natalie persisted in tracking her down and made sure that the perishables were safely stored in the refrigerator. When our Mother arrived home she was welcomed with a beautiful bouquet of flowers, happy balloons and fresh desserts. Yesterday we had an edible arrangement delivered to our friend in Gainesville, FL. We live in Utah and we were so happy that the delivery driver, Linda, sent us a picture of our friend with her gift. I received a text and a phone message from Linda who was delivering arrangements today. She told me she was on the other side of town and it was getting late. I told her I understood and tomorrow would be ok. She just texted me back and told me she go back to deliver it today. That is great customer service. Have sent my sister a couple of arrangements from Wisconsin, all have gone through perfectly. The fruit is fresh and (from what I hear) delicious. Also shes got a difficult campus address and works in her college lab most of the time, they always find her, if shes not at home they go to her lab to deliver! Thats going the extra mile to make sure she enjoys it and its nice that her coworkers get to see and steal some fruit too :)

Sent fruit trays to a project team at an office out of town. They seemed to like it. (But who is going to say your gift stunk?) Oh I forgot to say that they were on time and delivered as ordered. Im pleased with the value and service.

The Gainesville location came to my rescue with an amazing, large holiday gift for a client. They had it ready within an hour and a half and would have also delivered it but I wanted to do it myself. Glad I did because I got to sample a couple pieces and they were delicious. My clients were raving over each bite, too. They obviously have good quality control over their fruit because each piece was perfectly ripe. The bonus is that it’s also one of the healthier gifts you can give!

Very bad first time experience. I ordered to my daughter’s dorm for her birthday which I put in the message box to leave with front desk If she wasn’t available but they never did so she didn’t receive on her birthday. They called me instead to redeliver the next day. I let the person on the phone know that she will be in her dorm to deliver at 1:30 pm because she has class at 3 pm which they apparently never took down the message again and didn’t show up before her class. Long story short I called them and only got apologies. Don’t know if she will receive it and her birthday has came and gone. Very bad service. I will not use or recommend them again. My daughter is disappointed in something that was supposed to be an awesome surprise. I could’ve kept my money and done something else.

So this company was suppose to deliver my daughters arrangements for her birthday yesterday. My mother in-law paid a $20 delivery fee and they agreed to have it at my house between 5 or 5:30. Well because i was unable to answer my phone they took the arrangement back to the store. When i returned the call i was told that they dont normally deliver after 5pm and because i did not answer they did not deliver it. I was disappointed because i feel that if you have my address and the delivery fee was paid go ahead and drive the distance to deliver it. You knew my address before you agreed to deliver the arrangement. I think that companies use this as a cop-out knowing well that they may not reach customer when they call.Very disappointed and we have to pick it up today... ONE STAR ONLY BECAUSE I HAD TO IN ORDER TO POST. Natalie was no help :(

We had a great experience the staff was very pleasant and our Froyo blends were very good my only complaint is corporate needs to get its act together and give their staff better blenders and better equipment so the staff is able to make these products these poor girls had the hardest time because corporate gave them equipment that didnt perform properly get it together corporate I will be back because your staff members were AWESOME 👍😎

This morning I went to pick up my edible arrangement after a few failed attempts at reaching my home. I went inside and kindly waited after hearing the two employees cursing saying f this and that. A ltitle background, I had spoken to one of the employees earlier after being put on hold and then being hung up on. I kindly called back she told me that they do not do deliveries after 3 failed attempt. I told her that I understood and that I would pick it up. After showing up and waiting 5 minutes while the two ladies in the back spoke about their turrid weekend including cursing f this and I was f-ing that. Even after one of them saw me waiting I took my arrangement out of the fridge and left.One of them then blocked my car and tapped my window I then told her that I received it and Thank you. I can understand that these ladies probably are not being paid much but it is hard to acknowledge their lack of service and professionalism.
