I purchased most of my mattresses from this location. I’ve always been very happy with the service and quality. In fall of 2019 I purchased a mattress for my son. They even sold it to me with a mattress cover. It was on sale but was in a sealed plastic cover. Well we are in the process of moving, and we lifted the mattress, Only to find black mold on the bottom part of the mattress. I couldn’t believe it! I immediately called the location to let them know what was happening. The mattress has never been soiled in anyway. The manager was extremely rude. He refused to take responsibility and he didn’t even ask any questions. He just kept blaming it I sweat. But as I said, there were no stains on the top part of the mattress. Very highly disappointed in the turn of events. I can guarantee mattress firm has lost a very loyal client. Pictures below

They made the process of choosing the best mattress for me and my budget so easy and seamless. They showed me mattresses in my budget, and made sure I had what I needed (ended up getting a free adjustable base with a promotion they have going on). They were friendly, and I was in and out in less than an hour or so. My sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them highly.

I’m not happy about this store. I would like to give 5 stars. But here are 2 and my reason for giving just two. The customer service was great, but the product I was shown on the show flood was a better quality than what I received. I didn’t notice what was loaded on the truck was just a mess!!! It was a lesser quality mattress... I thought I was purchasing a brand new krooled sealy mattress on sale... it wasn’t a sale at all, come to find out once I had a chance to actually read my receipt and see what was put on the truck... I was sold a reused, refurbished mattress… Can you imagine my disappointment, I had driven an hour and 14 minutes away from the store!!!! To deliver the mattress as a surprise to someone I purchase it for as a gift... needless to say I could not drive back to return it because the truck I used was a rental.ALWAYS CHECK YOU STUFF!!!!

I don’t know where to begin. Rene has superb customer service. A high desire to please her customers. She went above and beyond and trouble shooted a mistake made by another out of state store. She had zero $ to make and it didn’t change her ability to take care of my family. You do not find people like Rene often. I would send my closest family to this store, specifically Rene!

I am putting one star but I would leave 0 stars if I could, the customer service I received from this location was terrible, I bought a nectar mattress from this location because I thought I was getting a good deal but come to find out a couple of weeks later that the mattress I bought was horrible! It never fully extended out, and the mattress even came dirty, and when I tried to return the mattress and get my money back I was told I would only get back 70% of what I paid because the other 30% would be used as a restocking fee that I was never told of from the beginning! WHO FORGETS TO MENTION THAT? I would not be this upset about losing my money if they had mentioned the restocking fee from the beginning but they didnt bother to mention it and didnt they want to own up to their mistake once I called them out on it, why am I the one being penalized for their mistakes? And he was also very dismissive towards me when I was there to process the return. The manger, Erick was very rude and dismissive and clearly did not care about helping me out because he had already made the sale. He was quick about processing the return and then trying to move on to the next customer. They were very willing to sell me the mattress, but not very helpful when I wanted to return it. The store manager, Erick clearly doesnt care about building a loyal customer base or getting referrals because I will never refer anyone to this location!

Renee and the other young lady working there today were extremely friendly and helpful. Renee helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I was in and out with a new mattress in less than 20 minutes, but I couldve stayed and talked to them both for an hour without realizing it. Ill be back for my next mattress purchase because of them.

I think the salesperson’s name was Antonio. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased a queen sized mattress and box spring. It took less than 30 minutes and was painless 😀

Eric met me as I came in. I explained my difficulties in picking out the right mattress to match my needs. A few questions later and he selected 4 choices for me. The first choice was spot on but we both agreed that it would not be fair to me to look at the other options. They were all close but the first one is perfect. 15 minutes later I was leaving with my bed being delivered next week. It was the easiest shopping for a bed ever.

Renee was very nice. She explained how the showroom was set up in very good detail. The service and prices are so great we ended up being two mattress. Will keep this store in mind for future purchases.

Talked with kelly today and i was trying to get a better deal than she was offering on a used mattress. She wouldnt come down on the price stating. Everyone just got a $600 stimulus check so our prices are higher than normal, Unapologetically. I called back to ask her if she knew how that sounded and she has no remorse whatsoever. So just know that for the next month or so they will be price gouging. Had a great eperience at mattress firm in decatur several years ago.

Dear manager of this store, Erik deserves a promotion. Heres our experience from today.Its the 23rd of December, and Im sure he didnt want to be working. We all have 100 things to do around the holidays. We were buying a new mattress for my mom, who is Spanish speaking, and Erik spoke with her fluently. This alone made the experience worth while. We told him we wanted a purple, since my wife and I have one and love it. He didnt try to upsale us or show us 100 options. He talked to us about the product, educated my mother on why purple works, what to look for based on what kind of sleeper she is and gave us all of our pricing/delivery options. We paid for the mattress same day for mom and left feeling good about it! My wife and I even started thinking of buying more purple products since we were able to try them out in the store. With other customers in the store and a delivery, Erik, by himself, took care of everyone very well. We never felt forgotten, yet he allowed us time to talk and think while he served other customers. Were aware theres a store across the street and Mattress Firm is a large company where you could go to any store, but this location is worth the drive. Ask for Erik, and youre going to be well taken care of!

While in the store, service was quick, friendly, and great. I purchased a nice king bed with a frame and all the extras. They set up delivery for today (Sunday, May 30). We heard nothing from them. We call the store and ask about delivery when were told theyll contact the warehouse and get back to us. When the call came back, we were informed that apparently the warehouse, (Im assuming the ONLY warehouse that stocks these mattresses and frames?) had some sort of storm damage where the roof came completely off the building. As odd of a story as that is, I would understand a delay, but hearing about it the day of delivery seems unprofessional. Now I am HOPING that the delivery actually shows up next week.

My shopping experience was very pleasant. They worked with us on prices, and got us a very good deal. Then they delivered the bed, with no box spring. We called, assuming it was a mistake, but were told that that was $200 extra. I understand this, but it seems like that would be pertinent information at the time of purchase. I mean, who buys a frame and mattress, but no box spring to support it?

If Renee DuPree of the Gainesville, GA store is an example of Mattress Firm run there to get all your mattresses!!!A last minute need to get two twin mattresses sent us on a frantic hunt. Living in an area at least :45 minutes away from any mattress store made the situation more stressful.After talking with three other companies, none of whom had what we needed nor were seemingly interested in determining if they could locate the items, I called the next company on the list which was Mattress Firm Gainesville.Renee answered my call professionally. She took the time to find out what I needed, when I needed it, explain clearly why the stores had low inventory (due to COVID) and problem solve until we came to a solution. A solution that got us what we needed, when we needed it.Renee is exemplary in her field. She is a model for all employees of Mattress Firm and other businesses to follow.As for the two twin mattresses they will serve their purpose.

Dont let their display about how low their prices are CAUSE you to not look at their in store display. Because they are high on prices. But they have the best quality on the market. We bought over a thousand dollars worth. It sleeps heavenly. Also,, the sales person will go out his way to help you find the quality matched with a LOWEST price that works for you best.

Jerry did an outstanding job explaining the benefit and value of the mattresses at mattress firm.We made our selection and Jerry set everything up for the purchase and delivery. We used the mattress about a month and decided to take advantage of the guarantee because the mattress was just too firm. We had a slight customer service issue with the terms of the warranty but Jerry stepped in and once again did an amazing job with the exchange and delivery. Great, fun experience with our Sales woman Calah! My fiance and I went in just to look and tried several different mattresses. They all felt better than our old one of course..
