I asked for a item and was directed exactly to where I could find it and the associate was very friendly, helpful and respectful. That was the best part of the experience while I was looking for items for my son who attends the University. Another associate walked up to me and asked me if I needed help or was I looking for something specific but I notice no one else in my immediate section was being asked the same question...

We drove up from Dunnellon after calling to make sure the items we wanted to purchase were in stock and after being reassured they were we made the drive (45 minutes) up to the storeThe Ocala store had told us they were not sure if the pillows we were searchingfor were even being sold be the companyany longer so that led to contact the Gainesville location.After looking around the store twice we finally stopped an employee and questioned her as to the items only to be told she hadnt seen those items come in on deliveries in months...Understandably we left very unhappy.

Wasnt to busy. Plenty of parking. I think some of the items r a lil over priced. However, I did find a few things on sale.

I purchased a $79 item and was told if I signed up for notifications I would get the 20% off coupon and could use it for that item up to 2 weeks from the purchase. I have not gotten the coupon and it will be 2 weeks tomorrow.

Store has nice selection of the things needed for bed and bath. Nicer yet is the things to entertain and make cooking/eating fun. Staff is helpful and friendly not pesky. Easy to walk around and find things you might want.

WORST COMPANY!!!!!! & they stole my merchandise (as I shipped it back as told) & they will not refund me my money!!!!! Canceled my membership because they had me return/ship back my $217.00 comforter, kept it & refuse to give me my money or my comforter back!! Managers don’t help, supervisors don’t help, & it’s absolutely ABSURD that this multiple million dollar company keeps my $ & my product because they don’t keep records apparently & have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!! Spent 7 hours on the phone & they all say “well we are sorry but we can’t find it but we can compensate you with $25 for our inconvenience”. What a JOKE!!!! I recently went to bb&b for a certain fry pan. They did not have it in the store. I was encouraged to order it on line. After email confirmation, followed by a long wait I got a cancellation notice that they can’t fill the order. Recently I went to the store to buy sippy cups id seen on their site. Not sold at the store I was helped to place the order on line. The cups were due to be delivered in 5 days. As they didn’t arrive, I looked for a tracking number. None to be found. Looked for the Phone number, which turned out to be useless. Forced to “chat” via text I was told the cups hadn’t even left the store. Did I want to reorder?After back and forth for an hour I gave up and cancelled the order. Today, one day after all this, the cups arrived. Thanks b,b&b, but no thanks any more.

Very clean great customer service and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The only thing I would change is the increasingly messy clearance section, although it was pretty funny watching people wade through the aisle searching for cheep blankets.

It is always a nice place for decorative items. But also a bit pricey. We were a bit disappointed right now (hence only 4 stars), because among other things we were looking for a bathrobe for our daughter - in some fun colors. But in contrast to their web pages all they had was white and gray. We were expecting way more choices.

Went in for my wedding registry and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable while not being too pushy. It was a lovely experience and my fiancee and I had a great time. Everything is easily sectioned off and tidy. Great experience

They have pretty much everything. Most of it is affordable and priced right, especially with the never expiring 20% off coupons that can be used in multiples. Sheets there are pricey though, even with the 20% off.

Bed Bath and Beyond has become a great place to shop. If you can think of a home product, they have it or will get it for you. If youre looking for that difficult to find item, chances are they have it. Prices are a bit $$$, but well worth the products.

Love, love, love this store. Its a one stop shop for most of your household items. It has EVERYTHING and then some. It has a variety of items to choose from.. I go and just shop. It even has the extra ordinary and ordinary items.

This used to be a great place to go after yesterday I not so sure. I can not buy with confidence now that the return policy has been dramatically altered. I now must save all receipts(no small task) so I guess my trips will be other stores with the same merchandise and usually lower prices. The big selling point of BBB was hassle free customer service which you paid for with less than ideal pricing. So thats it ...

Im very pleased with this Bed Bath & Beyond. Although on a smaller scale than others Ive been, everything is well displayed as well as organized.The store has been clean everytime I have gone there. The employees are polite as well as very helpful. Their dress code of black and white are When a customer asks where an item is located, they will lead you thereqss instead of telling you. I believe this to be a lost art, so to speak. Their products appear to be of good quality as Ive not had any problem with my purchases. Needless to say, I plan on being a frequent shopper.

The prices dont match the shelf labels. Very frustrating when you have to make multiple trips to the cashier carrying heavy items just to find out its triple the price of the tag on the shelf. Certainly not a problem with Amazon...

My son and I went to the Gainesville, FL to do some Christmas shopping for his mom and my wife. All the employees were very friendly and extremely helpful. We had two different employees go and find products that we were trying to find and bring them to us for us to make a decision. At checkout I was offered a 20% discount for filling out a former for emails. What a great place to shop, especially when you have no clue what your trying to find! Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. We will be going back to shop in the future!

This place really needs help very unorganized and staff is not very helpful. Although the new cashier tried very hard and she was very pleasant however her manager kinda rude.

Staff are friendly and there was little wait time in line. However, the store shelves were thin. Not sure if they are about to do a major reorganization or going to close.

Staff was persistent in asking if I needed help finding something. Great service. Be careful when navigating; you cannot get there from the mall parking lot. The right turn comes immediately west of the Perkins parking lot.

Bought college stuff and when returning to my car, it wouldnt start! Wonderful employees in the name of Merrisa, Willy, and William helped out by trying to jump start the car. Until the tow person came and helped out as well. It was wonderful.

Everything in this store is overpriced compared to competitors. The only good thing about this company was the no hassle returns. This was the sole reason I did business with them. However, now they will not return anything without a receipt and are extremely hasslesome about it. Find your goods elsewhere like amazon or Walmart where they actually care about their customers.

Always neat and tidy. Nice full size carts stored in the center of the store. Found the weird, obscure cheese grater I was looking for here.

I think my child said it best when she commented how the store focuses less on Bed and Bath, and more on Beyond.

They dont sell phone cords, go to Radio Shack (also out of biz). When I got to NYC, NYU, Fordham and Columbia all had to share one Bed, Bath & Beyond

The management at this location is incredibly rude. Also, BB&B has apparently recently changed their return policy, which was literally the only reason to shop at BB&B in the first place. I cannot recommend this location. The company as a whole is clearly going downhill.
