Nice ladies horrible corporate policy. Ive been a customer for 25 years I do not look like a transient and during a diarrhea incident I was blocked trying to use the restroom that was clearly labeled restroom. As I ran to the nearest bathroom 3 Doors Down Im glad the girls did not have to clean up a mess. Im appalled I quite frankly very upset. I will be bringing my business to Cosmo.

My natural hair color is dark brown six months ago I put LOreal Frost and highlights kind of just rub it in my hair and later it turned very yellow gold brassy when I try to dye it brown again it just look green and gold and brassy through the brown it looks horrible then I found this Sallys store and I went inside and I described to the lady about my hair and I also told her that I didnt want any chemicals with PPD or with ammonia in it so she took me to the aisle and she gave me a small bottle of red protein filler to mix with a 20-volume bottle of developer and she gave me a permanent black hair dye with Argan Oil in it and when I came home I did it and there was no burning there was no itching there was no hair fall there was no smell at all and when I washed it out I was just shocked and amazed my hair felt alive my hair felt extremely soft my hair looked so good it look like a wig my husband looked at my hair and he was like OMG you look like a queen I mean this looks even better than what a salon would do if you need your hair fixed dont do it just from Google search just going to Sallys show them your hair tell them what you want and Ill give you the proper products.. and by the way the lady that helped me she had blond hair that was long and curly looking she was totally awesome

I’ve always shopped at Sally’s. They have a good selection and great prices, but I can no longer return to this location.I was sold a product on Friday, intending to use it on a client. Upon returning to my salon and pulling the product out of the box, I observed that the protective seal was broken and there was some other ?????? non dye, clear grease-like substance smeared all over the tube and cap. Obviously I was not going to use that on a paying client. This product was unable to be returned because “we can’t resell an open product”. Okay, I get it, I also understand this is not the fault of the employee I spoke with at the store; however it is unacceptable to have sold this product already opened with no effort on Sally’s part to make the situation right. Was it a manufacturing error? Was it another customer tampering with merchandise? I don’t know, and it doesn’t matter because the product is useless to me. I left the dye at the register, because again, I can’t use this on a paying client. I hope $12 was worth losing a customer who’s been loyal to your company for 15+ years

Just have to give a shout out the assists manager Sarah who SAVED MY HAIR AND LIFE. She helped with great patience pick out the right toner and products to fix a brass job. I trusted her recommendation blindly, and my hair was 100% saved and exactly what I wanted/she described it could do for me. Thank you Sarah, seriously a great asset to any company!

This Sallys store is always been one of my go to places for hair care. The employees are always helpful and they do the best they can to offer the bsst advice they know and have to help with any questions you have.

Love Sally always made sure my hair had the right product and care. And for those who blame them for how their hair turned out. Remember this is a store for hair products and to do at home. If you want perfection may I recommend a salon where they actually are trained to cut dye and change your look. Tho you cant fix stupid they can fix the stupidity you tried on yourself. Now dont hate the people who work just as hard as everyone and try their best to help you and others. And some actually start at Sally while going to beauty school and still are learning. And Im pretty sure you arent so good at your job sometimes neither. So once again you want youre hair truly done go to a salon and not blame others for how you arent trained to do your own hair💁💯 thats all.

Products are great. Lady with black hair is very rude. The store has only one customer and myself but she did not even bother to even walk me to the shelf so I can search for the right product. Will never come back to this store.

I love this Sallys location. The ladies who work there are super nice. They almost always have the products I want to purchase. Usually very well stocked on their regular items.

I love sally products... BUT I advise you to NEVER listen to these people that work there because they obviously don’t know what they are talking about. The girl w the black hair recommended WRONG products. Not only has it further damaged my hair, but I also had to spend MORE money to fix my hair. I was trying to do this hair dying thing in a night or two, but because these workers don’t educate themselves properly, it has now taken me a week to do so. A WEEK to fix my hair. Shame on them. If you are going to work in a beauty store KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT.Oh and I’ve bought two products from this specific store that were packaged WRONG which made me spend MORE money 🙄🙄🙄🙄. I don’t know if they’re lazy or I just have bad luck 🤷🏻‍♀️I DO NOT RECOMMEND ASKIN THESE PEOPLE FOR ADVISE.

My wife and I went there and yall have to understand that I hate shopping. The staff was extremely accurate with the colors and everything else in the store. She told the lady want and we were in and out in about 15 mins which was amazing for me..

This is the absolute worst Sallys on the planet! They dont know what theyre doing, nor do they have anyone that knows what they are talking about. Just a word of wisdom for your corporate office: HIRE PEOPLE THAT HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH EVERY TYPE OF HAIR, AND NOT PEOPLE THAT JUST NEED JOBS!
