This company will NOT wear mask without complaining. They will pull it back off when your back is turned to them. And the worker will pout when asked to properly wear a mask. And then pull if back off the second you are not looking.I am amazed he was in my apartment without properly covering his face.This company does not put safety first.

Personal service, they know glass, over 50 years in business. Oscar is polite and knows his job. Linda and Ricky are always spot on when it comes to new construction projects.

They have what you need but somewhat expensive

Guy was an hour late. Called the office twice. Once was told he be right there. 10 minutes later still not here called back and lady cursed me and had the nastiest attitude. Telling me I got a good price and that I was lucky she didnt charge me 2 services calls. She was more concerned about cancelling the job than doing the job. I told her i would wait about 10 minutes then I have to leave. He tells me you do what you have to do. But yet in the conversation she tells me I have an attitude when she was the rude one. When the install guy got here he knew he was an hour late and asked me what I wanted to do. Well i told him it needs to be done but I wouldnt do business again with the company just because of the lady in the office. He didnt care tells me she is a nice person and that they got plenty of work anyway. Wow. Never have in all my life have i ever seen such disrepect and no care. Worst customer service ever. The install was a nice guy but dont tell your customer we got plenty of work which implies we dont care about you or your business. I would give zero stars if I could!! Never use them.

No call no show for scheduled appointment. Today. Very disappointed. My time is as valuable as any business’s time.

Crazy idea, maybe dont quote a client one price and then magically jack the price up after the service is rendered... do not waste your time with this company. Rude and unprofessional management.
