Always a great place to walk around. Great place to get ideas about projects you didnt even know you want to start. Prices are a bit high, however if you look around there are some sales and clearance items that are well worth the time spent to find. Walked out with a few items I didnt know I needed until I saw them.

Always clean, shelves full and new holiday stuff was in the store. With stores not having items... this was appreciated.

They are pretty good, better than Jo Anns but not as good as Hobby Lobby.

Purchased the most amazing red metal cart with wheels for my daughters makeup and hair supplies. Such a deal! Michaels everyday low price of $30 was better than I could find anywhere else. I attached a power strip to the side of the bottom shelf now she can plug her flat iron in and leave it on the metal cart while she does her hair in the morning instead of setting it on the floor. Ahhh kids. The cart is amazing I plan to go back and purchase 3 more for around the house. Perfect for cleaning supplies, laundry room, and of course my craft room. The carts a really sturdy and has a ton of space. Love it. Thanks Michaels!

Not as well stocked as other Michaels Ive visited

Went into the store to pick up something I bought online. I pressed the button for help about a dozen times. Was standing there for like 20 minutes. The cashier finally came over and asked if I was waiting for something. They then helped me get the stuff I had bought. They mentioned that I shouldve gotten in the line, but in the past when I have gotten in the line I was told that they couldnt help me there and that I had to press the button. My suggestion is to curbside or just buy inside. I do not recommend in store pickup!

It had the materials/product I need to complete a Veteran project to honor 🎖 my brother who is Congressional Medal of honor recipient and myself who is a 20+ year Veteran

Customer service is really poor here. The girl in the frames department is very unfriendly, giving customers dirty looks and running to hide in a different aisle when anyone to attempts to raise a hand/finger and ask a question. Hobby Lobby also poor customer service, but not quite as unwelcoming as this Michaels. Selection is smaller than Hobby Lobby (with the exception of Halloween items, as the latter does not carry many Halloween items) and prices are similar or higher. I was looking for a frame for a college degree, and I thought the $10-$20 range at HL was high, but Michaels had a smaller selection of degree frames (there were two items to choose from) and they were both over $30. Bathroom was reasonably clean, and the selection of fake flowers is good.

Great selection of art supplies and crafting supplies. They have coupons 99.9% of the time. I can always find what I need.

I will always opt to purchase crafting and cake supplies from Michaels as they do not discriminate against anybody. I vote with my wallet. Having said that, they have a great selection of Wilton supplies and an amazing array of jars, beads, and baskets. Seasonal crafting and gift supplies are very well stocked. Highly recommend.

Love this store. The company doesn’t send many 60% off coupons but you can always find a 40% off coupon online. I was helped by Demetrius and he is so knowledgeable about the whole store. The store isn’t cluttered and everything is easy to find. They have a great clearance section.

I always love going shopping at Michaels. This store was really good too but need more help on the floor to find stuff. I needed more stuff but ran out of time. My friend picked up the remainder at Hobby Lobby. I will be shopping again but when I have more than an hour to shop.

Okay, so what craft store doesnt have a fabric section? Seriously, no fabric at all. Which is what I went there for. The store is small and the aisles are tiny. They are lacking in jewelry supplies big time. I mean it is sad. The paper crafting section is very small. The floral department is larger than anything else. But it was still lacking. They had a lot of Halloween stuff and just put out some Christmas items which was nice but it wasnt on sale. Overall I was hugely disappointed in this Michaels. My former Michaels was massive and had everything. I guess, I was just spoiled by that.

I regularly shop elsewhere. My son gave me a Michaels gift card for Christmas. I am still trying to spend the money on it. The employees have difficulty each of the 3 times I have been in attempting to get the card to work. Always ready to show me what I am doing wrong. I still have money left on the card after todays trip because it is extremely difficult for me to find what I am searching for. Today I wanted emerald green deco mesh to make a wreath. The only size I. Stock was 6 inch. I never make tiny decorations, so it was useless. I will have to go back again to finish spending this same gift card. There are tiny choices for each craft but if you are looking for something in particular use you regular store.

I love the products, selection and sale prices. The fact that as many as 12 people were in line at once and only one cashier open is frustrating. Not until I got up there, after waiting in line for 5 customers in front of me, did they have a second cashier come up because I asked them to.

Great prices and sales! Found an item my husband was looking for using in a project at church. Also picked up a large batch of canvases on sale for a great price. Of course he had to get new brushes too. Cashier set him up with a Michaels card and he was bery happy!

They have a lot of craft stuff to chose from in there store at pretty decent prices with the coupons from their app. Only reason I dont give them 5 stars is that they dont have much if anything for sewing or quilting. Also the checkout lines are always long. The other day I was the 11th person in line. By the time I was helped there were 6 more people behind me, and the cashiers did not seem to be in any hurry which was frustrating. Maybe it takes so long to check out because of the holidays, but everytime Ive gone when there wasnt a holiday, theyre still pretty busy.

Pretty decent stock for the location size. Staff is always quite friendly and ready to be helpful. I usually research everything myself before going to buy something there, so Im not sure how knowledgeable they are, but they seem to do a good job helping folks. Theres always a coupon it seems, so you can get a pretty good deal in addition to all the weekly sales.

Hard to beat a place like this. It makes you want to be so creative

There was so much extra holiday merchandise stuffed in with all the regular products that the place felt like a chaotic mess. It was hard to find things. I cannot comment on how the store is sitting regular season.

Workers seem nice and friendly so far. I love Michaels. They need more choice of silver and gold charms. I enjoy making my own charm bracelets. But I feel theyre selection is not enough. But on the flip side Michaels can get expensive. So Id rather order some things on Amazon lol... But nice store and organized.

I went to get cake stuff to decorate Christmas cake. Disappointed, didnt have much. What they did have was overpr on the whole. Managed to get a few bits cheaper in their sale.

I made a call to our local micheals on archer rd in butler plaza. The staff you have working there are remarkable the first young man that answered the phone his name was Michael and was very kind and very wonderful and helped me get to the right area of the store by phone to the person I needed to talk to about some shells I was thinking about making Christmas ornaments out of then a young lady I apologize I did not get her name I should have continually help to me and even got me the prices on all of the shelves that I wanted which I just wanted a general idea and she didnt have to go to that link than that depth for One customer whos on the phone but I appreciate everything that theyve done for me and you have a customer for life thank you very much Michael for training your staff to be so helpful and so friendly even on phone calls.

Placed online order which was processed correctly, however the online order pickup area is located at the custom frame counter. There were 2 employees working the counter however I had to wait 10 minutes for the customers to finish picking out elaborate custom framing orders. I feel like the employees could have acknowledge d my presence atleast during my wait. Surely while their customers decided what color mats and frames and glass, they could have separated themselves from their customer for 1 moment and retrieved my order that was literally 2 footsteps behind them. My order was already paid for. This seems to be a training opportunity! Bad online order pick up experience at Michaels!

Comprehensive craft store, but under-staffed. The staff thats there is friendly and knowledgeable, there just doesnt seem to be enough.

Alot of options for stuff, this one is better supplied for artists than some other Michaels, must be because of university vinsity with art classes and sororities doing crafts.

So Ive been coming to this Michaels for years. And i always have a warm experience, but recently a newer cashier named Nautica has been nothing shy of excellent. Not only is her customer service amazing, she always has a smile and a welcoming attitude. I will continue to shop here for all of my craft needs!

Great selection of Wilton accessories for baking and decorating. I went in for blue gel coloring for my buttercream frosting and was impressed by their selection of colors and applications (gel, glitter, royal, meringue, fondant and buttercream icing). They had all of the Wilton gel colors, and were completely stocked, nothing on order. Seriously, 2 rows of icing. Oh! They also had 3 clearance sections for their home decor! Bargains!
