If you order the blue berry scone…be prepared to have a big glass of milk or something to drink with this…You might end up choking on this extra dry contraption!You would think they would have more blueberries in it also.I’m really disappointed in my weekend treat.

Ordered a brown sugar iced oat milk shaken espresso and it was way too sweet and tasted like it didn’t have coffee in it. The people who ordered before me had the staff remake their drink because they couldn’t taste coffee either.I don’t even know how someone forgets to add coffee

If I could give a 10 I would The girls that work the morning shift always make me a perfect coffee I dont know who taught them but they did very good job thank you girls

Worst Starbucks I have been to in my two decades of being a loyal customer. Drinks made improperly. Please go back to training your employees and having higher standards for your employees. Wont get anything from here again. I will save my starbucks trips for when I am at home in Albertville

We ordered a caramel frap and two vanilla beans. They were hands down the best Starbucks drinks we have ever had! Kudos to the batistas!

I came in and they did not speak. No one came up to the register, with 5 employees behind the counter. Not even eye contact.

Fast friendly service. The eggs bites are absolutely amazing. I have tried all 3 and they are mouth watering. And the Mango dragon fruit is a beautiful drink full of little dragon fruit its so good.

Everything is reheated as usual per the Starbucks way. Coffee was great but the bagels were tough as nails and the scone fell apart in the package, dry as a bone.

Very slow every worker talking and standing around,took awhile to get 3 people out the door we were all waiting for simple drinks.Manager was talking about her broken machines to the employees. Please send them what they need! Loved that they were connected to the travel stop.

Worst Starbucks Ive ever been to!! They were out of lots of things.. Coffee machine wasnt working...had to make regular coffee using espresso and water. I come to Starbucks for consistent tasting coffee...what I got wasnt Starbucks quality. And they dont redeem birthday rewards...happy birthday to me 😒

Terrible. This is not a corporate store - it’s franchised - so beware, as it’s obvious they are not held up to the same standards. Baristas looked very confused like they were thrown out on the floor with no training and didn’t know what they were doing. Ordered two very simple drinks and both were completely wrong and tasted gross. Wish we would’ve listened to the other reviews! This location shouldn’t carry the Starbucks name.

Not a very pleasant experience. Ordered 5 drinks and none of them were even close to being made correctly. The barista’s working seemed confused on how to make the drinks and acted like it was an inconvenience that customers were in the store. From a former Starbucks barista, I would certainly not recommend.

I travel frequently, Starbucks is a constant during my travels. This is the best one I have been to. The staff was courteous and polite, our orders we done perfectly and quickly. They made me and my family feel completely welcome appreciated.

Went in and all their employees had one air pod in and literally couldn’t hear anything I said. They were out of iced coffee. They were also out of many other items such as caramel and lemonade. It was not the best experience that I have had at a Starbucks.

Horrible! Couldn’t make simple signature Starbuck drinks for which they are licensed. As a Starbucks barista, I watched as they butchered the drink process, used wrong ingredients and used questionable methods of sanitation. My vanilla sweet cream cold brew was delivered hot! Not even sure how that can happen. Don’t waste twenty minutes waiting for a disgusting drink!

Manager we as attentive. Spoke privately with a group of non compliant customersnot wearing masks. All employees were very helpful and kind. My vinti pistachio hot coffee is now my fav.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The people that work there are so rude. They will yell at you saying they can’t hear you but they cant hear because all of the other employees are being so loud. I come here often because I like the coffee but the rude employees are ridiculous. Why have 4 employees when all they do is stand in a circle and talk. I don’t know how this place is still open

Not sure where to start. First off didnt know it was customary for Starbucks to have a list of what they are out of posted on the menu. A business should never run out of this many things. Their was only 1 employee working in the front and multiple people waiting on orders. A lady asked for her money back and the employee said she would have to wait because she didnt have a key and the manager would have to do it. Then the manager come out and told the lady wanting her money back that she didnt have to be rude. Wanted to tell the lady why there was all these problems so she didnt have to be rude (the lady was very polite when asking). Then when the customer had left they talked about how rude she was with guest still in the store. Coffee was alright. I remember why I do not shop at this Starbucks.

Yes, I asked for generous cream, but I didnt expect ONLY cream. Even after asking for coffee to be added, it still was 90%cream. Also, the little coffee in it was grounds. Didnt need that in my mouth. What a disappointment.

Not even a one star. Inside building was dirty and unkept, not to mention how nasty and unclean their workstation was. The workers appeared to be confused on every drink they made. Us and other customers waited 45 mins and longer for our drinks. Would not stop here again. Also the sign said no more than 6 customers in lobby, it was packed and they wore masks under their chins and noses. ( like don’t even where a mask if gonna wear it like that)!!

The employees are so nice, every time. It is over an hour out of our way, but it is worth it.

The staff is extremely helpful and wonderful, I go there a lot. Everyday if I could I would go there. They are super nice and sweet. Always quality and quantity, they have what I want most if the time hut it depends upon if they get what they need from the warehouse.

We come here every afternoon and the kids that work there and HORRIBLE. Either they don’t make our drinks right or they always have an excuse to why they can’t make it, either the machine is broken or the manager “didn’t order enough product”. If you want a nice coffee I recommend highly to not come here at night.

They were very rude. they did say thank you or your welcome when said thank you too.

There were two people in front of use. We waited 30 min for our coffee. We ordered one dairy free, it came with whipped creme. When asked to remove it, he scraped the top half off leaving the rest in the cup. Then when we tasted the drinks, each a Frappuccino (2 coffee, 1 Vanilla Bean) they were disgusting. Tasted like burnt coffee and sour milk. The worst Ive ever had at a Starbucks.

This place is a bit slower than a regular Starbucks and are usually out of something. This time it was strawberry syrup for the new drink and toffee nut syrup.

I go here daily ! I could not begin to ask for a better product and the service could not be better. All of the ladies are so nice and treat there customers well. Makes you feel like family when your there. These ladies should be congratulated on the amazing work they do, and the way they treat people, Love being a valued customer !

Love it, love it, love it especially the frozen hot chocolates they are soooooo good. They are fast and very kind here.

Coffee was good but way over priced for me.

Only cashier had gloves on and mask on fully. One preparing the food and coffee no gloves. The other employee had mask down over her chin and no gloves while giving out food. Im use to the one where I live gloves are changed prior to every order and masks fully worn.

Awful worst service Ive ever experienced

I was here over 4 years ago, they got the order right because I ordered one of their regular drinks - Hot White Chocolate Mocha.Lets fast forward to recently (yesterday).. NO. I ordered the famous Pink Drink - Grande Passion Tango Tea, No Classic Syrup, 3 Pumps Sugar Free Vanilla, Heavy Cream instead of regular milk with strawberry infusion. Fail! No taste of vanilla, heavy cream never mixed in, you can see the drinks ingredients separating, no strawberries and it was sweet as if the classic syrup was pumped in. JUST NO!!

I ordered a caramel crunch frappe with almond milk i guess the cashier thought it would be funny to add whole milk to my drink after her coworker corrected her, then mixed almond milk in (then they both giggled). I just asked for a refund, I didnt get her name she wasnt wearing a name tag. If you are going to try something like that make sure you arent visible. Then the order before me had to correct them. They added whole milk to his as well. If you have food allergies I wouldnt take the chance.

Customer service was severely lacking. We had to wait for the employees to complete their personal conversation prior to our ordering. When ordering, I observed my drink being made. I paid for and extra shot of espresso. When the young lady handed my cup to me, I asked about the extra shot. She said she put it in the cup. There was no extra shot, and the coffee was so watered down, we had to discard our drinks. Too much money for bad service and incomplete order. This young lady was African American, and plus size. Worst Starbucks ever! I had to repeat my order because clearly blondie behind the register was not paying attention. When I went inside, all employees were wearing a mask. While I was waiting for my items, a young guy enters not wearing a mask. Blondie behind the register removes her mask so she can smile big at the cute young guy. All the while shes still preparing my drink and food items. When I get to my car I realize she messed up my order. Big surprise! I asked for oatmeal with blueberries. No blueberries! I asked for the egg bites without the peppers for my dog. Guess what? she gave me egg bites with peppers!

These ladies were super nice and courteous, I will definitely be going back

Absolutely the worst Starbucks I have ever been to! Workers should not be talking on their cellphones while making customers drinks or bring pizza behind the counter. Not professional at all. My drink was not even made right because of workers talking to each other while I ordered. Rude employees that were laughing also.Check the other one star reviews on this place!

This is the only coffee shop in Gadsden open on Sundays or we would never stop here. 4 persons behind counter and no one ever greets a customer. 3 wore a mask, 2 masks were below the nose. One wore no mask at all! I took a picture of him but dont see a way to post it here. Awful Starbucks!

Amazing service

They were out of a lot of things, before I ordered the barista listed off like 10 things. I asked her if they had cold brew and she said no. They also dont let you redeem stars. I ordered an iced coffee with cream because I figured I would keep it simple since my last few visits to any Starbucks (not just this one) have yielded the wrong drink. Instead I got a grande cup of half and half with a splash of iced coffee.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Out of Venti cups was a surprise after we waited in line. Luke warm drinks. And they barely filled the largest size cups they had!!! Will not be back!!

I have Starbucks everyday near home, but this location does not mix the drinks well. They do not measure correctly either. I drink enough Starbucks I felt like I wanted to direct them, but was trying not to be rude.

Like the prompt says, its ok. Consistency in drinks could be better. Service could be better. One of the smallest Starbucks I have ever been to. Hardly any space to sit or stand. No drive-through. Not many smiling faces.

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. A girl walked in when they were maxed capacity and they yelled at her, she didn’t here so they all simultaneously started saying and when the girl walked out they all started laughing and talking about her (RUDE) and then, after I waited in line and then waited on my 2 drinks and danish(about 15 minutes) and woman walks in and whispered to a barista that she wanted 3 large Frappuccino’s. The barista IMMEDIATELY started making the drinks that this woman did NOT pay for and then this woman got her drinks before me and the girl in front of me did. It’s very disrespectful that they can hand out free drinks before paid for drinks. Not to mention I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for my danish that they had forgotten about. I was the second person to walk in and the very last to walk out. I would have called corporate but I wasn’t given a receipt even after asking. Do NOT spend your money here.

Last week and this week my husband and fil pickup up orders during happy hour. Both times ( 4 drinks each-8 total) were made incorrectly and were charged full price! I did NOT know this til today when they showed me receipt or cc charges. I called last week but NO ONE answered. I called again tonight-no answer!
