Normally, this place is great. But tonight, service was HORRIBLE! We repeated our order several times, but all of the coworkers were screaming in the background. I ordered ORIGINAL Kreme filled. 8:45 on a Saturday night and they dont have any!! What!!! How does that happen? My friends both order cold/frozen coffees. When they finally bring them to the window, we are informed that they JUST ran out of whipped cream.....my other friends coffee was only about 3/4 full, so she asked them to fill it up completely. They closed the window and started talking about us... One girl is doing most all of the work, while cleaning crew and others are piled around the drive thru. There customer service attitudes are awful and they really need to pull it together. I understand everyone is short staffed,but if you have a job, please dont come in miserable and make customers miserable as well!

Shopped for granddaughter she loves the Halloween decorated donuts. Went through drive through person at window was not friendly at all .

Our doughnuts were stuffed in the bag practically flat, and there were no chocolate iced doughnuts. The oil needs to be changed - a couple of weeks ago probably. I love Krispy Kreme doughnuts and went out of my way to stop there. Very disappointing.

I have to say first that I love Krispy Kreme donuts (who doesnt), but the last 3 times I have been they have been out of alot of the donuts that are their regulars. And yesterday when I went they got my order right but then tried to short me by a whole dozen by saying they didnt hear me order it but it was rang up on my receipt. I have almost decided to quit using the Gadsden Krispy Kreme. Maybe they can pull it together but Im getting really tired of being shorted on my orders this makes the second time. I would be cautious if going here.

Young man who took my order was very nice so polite and was very proficient, service after that by the black lady mid-20s was extremely rude, slow, I found an inch of Coffee grounds in the bottom of my med size cup!!! Of course the cappuccino machine was down (even though she just got done making one!) OR she was just too lazy to make me one, and she even got huffy at me for even asking! This was yesterday morning around 9:15am.

Drove 45 min to buy the Halloween Box. Got here and it was empty inside so we decided to go in. (10-12-21 @ 6:25pm.) There were 2 girls up front talking. The girl in the drive through was getting orders, but the other girl looked at us and walked away. Didnt say hello, welcome, give me a min, nothing. After I finally said, Im calling corporate while an employee was standing there did we finally get waited on and it had to be by him who didnt even work up there. He walked back where they were and Im sure told them but with their nasty attitude they told him they didnt care. I dont know why anyone eats here. This store really needs to find some more motivated employees that have customer service skills. I know finding employees is hard right now but to settle for this is pretty low.

Melt in your mouth when they are fresh turned on the hot and fresh sign as I was pulling away best donut Ive ever ate.

My experience was not a good one it was only 9:15 I did not get any of donuts I wanted because they were out and they were just the chocolate covered cream filled why would you be out at 9 also got to hot mocha caramel frappes that they said they would bring out to me and they forgot to bring them so I had to go in and get them and they were out of whipped cream it was a very bad experience I hope my next ones better

Donuts had just been cooked it had to wait about 5 minutes i would have waited longer. They were wonderful and I need a better word they melted in your mouth. Clean service food.dobuts Awesome!!!!!!

Ordered an iced pumpkin spice coffee and this is what I got it’s literally pumpkin spice flavoring in water that’s semi cold kinda disappointed:/.

Drove 30 minutes after pre-ordering chocolate glazed donuts....this is not a chocolate glazed donut. This is a chocolate covered glazed donut.. Love KK...very disappointed I didnt get what I ordered...but these are good as well.

Food and drinks were awesome! Staff was extremely nice. However, I used the restroom and found it in terrible shape. The toilet appeared to have overflown and the floor was standing with water and tissue paper. The water had flown under the door and into the dining area. They had a wet floor sign in the dining area and another in the restroom, but had not attempted to clean anything up. Maybe they just hadnt had time yet, who knows.

Great so much better in the morning later in the day you cant get great service. The gentlemen that waited on me today is always great. Last week 2 girls in the evening couldnt make a coffee

Never had a hot Krispy Kreme donut until I visited. Thought it was really cool watching the donuts being made in house and thoroughly enjoyed our dozen.

I ordered a 10ct donut holes, an original glaze, and a chocolate glaze. What I was given was a kreme filled chocolate glaze, a kreme filled original glaze, and a 10ct, all of which was cold. I didnt realize I had gotten the wrong stuff until after I had driven off. Ive always liked Krispy Kreme but this was not one of those times.

The staff was nice and courteous. The selection was fresh and delicious.

I know I wont spell her name correctly but the cashier in the drive thru today was so sweet and pleasant to us!! Arjianna maybe?? They forgot to put sprinkle donuts in my box and my grandbabies just cant eat a donut without sprinkles!! We went back through the drive thru and told her what happened and she took such good care of us!! Thanks for the Hot Now sign just as we arrived. The donuts were melt in your mouth perfect and the friendliness of your cashier means we will come again!!

Guy working there was kind of rude while I was ordering. The donuts in display case didnt look fresh at all, so decided to order a dozen of the hot and ready since the light was on, they werent hot and fresh like the Birmingham stores always have when light is on. Ice cold and can tell had been on shelf for couple of hours....

The glazed donuts are great but I had wanted a plain donut. Said they dont have those. The coffee was really good.

I have had Krispy Kreme donuts from several gas stations several times. I always thought they were good...UNTIL the day I had them FRESH from this Krispy Kreme donut shop in Gadsden AL for the first time!! OMG!! I will NEVER go back to the gas station donut again!!!!

So i’m a krispy kreme worker and all of these hateful reviews are not true are service is really good now the ppl that come thru drive thru like to cuss us out and it’s not nice we work very hard to take your order and get it for you as fast as we can but you have to remember we are short staffed. and when you come 30 mins before we close you have to think oh they might not have some donuts cause we have to make sure we throw them away so we can go home in time. i understand that y’all want donuts but another thing is it’s hard to get them all when your the only one working in drive thru by yourself. try and put yourself in our shoes for once. it’s hard to do our job with all the disrespect we are given for no reason we are here to help and all we get back is hate. have a nice day

Hot now sign on, 3 cars in drive thru, waited 10 minutes to get to order, told to come inside because we ordered 4 dozen, go inside, no one inside but us, told it would be at least 30 minutes before we could have any donuts, hot now sign still shining, this happened 2-23-21 at 8 pm

They 25 types of doughnuts and they had drinks lioe coffee and orange juice.

The staff here are almost always rude and act like they hate their jobs. Makes me want to drive in the opposite direction to Lickin Good Doughnuts where they have much better doughnuts and the staff is actually excited to have your business. KK is always out of something we try to order. But just the attitudes of the staff make me not want to go there... I dont even care if the hot light is on anymore. 😕

Customers service was sweet. No pun intended. She helped me when I was trying to put a dozen assorted together. Everything was clean. Everyone had mask and gloves on.I wanted a apple filled. But she said they dont carry them any more. What a disappointment.

The hot and fresh sign was on, long line at the drive thru. I got two chocolate cream filled and they were stale and hard. Ive never had a bad donut at krispy kreme so was surprised and very disappointed. The plain glazed were ok but had to be heated to taste fresh.

The reason it gets only 3 stars is consistency issues!!! I ordered a small Hazelnut latte and the pic is what I received. Not what the picture shows. Last week I ordered a small chocolate mocha and it was in a taller cup with a done lid and whip cream. Just like the picture. I was asked last time about whip cream, but not this time. Ive had a few order mix ups as well. Those are usually drive thru orders. Ugh!!!!!Again, its always something. Today, 10/21/18 the machine to make hot drinks is broken. Its the time for hot drinks and the machine is broken 😞

Every time we come here the service sucks. They never get our order right and their customer service is AWFUL!!!! All in all terrible experience every single time.

The donuts are good, but its kind of pricey. They have these little paper like hats for free. They make any pictures you take look really cute though. For my daughter and I to have a latte and hot chocolate with some donuts, the total was around $13. Fun time though. The birthday cake donut was delicious.
