We made an appointment for 10am, dropped off our truck and they didnt even start on it until 430pm. I know because we kept calling and checki g to see if it was ready and at 430 was told they were about to start on replacing the thermostat. What was the point of making an appointment if they werent going to start on it until almost 7 hours later? There is no way I would have sat there and waited. Very dissatisfied that this happened. If it had not been warranty work, we would have said forget it.

Worst lot I have ever been on and I have sold new cars on various lots Ford Dodge Acura Mitsubishi Hyundai.Any lot O have ever been on would not let walk around on the lot without someone like a salesperson talk to them they would have flooded the floor with more sale associates
