Very friendly staff, fast service, great price and selection, no pressure. One set of rims, 2 sets of tires, no appointment and they got us finished in under 2 hours so I wouldnt be late for my grandbabys bday party. Thank you Jr for your help!

Junior has the best deal around. Four other places I checked out said four to five hours to install. Junior said two hours and I was driving away an hour and 45 minutes later.

I’ve been going to Audio King for several years now. I now have two 16yr olds that have there own vehicles, and, as you know, they have to have great sounding audio. As well as great looking wheels and tires. The guys at Audio King are Top Notch. They have Great customer service, wonderful pricing. There work is awesome. And, the after sale is awesome also. They stand behind what they sale and there labor. All around a great place. 5 stars hands down!!!

Second time going there and leaving completely disappointed. Yes selection is nice. However prices are borderline extreme. Today I Told them I didn’t have wires or aux adapter. And needed amp and sub installed and I needed above parts as well. The guy told me $100 come in and we’ll get you all set up. Get there after being ignored for 20 minutes and three people later guy tells me okay I’ll do it for $160. So I left. Traffic jams in Gadsden had a wait list. Now just waiting. This place will never get my business.

These guys had every chance to sell me new speakers for my Rogue. When he had the car in the shop, he took the door panel off and discovered that the plug for the driver door speaker was not attached to the speaker. He simply plugged the speaker back in and it fixed a speaker that I thought was simply bad.Honesty! Thats the reason that I have bought every set of aftermarket speakers that I have ever bought for my vehicles from these guys. You cant beat their prices either.

Damn good speaker

I had Audio King do an install of a double-din CD/DVD head unit, two Cobalt 12 inch sub-woofers in a box, and a 1000 watt amp, all of which I provided. I called them in advance, and set up an appointment to have the install take place. They promised me theyd bench test the amp I provided to see if it functioned properly before installing it. After sitting at their store for 2 hours waiting, I decided to get my brother to come get me to go get a bite to eat. I got a call from them telling me that my amp didnt work after Id left, and they told me that Id have to have a new amp to get the subs to work. So I gave them the OK to install the new amp, which I purchased from them for $130.00. After 4 hours waiting total, they finally had the job finished, which was a RIDICULOUSLY long wait for a simple sound system installation. When I checked out the job theyd done, they had replaced the heater control wrong, and I couldnt use the knob for changing from cold to hot on the panel. So I fixed that myself while sitting in front of their store. I paid for the job, a total cost of $270.00 for installation, wiring and amp, then I got ready to leave. I noticed the amp of mine theyd said didnt work was missing, and when I asked where it was, they assured me it was in the trunk of the car. So I got in to leave, and decided Id check just in case to make sure. Of course, the amp WAS NOT in the trunk. So I went back inside and had him check to see if they could find it, and of course, one of his employees brought the amp back to me. Today, about 3 weeks after the job was done, I had a friend hook up the old amp just to prove to me it didnt work. The old amp worked PERFECTLY, with no issues whatsoever, and actually hit better than the new amp theyd sold me! So not only did the owner of the business LIE to me and tell me that my amp was worthless, but he also tried to KEEP the amp from me, knowing it worked and figuring I just wouldnt care that they kept a broken amp. Of course this business does not do refunds, so now I am out the cost of the amp they sold me for no reason other than to steal money from me. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, AS THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY TAKE FOREVER TO DO THE JOB THEY PROMISE WILL BE DONE QUICKLY, AND THEY LIE TO YOU ABOUT PRODUCTS YOU BRING IN TO THE STORE AND TRY TO STEAL THEM FROM YOU.

Low end products for a higher price. I mean if you want just speakers ok. But if you trying to build a system I wouldnt go by there.
