Everyone here is so nice and professional! They went above and beyond to repair my car after it had been stolen. I am so thankful I chose this shop to handle my car. She is so beautiful and shiny!

After an unfortunate accident W - J did the needed repair work for my 2005 Nissan Titan. The final repairs were done in a timely manner and turned out great. I didn’t expect the paint (Red) to match as well as it does.

The body work itself was really a great job but the communication skills lacked professionalism, had to get in touch with insurance provider to collect more than original estimate for more issues found, never let me know and took a extra week longer the expected pickup date, never letting me know, then told me it was ready for pickup without letting me know they werent even finished with it, had a part on back order, drove it a week before finishing the job, all in all the work was good but dont expect them to communicate with you, ending up after paying my deductible of $500 a whopping $4,500

I went for an estimate, adjuster wasnt available, but the person who assisted me was very helpful, personable, friendly.

From the moment I arrived at your location in Gadsden Alabama, I was greeted with the most cordial and kind attention, and Tim explained to me very clearly the process of fixing my truck. I was amazed at how fast and what a great job your team did. It rides beautifully and it looks even better. I could not believe yall had it ready this quick in less than a week from ordering parts to back in the ride better than when I purchased it. I was asked at work about my truck today and my coworkers agreed with me that the job was amazing... and in such a short period of time. I would also like to give thanks to the front staff. They were very attentive and kind by keeping me up to date every step of the way. I just hope I have more opportunities to refer your services, because Nathan, WJ Body Shop deserves it.

Do not take car there because they want finish job on your car they suppose too keep your car longer than the insurance will pay for can get them to repair thing they suppose to do promise they have you waiting playing game for six month

I was referred to them from my insurance company. After research about them (all good). I stopped to get an estimate on the damages on my car. They were right in line with the appraiser at the insurance company. I found the staff to be courteous, caring, informed about the whole process, which was helpful because I didn’t know what to expect. Took a few more days than predicted but that was ok because they made sure my car was repaired properly. When I picked up my car it looked great and they had detailed my car. I was very pleased with the repairs to my car and all the staff being so considerate. I would recommend them to anybody that needs repairs to your vehicle.

Absolutely by far the best experience I have ever had with any body shop! The owner was super nice and understanding to our every concern when we brought this vehicle to him. WJ repaired our new Pilot in less than a week and the work was outstanding as well! I could see the attention to detail in every aspect of their work such as the lines of the hood, bumper, fenders, paint and etc. Everything was top notch! It looked just like it came off the assembly line. We have found our new body shop and will never go anywhere else! Thank you guys for the great job, care and hard work you put into repairing our vehicle!! WJ has our business for life!

They worked on my Camero twice but unfortunately the 2nd time it was deemed a total loss, I loved this car my son gave it to me for mothers day.. Crappy clean up job had to return and point out large pieces of glass inside the car only to be told we tried but bring it back we can try again also moonroof has air leak I have already took back twice and it still isnt correct called today Mr. Johnson very rude told my husband he was very busy and couldnt get to it right now maybe next week I will NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE!
