He and I had an agreement on how much I would pay for my daughters car to be fixed. (which is his niece) When it came time to pick the car up, he told me that it would cost more. I told him not to fix anything else and I was coming to get the car. He told me two weeks ago the car was ready to be picked up. Then today he told me if I didnt pick the car up today, he was charging me $35 a day to store the car. about an hour later, he messaged and said that the car would not be ready due to some of the parts not being in.
