We walked in and 30 minutes later walked out with a mattress! Jason Clark helped us out, and he did a great job helping me find exactly what I need. I struggle with lower back and hip pain, and often sit on my bed to work so I need something very supportive, but I like mattresses that are softer on top for comfort. We have been going to this location for almost a decade now since moving to NC for all of our mattress purchases and have received nothing but consistently good prices, excellent customer service and on time delivery. I recently worked with Jason Clark who helped us in the showroom in deciding which new mattress to purchase, was obviously knowledgable about the differences between the models we looked at, and was even able to make an adjustment to our order the day before delivery. If you need a mattress of any kind, make sure to visit these folks.

Its been less than a year since I purchased a mattress from here, and now Im in worst pain than from my old mattress. At first I got a Tempurpedic plush king mattress and I exchanged that one because it was too firm and stiff. I exchanged that one for a Kingsdown Stratton but this one is still too firm and is not posturpedic like it claims to be. I wake up feeling more tired and sore than when I went to bed.The customer service was good and Jason was helpful and patient. But I would not buy a mattress from a Mattress Warehouse unless there is a change to the refund/exchange policy that will guarantee that I get a comfortable mattress that I am satisfied with.

Jason clark was very knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process. He helped keep us within the budget we wanted to stay in and wasnt pushy. He was patient with us as we went back and forth on a few different beds. He gave us a fair deal and a delivery date within reason. He then suggested that I get into a technology bed made by researchers of Duke University. No one had shown me this before. Then he took me to 3 different beds, let me lay there as long as I wanted, and gave me amazing feedback and details. He then worked within my price range to get the most appropriate fit for me. He truly went above and beyond. I don’t give reviews often, but he is a true asset to the team!!
