What can I say …. Best mattress store in town. Customer service was amazing and they make you feel right at home. No pressure and really helpful. Will definitely be buying from them again when it’s time to upgrade my sons mattress.

Walking into the store we were greeted by Harvey, Barry Harvey. He was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful without being pushy. Harvey explained about all the mattresses but we wanted something in the $1000 price range. Not a problem for Harvey. He sold us a really nice mattress with a cooling topper. He gave us a military discount, delivery, set-up, removal of our old mattress & box spring. Harvey couldnt be nicer. I thanked him for his excellent service as well as his knowledge. Such a nice, stress less experience. If you need a new mattress, make SURE you go see Harvey. Wish all my shopping experiences could be like mine was with Harvey. Really great guy!

No hassle or pressure at all. There was a good selection of mattresses in the store to try out. I told my sales person, Karina, what I wanted to spend and she worked within that price. She didnt try to talk me into something more expensive. She explained everything to me about the delivery process and all the guarantees that came with my purchase.

Our overall experience here was wonderful. I basically never leave google reviews but felt the need to on this one. John helped us find mattresses and gave us a great deal last night. Due to my fault realized the bed needed to be smaller on the bottom bunk that we planned and went back today. John fixed it all and made sure we found something that was perfect. Will always head here first now.

I went into Mattress Firm in Fuquay for 2 reasons. The first was we need a new mattress. The second was they were have their 4th of July sale! Barry was super helpful and knowledgeable about what they had and what was in stock and what was due to arrive. He could tell me about each mattress and what benefits each one had. I highly recommend…and when you go, ask for Barry.

Went to Mattress Firm yesterday looking for a specific mattress with a specific base. We worked with John and he couldnt have been more helpful. Not only was he able to provide exactly what we wanted, he also was able to give us more accessories and a better base for a better price than their competitor. John treated us like we were the most important people in the world and didnt stop until he knew we were happy.

Definitely recommend this store. We went in not really knowing what type of mattress we wanted, but Harvey was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions and help narrow down the perfect choice. This is the 2nd time Ive used Mattress Firm. Of all the mattress stores I felt I got the best value for my money by using them. I was also lucky to go at a time they were having the Memorial Day sale and I got a free adjustable base, along with a Queen size for the price of a twin.

Fantastic experience! This is our second purchase in 2 years. Mattress for our daughter a couple years ago and then today for us as well. Dealt with Harvey today and he is top notch. Purchased a tempur pedic bed frame on Monday right before closing. Worked with Harvey to get the sale and delivery taken care of. He answered all of our questions and stayed after closing to get us taken care of. The delivery was then scheduled for that Wednesday. After waiting all day for a delivery to show up we recieved a call from HQ saying that the delivery truck was having issues and delivery would be delayed 3 hours. After waiting 3.5 hrs and not hearing any update on delivery status, we called the story that Harvey worked at to get a status update.  We were able to work with Harvey so that we could understand the situation. He went above and beyond for this experience and maintained a pleasant and calming disposition with us. I recommend him to anyone looking to go to this location and we will continue to work with this location because of him.

My husband and I first came into MF-FV about 2-3 weeks ago looking at mattresses. We were greeted by Barry Harvey and he was super helpful and patient even while we had our infant son. He asked us questions you would expect (sleep styles, if we get hot/cold etc). Talked about the different beds and showed us several suggestions. The sales staff was very helpful, friendly and provided detailed information on the product we were looking for.

They charge me the Platinum Service and headboard brackets. The came about 4 times and of the techs had no tools. They stated that the warehouse do NOT GIVE THEM TOOLSI am waiting to get refund of the Platinum Service The store manager has been helping me but Mattress Store is the hold up!!!!!!!

This is me and my boyfriends 2nd purchase from Mattress Firm and we are extremely pleased! Last year we were in dire need of a queen mattress for our smaller 1 bedroom apartment that we were living in. We always heard great things about Mattress Firm, so since we lived over in White Oak at the time, we decided to go over to that location and the experience was great.So this year when it was time to look for our California King bed for our new 2 bedroom apartment we knew exactly where to go. He even mentioned that the store manager over at Garner last year was now the new store manager here in Fuquay!We told him our price range and then he asked us about our sleeping habits. I had mentioned that i recently was diagnosed with CRPS and my leg, foot, neck and back are always in really bad pain. My boyfriend explained how he always snores in the middle of the night and it tends to wake us both up since he has sleep apnea.Harvey knew exactly which mattress in our price range that would work for us so he had us try out the Sterns and Foster Hurston Luxury Cushion Firm Mattress. Instantly we both knew this was the one for us. Harvey still wanted us to try out a few others but we kept going back to the original one so we decided to order it in a California Split King Adjustable Base. The delivery was set-up to be delivered on the 3rd business day after we purchased that night.We were never showed or pushed into trying out mattresses that he knew we couldnt afford which to me was a HUGE selling point because i knew from that moment he was looking out for out best interest. Fast service, helpful staff

The store was very well laid out and Antonio was very friendly and knowledgeable. Not a tremendous selection in the store compared to the website and it is somewhat difficult to determine on the website what is available to try in-store. Delivery was pretty quick, but Im taking off a star because they wouldnt take my old mattress at delivery despite the in-store discussion and what the website says. Apparently it was supposed to be coded a certain way and that was missed. I called the store but was basically told I was out of luck. Now I get to figure out what to do with my old mattress. I would consider shopping here again, but would probably order online to make certain that my order summary clearly shows removal of old mattress.

We bought a new mattress and a new pillow 3 yrs ago. I was very pleased with their service and well satisfied with the mattress and pillow. I returned today to buy another pillow and received the same good customer service.

Fuquay Varina store: Harvey was very informative, professional, personable and kind. No hard sales, just excellent listening skills. We are very concerned about preventive measures during the Covid pandemic, which is Still Here (in spite of everyone tiring of it..!) Harvey wore a mask, socially distanced, gave us pillow covers, etc - top notch and safe service ! We saved $250 on our order and will have delivery in 6 days. 100% pleased with Harvey and this store.
