I went in to get some electrical wiring to redo an outlet on a trailer. It wasnt much, just going to be a 10 or 12 section so I needed someone to cut the wire for me off the spool. I looked around the store for help but couldnt find anyone and then went to the front and waited in line at the cashiers table even though there were three employees sitting at customer service and were busy talking. I asked the cashier for assistance and she radioed it in.I walked to the back and waited for another ten minutes... Nobody came. I walked around and couldnt find anyone. I walked back up to he front to ask again but now saw there were three people standing at the cashier station talking so I chose to leave instead.I went down the road a bought some in less than 5 minutes.I understand not having enough employees because of the great resignation but this was ridiculous. I will be avoiding this place unless its my only place I can go in a pinch. This is exactly why people have gone to shopping online.

Friendly staff, store carries a little if everything. Easy to find, large open parking lot, if they dont have it theyre willing to tell you who might.

Only 2 people working that I could see, 1 on register and one on the floor. I tried to ask floor worker, but he was busy I looked for 12-14 minutes and was ignored. Finally asked the cashier if they had a certain item I wanted to buy. She didnt know, she called someone then told me it was on a certain isle (which it wasnt) I explained that I had been up and down that particular isle several times and did not find it. I asked the whereabouts on that isle would it be and was told, youll have to look for it, this is after I told her I already looked and was unable to find it. She did not offer to look or call someone to help. I have never been so poorly treated in any other Ace hardware store that I have ever been in. I will never spend another penny in this particular Ace hardware.

They were great! Someone helped me find concrete paint while another mixed the color we wanted. I was given advice on the downspouts we purchased as well as the floor scraper we needed to buy. They seemed knowledgeable and were all very friendly! I would definitely recommend!

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because of a certain employee. Every single time I go in she isnt doing anything. She hides in an isle and is taking selfies and doing tik toks. I had to get another employee to stop what they were doing to help me. Her name is Bri. When I tell you it is everytime I go in, it is everytime.

Went to by a stihl chains ms 291... Tried 3 different people and waited for 45 minutes and no one came to assist me. Wont be going back. If you dont hire employees that want to work for there money Ill be spending my money elsewhere.

Had everything we needed

Dishonest and overpriced. Ex. 25 feet of 12/3 Romex electrical wire is 41.99 at Westlake when you can get 50 feet for 36.42 on Amazon. Twice as much for a lesser price. Check out will try to manually bump up prices on sale items. Also there was no customer support when there were plenty of employees. This has been my experience several times at this store. I support small businesses when they do not try to rob people.

Found a specialty item and it was on sale! Plus, I had a $5 coupon so the final price was cheap! The service is great and staff are friendly. Good selection of quality hardware stock.

Pretty good all-around hardware store. I usually go in there for some sort of hardware and come out with some sort of houseware too. They have everything, except Lumber. I wish I had a small selection of wood, that would be awesome!

We ask for help purchasing a chainsaw waited then went to find another employee to help they again said it would be just a few minutes waited for 20 min and no one showed up again we left without a chainsaw and wont be back

Tall thin man thats worked there a long time really knows his stuff and is extremely helpful! And their propane tank refills are cheaper than Walmart so now theyre all we get it from.
