Friendly staff with a good selection. We bought bird feed, horse feed and treats. They have clothes, tools, yard equipment...really like this neighborhood store of business 54.

I went to Orschelns yesterday looking for an old school yellow rain coat. I called first and the lady on the phone was very helpful. Not only did she answer on the first ring but she checked the back twice for what I was looking for. Once she found it she kept it up front for me to grab when I got there. As I paid for my raincoat I found out it was her third day working there. I noticed she was helping several people at once, looking up things and finding products. I was very impressed with her work ethic especially being new and not knowing everything yet. The register we were using malfunctioned after my payment and without missing a beat she changed registers and helped the man behind me. Her customer service was great and even though she was busy she was smiling and happy. 5 Stars! keep up the good work.

If youre going to work in a farm and home business PLEASE familiarize yourself with what you are selling. And learn how to catch a chicken. My 4 year old does a better job.

Im not sure if they had what we needed or not... could only find one employee on the sales floor. She was on her cell phone and ignored us. The only other person we saw was the cashier and he didnt know if they carried what we needed.

Bad time when I took my plasma cutter back to them to get it replaced. They sent it off to see what was wrong with it, so they say. It has never been returned to the store or have I ever got a call about it. They can not find it or info where I bought it from them. So I will not buy anything from them ever. They owe me a plasma cutter or my money back. If you return anything make copies of your receipts and pictures of the product and bar code. This might help you when you get in this spot. Good Luck

The most unorganized place i have ever been to. The workers are disrespectful and lazy. I do not recommend you go here.

Great place to get the odds and ends of anything livestock related. They even have beekeeping equipment!I purchased some chickens here when they have them in the spring and have been very happy with them.

Cashier was new and it definitely showed stood there for a good 20 minutes while she struggled to cash me out then had to call some one to help her they need better hands on training

Way too expensive.Where most places sell 50# bags of feed/grains, they sell 40#.Their prices fluctuate wildly.The employees arent interested and n customer service.And, seriously, who stores bag concrete outside? Nothing like buying a bag and finding a huge chunk of cured concrete in the middle.
