Received sales and service at the Fulton location and I have to say, they know what quality service is. Thank you.

I had a tractor and a walk behind worked on and the walk behind doesnt start paying almost $500 for two machines to be repaired and one does not work. Managers at this company need to be retrained in customer service I never insult any employee of any company but if the owner says that I did it must have happen because he wouldnt fabricate anything.

The fulton team was extremely helpful and we felt no pressure to buy,they answered all our questions before and after the sale. The whole staff was extremely friendly and made my entire family feel like we have known them our entire lives.

Fast friendly and professional service. I called about a belt for my Ariens snowblower, they had the belt in stock and for a very reasonable price. I have a John Deere riding mower and I’ll definitely be going to them if I need anything for it. Great to finally have a business in the city that treats the customer with friendly service.

One of the most unprofessional company ive dealt with to date. Of Note, when youre doing business, it would seem prudent to advise your customers a charge or estimated charge upfront before you attempt to repair their equipment. This in turn covers you the business and delivers a better experience for your customer overall. I unfortunately cant reccomend this company for business. I hope you have a better experience than I did.ResponseI would have loved someone competent for one who understood my concerns and addressed them and didn’t fabricate something so as to appear as though work that wasn’t done was done. I understand it’s your guys work against mine and as I’ve explained I was in fact there watched him for the majority of time he did the work and it certainly didn’t take as long as he claimed. Furthermore it would have been nice to know the estimated charges up front or even have them printed some where. None of this was done and your guys can say all they want but there’s nothing to back up what they are saying so it’s moot in point. My friend called about her riding lawn mower key which they said they had 3 keys I drive 30 min away to get the said key and then they lost all the information and we got o key. And workers were rude

I request a yearly maintenance on my tractor every year. They come to my house and do the oil change and lubrication. They also check over and grease and sharpen the blades on the mower deck. They. also check over and grease the snow blower. I a.m wellpleased with the work performed

I cant say enough good about Cazenovia Equipment. I was using my lawn mower this afternoon and all of a sudden it it stopped and wouldnt go forward or backward. My husband loaded our mower on our truck and I drove it there. Cory and Brandon helped with the transaction and Harold changed the transmission pulley right there on our truck. I was one happy camper as I left within an hour of arriving. Praise God they had the part onsite. Thank you guys for helping us get our lawn mower fixed so I can finish mowing tonight. I was so surprised at the amount if duplicate tractors and mowers that the had just sitting outside exposed to the elements. Im not sure how they can continue to sell a piece if equipment as new when its starting to rust and fade. There were clumps of dead mowed grass in between the rows of equipment and mowed grass stuck to a lot if the equipment as well. This gave a very I dont care attitude from the owner/manager of this store. Its full of mowers but you cant container your mowed grass in a bagger and keep it looking best and tidy? I will buy my John Deere elsewhere.
