I had purchased all four rotors for my car on Monday, and the front rotors were not lining up correctly, leading me to believe I had either received the incorrect or faulty parts. As luck would have it, I was graced with pleasure of speaking to Erinn on the phone. Not only is she absolutely delightful to deal with, her witty attitude brightened my day. The last time I had called Autozone about an incorrect part (earlier this week, the car is a mid year build and it can be tricky to order the correct parts, so I usually cut anyone attempting to order parts for me some slack), the young gentleman that I conversed with seemed a little less than enthusiastic, making the call a definite chore, but with Erinn, you could tell that she had on her best smile as she picked up the phone and said, Thank you for calling Autozone... I worked retail at several jobs when I was a teenager and it can be a very thankless undertaking, but you can tell that Erinn is a veteran in customer service. She could not have been more honestly polite and extremely helpful. She spent quite a while searching out the different part numbers and tracking down the diagrams of the parts, but she maneuvered through it all with grace and tact. I have a few avenues in how to deal with the parts to my car, but my success will be completely dependant on the aid rendered by Erinn in my time of need. I am veery happy to know that 2020 did not destroy my faith in humanity and I hope that AutoZone realizes they have someone on their staff willing to go the extra mile for their customers while maintaining an extremely high level of customer sercservice.

Larry Nagi is the best Autozone guy I have ever dealt with: cool, calm, collected, a great salesman, well mannered, accommodating. His name tag indicates that he’s the store manager.Due to lack of parts in stock at other parts stores, I only visited his store out of desperation. I’d given up on the zone years ago for various reasons; mostly because of poor morale.This guy’s team seems to enjoy themselves, though. Go figure. When the boss is answering questions and solving problems with a good attitude, and doing so in a team spirit, it encourages guys like me to not only leave a nice review, but also to return. I want to put a shout out to Mr. Skip at the AutoZone of the location of 201 N Royal Avenue in Front Royal, VA. He did an AMAZING job installing my new battery for my car. Im glad he took his time to do this for me. I am happy to have had him install my car battery for my car. He goes above and beyond as I was told by one of his fellow associates. I love people who do that. I am happy to have a new car battery in my car. Now I feel a lot safer thanks to Mr. Skip. Thank You Mr. Skip So Much. I really appreciate what you did for me. JAKE is amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and informative! He walked me through running a diagnostic test on my vehicle to find the problem and explained in detail what the issue was. He broke everything down for me and even showed me where the new part needed to go. I went in feeling overwhelmed and left feeling relieved. He truly cares and provided outstanding customer service! Rude people not friendly and unwilling to help me put lights onto my car.. Other autozones have always been willing to help me with small things like that. Every time Ive had to go into this store the people are rude and engaged in conversations with each other and slow to help the customers

I stopped by AutoZone this morning for a replacement bulb for one of my headlights. Jake, a customer service representative, was fast, friendly, and efficient with finding the part that I needed and offering to replace the bulb for me. I went into AZ to see if they had some heat shield tubing I could use on the wiring going to the heating element for our oven. The insulation was burning away from the high heat. Brian was very helpful. He looked everywhere. When we could not find exactly what I needed, I opted for a make do. It was made of Titanium. 2500 degree resistance. But wasnt sure if it was conductive. He loaned me a voltmeter to check it before I paid for it. Just a terrific experience. Thank you.

I came across your store on 10/28/2019. My car was having a issue. I pulled in and came inside. A employee name Jake Swann came to offer me help. Wow what a great personality. He was able to help me fix my issue and had great knowledge of my vehicle. He was able to tell me what I needed, knew exactly in the store it was and very helpful. He was very good at offering to assist with everything the time I came in to the time I left. Definitely a employee that I would be happy to work with again. You have a gem of a worker in Jake. Having a disturbing noise when steering 2003 FORD Ranger, I stopped in to pick up steering fluid. I picked up the wrong stuff and had to go back in to ask for help. This is were JACK comes in. He was GREAT!! Kind, polite, and oh sooooo very helpful!He helped me get the right steering fluid, and he listened to the noise my truck was making and determined it was a leak from the line coming out of the fluid housing.THANK YOU JACK!! Stoped at Autozone to have the code read on my daughters Mazda. I could not have asked for better service. Jake came out, read the code for me, went over pricing and weather or not the more expensive part was worth the money and talked to me about being able to do the work myself. Jake was just an all around nice guy and was very knowledgeable. He took his time explaining things to me and didnt seem to mind the conversation at all. Jake was a super nice guy! Shop here for the rewards. Prices are better than the rest usually. If you catch them on a good day, they are helpful but if you dont you better know what you want because you wont get much help from them ...except pushed out the door.

I went to get my alternator and battery checked tonight as my car was acting up. The employee Jake was legit THE BEST i have ever encountered. Very friendly, very personable. He helped me find out exactly what was wrong. Made sure 100% everything was good before i left. Overall my experience tonight was great. You dont find many people with such a Great work ethic. He actually cares about the customers. Autozone has a gem with that young man. I didnt catch the manager on dutys name but he was also very helpful as well.

They were a little slow this time, and did not have the part I wanted. They very helpfully told me where I needed to drive to get it from another AutoZone. I ignored that suggestion, I didnt have time. I think he could have offered to have it sent over from the other store.Then I was asking about how replacement keys with fobs work for toyota. I have in the past bought and synced a refurbished toyota key and was trying to refresh my memory. The counter clerk was clueless. He kept saying I could only get it from a dealership and other stuff I knew to be incorrect.Depending on what I need or what Im working on, I dont let just anybody wait on me. There are some older, more experienced guys who work there that I preferr. They actually know their stuff. The others only know what the computer tells them and thats wrong half the time.This is true most places so I wont count it against them too much but I do keep it in mind. Even with flaws they are friendly and try to be helpful so its still a good place to go.I also like that they have women who work there. Some parts places are very malecentric and so are dismissive and disdainful of woman who come in, AutoZone is not. I dont feel ignored there.

I just went to this store and felt with a gentleman I believe his name was Skip. He was the rudest person I have ever delt with. I had a few questions and he kept mumbling under his breath. Asked very rudely if I even knew what I was asking and if I should even be in his store..
