We have purchased all of our jewelry from Helzberg Diamonds since the 1990s. They are our go to jewelry store!!! The employees are always ready to help & are all very friendly & professional. We went in the other day to get my ring & necklace checked & cleaned as we do every six months.

I was shopping for my first wedding set after 12 yrs. I had been to another store and was turned off by the whole experience. So I decide to give it one more try. I am so HAPPY I did! Stephanie was absolutely amazing and they have an in house jeweler, wow. I had to drive an hour to this location(Baybrook) but I didnt mind they won my business from now on! Thank you for treating me like a person and not like a commission.

I had no idea what I was looking for or where to go. This was my first stop and last. The whole team was engaged and took as much time as needed to patiently help me until I was able to get the perfect ring for my fiance! Tam was amazing!! She was so friendly and so personal! We were able to find a ring for my husband and get it sized to a unique size! They took their time to understand our needs and explain alternatives. We had another associate (manager I didn’t happen to get her name) help also she actually helped me get my wedding ring fixed even though it wasn’t purchased from their store/company. She went above and beyond to listen to problems I had from my previous jeweler, educate me on what was sold wrong and basically how they could fix and enchance my ring. She was extremely personal and so informative. She explained exactly what I needed and truly their store went above and beyond!!! Not only did they size our rings to our exact fit they exceed our expectations 150%. He ring looks amazing!! they fixed mine to finally fit me cleaned it and soldered them together!! And it looks better then when he first bought it! I honestly felt like the day he popped the question when we left!! Just amazing !! Amazing customer service! Amazing shop! And their on site Jeweler is a MASTER of his craft! Just amazing!!! Wont ever shop any where else!! Recommending to everyone I know!!!

They have a nice selection of modern rings. Im generally happy with the one I bought here.However, the jewelers service was VERY sub-par. My fiancee has lost a couple of small diamonds out of an old ring, and they said they would replace them and tighten up the others. After it was repaired, she lost another small diamond THE VERY NEXT DAY! They took our money to verify the setting on these diamonds, and straight up did not provide this service. Then, when we asked them to fix it and they said they would, we came back a week later to pick it up, and they handed it back WITH A DIAMOND STILL MISSING! THEY DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO FIX IT!If you want Helzberg style rings, Im sure theyre a fine dealer to go to. But please, avoid this place and their jeweler for any repairs.

Attentive, easy to talk to, funny, prioritizes your wants and needs. All the requirements of a good boyfriend AND a good jewelry salesman. I bought a ring from them recently to go with some others from them I was gifted and I was very pleased with the service. Only tiny problem is that it did take a moment for someone to get to me even though it seemed as though there were many employees and only a few customers in the store, but I cant complain since they couldve been preoccupied with other work related stuff.

Don’t buy anything from their sale sections. All the diamonds in this area are damaged/dirty/scratched. Have them put the ring diamond in the microscope so you can check the diamond before purchasing it.

I took my engagement ring for repairs and a diamond fell out within 24 hours of picking it up. I took it back for rework, and when I tried to pick it up again the diamond was still missing. The manager tried to blame me, saying I had ordered the wrong kind of repair. I ordered the repair they suggested. Twice.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in and I have to say that we didn’t receive the same treatment from the other jewelry stores at BayBrook Mall. I’ve never been ring shopping before so looking for a wedding band was just out of my element. Nicole really took us under her wings and showed us everything! She had amazing taste and gave us such wonderful customer service! And it was a plus that they had wedding bands that did not look like the other two stores.

I bought an engagement ring and wedding set here. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Very easy to work with. The jewelry here in my opinion supercedes the competition. I am so happy with our purchase and, I have bought more jewelry since. My wife love the store too. We take her bands every 6 mos. For inspection and cleaning and, the degree of service we recieve is great. Definately makes you want to come back.

Excellent customer service! Ive been here twice to have the battery in my watch replaced. Both times they were friendly & the wait was very short. The second time I came in, I asked how long the battery was supposed to last, since it seems I was in less than a year ago. The gentleman told me it can vary depending on the battery, but that they guarantee theirs for 6 months. When I went to pay, he looked up my name/phone number in their system & found out they had replaced the battery 8 months ago, and told me there would be no charge!
