This might be one of my new favorite places to shop! The ladies working were super helpful and kind, and Z was wonderful and helped me test and pick out the right products for what I like. They are currently a touch free store, but the sales associates can assist with testing products upon request. They are constantly cleaning surfaces, they all have masks, and they have a limited occupancy in the shop. The brand itself is wonderful as all their products are vegetarian, humane, and natural. Their prices are very good for what you get in each product. I will definitely be shopping here anytime I go to the mall!

WOW Customer service here is amazing! Never once felt rushed and was given lots of details about which products were the best. My wife loved everything.

Going into the body shop I was so lost and suffering from adult acne. The staff was very helpful navigating through all the products they have to offer. Which btw, I was super impressed with all the products they have for ALL skin types. The store is super clean and the covid policies they have in place are good too. I felt safe the whole time I was there. Keep up the good work!

There’s nothing greater than having a safe place to shop during covid that makes me feel i can still experience everything and not feel guilty doing it! The products are amazing and i’m so excited to try all the new stuff i purchased! i even found out they are bcorp which is sustainable- 1 point for me 1 point for the planet 🌏 overall A+ i’ve came several times and have never been disappointed! loyal for life now

Best customer service Ive had. They werent pushy and directed me to everything I was looking for.

The service was subpar at best, workers were rude and inhospitable. Products were amazing, they gave good information, but the treatment of guests was unacceptable, hovering to get you to get products and blocking the door with a sign, may have been to stop people from coming in but they snapped at us when we tried to move it to leave. Not worth it. Just go to Ulta, such better customer service, whole different experience with the staff specifically.

Im really glad they re-opened this location...its often the only reason I go to the mall. I have been personally enjoying The Body Shop products for over 10 years and recently started using them in my massage business.The staff are very knowledgeable, attentive (but not pushy), and helpful. If you have questions or are unsure of something... definitely ask for the manager she will be sure you get what you need.

Their products are natural and so good, especially their French body scrubs a d Ethiopian body cream as it really tones your skin. Just love those products.

Loved the store! The staff likes to be very involved, which if you are anti social that can make one uncomfortable buuut that said, they def can answer questions if you have them. The pure mixes and fragrances were appealing and having used some they are very lovely! Little pricey, but I felt worth the tradeoff to avoid harsher products that cost less but are mass produced with more chemicals.

I have never believed anyone when it comes to my skin care routine other than my dermatologist but let me just say Ive been on prescribed acne pills, face washes, creams and toners & when I say I have NEVER had any results I mean nothing has even remotely helped my skin until I walked passed the body shop and decided to just go in and look. Well I walked out with tea tree facial cleanser, aloe toner and tea tree oil and My skin has made a 90% difference. My redness, acne, pores and even my dry patches. I recommend this store 100% and I will be a life long customer. Thank yall soooo much for the help, truly life changing. ❤️

I like the prices for sone stuff here better than lush. I think lush is more environmentally friendly tho but they have more expensive products than the body shop. Here they got really nice helpful employees too
