Had no prior experience and was just hopeful my pick for convenience also would be good. It was. Constant updates. Never had to call them once. One day delay just to ensure they had completed another overall check. Very impressed across the board and i was terrified when i heard stories from others who had been in accidents needing major repair. Raised the bar!

Jason is awesome, he had my car done no later then 2 weeks after having a car accident messing my whole front of my dodge Charger up & the back bumper. My car looks new. I highly recommend this shop, i was kinda upset when it started to go on 2 weeks but i talked to Jason and he had my car done in no time. There work is awesome. Sterling McCall Collision did a great job fixing the dent, scrapes, and scratches on my vehicle. However, when I picked up my vehicle exactly two weeks later, I immediately noticed a crack at the bottom part of my windshield. When I pointed it out to our Estimator he said, “It must be a previous chip that spread due to the drastic weather change because we didn’t drive the vehicle.” That is NOT true because my vehicle had 6 miles added to the mileage from the day I dropped it off to the day I picked it up. Using a customer’s vehicle is simply unethical.

The communication wasn’t my problem. The time I was given at first that my car would be ready was. Also I dropped my car off with no broken windshield and perfect rear camera without any green and red lines on it. My whole experience turned sour! I hate the mind games no one knows what you talking about. My camera in my 2020 Toyota was perfect. I don’t know what they did. They need cameras in front where you drop your car off and cameras on the guys who working on your car because no one wants to take blame. I am the only driver of my car surely I know my car. My car was there for 20 days just to fix my driver door. I missed 20 days of work because my second job is a LYFT driver. My feelings hurt and devastated behind this experience . I left my car to fix a problem and picked up two problems.

Sterling McCall had my car over a week. They told me the first thing they’d do was clean out the mud from my accident. When I finally got my car back, Sterling hadn’t cleaned my car, making the caked on mud difficult to remove, and they left the writing in my window which hasn’t come off after three car wash attempts.Edit: I see a reply from Sterling McCall, but I, 1: cannot respond to it and, 2: it says “further attempts,” as in they’ve made any attempt, and I’ve received no phone call or email in response to my review.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT send your vehicle here for insurance collisions. My vehicle was sent here upon recommendation of the opposing insurance who was found at fault because they work with them. My vehicle was initially ONLY examined for body damage and never mechanical damage and they took over a month for body repair. There was a prescan done showing I had nothing wrong with my engine upon intake but a post scan showing multiple new check engine codes upon release. The day I picked up, it wouldnt drive over 30 miles an hr. I turned around and dropped off immediately back to dealership. They then examined it and said it was just a small computer issue and reset codes. Sent me on the road and vehicle malfunctions on hwy and will only drive 30mph. I then take it back to get repaired and they tell the insurance company that my damage was NOT related to collision! Took it to Toyota dealership and they immediately find mechanical issues! Save your time and stress and send somewhere else. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!Update: The manager Mr. Bishop, in an attempt to make it appear as if he wanted to resolve my issue after my review, requested I contact him to discuss. Ive left multiple messages and called multiple times to no avail. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY. Mac Haik Toyota is down the street and they took care of me there!

The Service was great, they keep me informed on what’s going on with my car and Cord even called me. Until I got my car back. When I dropped off my car I noticed that my car mileage had only had 11 miles left to go and I know that I had at least 101 miles. Now mind you I know that my car was put on a flatbed when it was brought back to midtown. So I told my other advisor in midtown and he said that they had picked up my car with a flatbed also. So he told me that he had no idea why I only had 11 miles of car in my gas tank. So I’m thinking someone used my car for a joy ride and didn’t bother putting gas on my tank, he probably thought I wouldn’t notice but I did. Because, I also noticed that he use my phone charger because he never bothered to put it back where he/she found it. Left it hanging in my car charger.And on top of that they didn’t even put the back shade of my car back and I had to clean it because it was felty. And I had to go back to midtown to put it back because I could not reach it and now I have to clean the inside of my truck since they didn’t clean it either, they left dust and prints in my truck. And yes it showed prints because of the dust.But the one that really made me mad is the fact that someone used my car and left me with 11 miles of gas in my tank that barely able to get me to a gas station to fill up my tank. Joy riding with my car I expected that or even if they drove my car from point A to point B. But don’t leave me with an almost empty tank of gas. Thank you.

When my daughter’s parked, fairly new Mercedes (still under warranty) was hit, we were worried about the repairs to be made. Thanks to this shop (which is Mercedes certified), there was no need to be concerned. THEY WERE GREAT IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE. The wait time there was less than a minute. Israel put our worries completely at ease. He is super competent, professional, efficient, personable and friendly. Isaac – who set up the provided rental vehicle there- was also wonderful. Everyone in this location was great and efficient. The repair was done within 24 hours and my daughter was informed of everything along the way. When she got her car back, the work done was flawless, like new and better than ever. They even detailed her car before she picked it up. Sterling McCall Collision Center of Clear Lake is top-notch in every way and we definitely recommend them.

A few weeks ago someone hit my car. I decided I needed to take it to the dealer, so I ended up going to the Sterling Mccall Collision Center. The estimate given was fast & easy! My car was in the shop really quick after that. Mario kept communication going so I was always updated on what was happening with my car. He was a lot of help and put my mind as ease, with me knowing he would get the work done right. When I got my car back I was so happy with the work that was done. My car looks as if it’s brand new again. I would definitely recommend a friend or family member to the Sterling Mccall Collision center. They really took care of me and made the process stress free! Terrible communication. I constantly leave voice messages asking for a basic things like an ETA on the repair process and no one gets back to me for many days or even a week at a time. Sometimes multiple calls in one day with no response back. The receptionist is nice but the overall communication structure of the organization is very poor.

Everything was perfect, my advisor for the body shop was great - EXCEPT when I got the car back there was condensation in my fog light opposite of the damage to my vehicle. They had to replace my whole bumper, so I’m assuming that’s where that came from.I turn on my fog lights to at least see if it works and it doesn’t. I talked to the advisor he says it was like that when I brought it in and that the wires to that light were cut. All I kept hearing him and the tech say is that the wires were cut, the light was aftermarket, and it was CUT when I brought it to them with the connector completely missing as well.This, in my eyes, is a minor thing and I’m not too terribly mad about but I DON’T HAVE THE TIME TO SABOTAGE MY OWN VEHICLE. What does it matter that my brand new light was aftermarket? The fact is that they lied and I’m a million percent sure that my whole connector to my wiring harness on my vehicle was there when I brought it to them. It was working perfectly before.I’m sure this happened when they took off my bumper and could’ve replaced what they broke or ripped off .. but ya know.. that’s not how it works I suppose. Just lie when you don’t need to and blame it on the customer.

When I picked up my car it was parked over a traffic cone. The cone was bent from the front of my car. I was not happy & am still not happy. The cone was there because of rebar sticking up. I would be happy to send a pic. The service mgr stated it didn’t hurt the car. Makes you wonder what goes on that the customer doesn’t see. Also 2 days later I found my front license plate in The trunk. It’s a special holder that slides under the bumper. I was told to bring the car back & it would be put back on. I work. I now have to figure out how to get back over there during working hours. Repairs were good but customer service sucks.

I had a very minor accident where a neighbor backed into my car. At first glance there appeared to be nothing wrong, but I told my neighbor I would like to take it over to Sterling McCall to have it checked out. After I called, I was told to bring my car over for them to look at, a consultant looked at my car and immediately saw damage and explained to me what I needed to do. Being a widow and not ever having to take care of these matters, this was very helpful to me. It also just made sense to take it where I had bought it.After being given a claim number by my neighbors insurance, I took my car over to Sterling McCall to be repaired. John Lopez was so very help and immediately had me in a car similar to mine. I met with Cord and he looked at my car and explained what all they would be doing and sent me on my way. Very painless. Cord kept me informed of the car’s progress and when it was ready all I had to do was turn in my rental, got the keys to my car and was on my way. The car was clean inside and out and looked brand new. I do not have one complaint, EXCELLENT SERVICE AS ALWAYS AT STERLING MCCALL!!!!!!!! I don’t know why anyone who drives a Lexus would go anywhere else❤️❤️❤️❤️
