Caliber -Friendswood exceeded my expectations in everything! They are tops! Perfect repairs and paint to my car after my collision.

I am so glad they are partnered with my insurance. My son was hit in a minor accident and my insurance had their own suggestions of body shops and although i was skeptical at first since they were not what i was familiar but the fact they had a policy that if for whatever reason I was not happy or didnt look complete they would redo at no cost to me. 2wks later my car was done and honestly it looked better than before the wreck. They did a great job and Jaime was always kept in touch with me regarding the progress. All in all they will be my go to for paint and body work for future jobs.

Unfortunately and unbelievably, I have had to use Caliber Collisions services 3 times in the last 6 months. At three different locations, each time the representatives were courteous, thorough and exemplary in completing repairs to my automobile. They are a model to emulate for all companies everywhere.

Excellent work repairing our vehicle after a collision caused major structural damage to our Toyota Highlander. Jamie was wonderful to work with—great communication and very personable and professional—the shop was very clean and the business is well run.

After getting rear ended I was given a list of several shops to take my truck to and decided on the Friendswood location bc of location. Well let me say that the a great decision. Jaime the person assigned to me, was the consummate professional. He answered all my questions and kept me informed during the entire process, not to mention the job on my truck which was excellent. I would highly recommend this place.

Excellent service!! The receptionist was nice and answered all the questions I had. Mario was awesome throughout the whole process of inspecting the vehicle, personally called to give updates, and was able to let me know in detail what was done. The car wash and vacuum was a great touch. Would definitely recommend!

First time picking up the vehicle, there were three paint drips along the back driver side doors, a bumper piece that hadn’t been installed correctly, a clear shield missing from the drivers side mirror along with paint CHIPS on the “new” mirror, compound everywhere along the vehicle, a DENT in the newly replaced door shell, and a back bumper that didn’t line up with the vehicle, and a terrible orange peel paint job. Picked it up and noticed all of these things that day to have to take it back the following Monday to have fixed. Picked it back up for the second time Friday to have yet another paint drip now on the driver door, a front headlight that doesn’t line up correctly and again a new orange peel paint job. Took it back today, and hopefully I can get it back for the third time with no issues. I’m not the type of person to notice a bunch of little mistakes, and I understand it will not be perfect but these are significant cosmetic defects that can’t be ignored

Mario Martinez assisted me with a problem with my front bumper cover coming loose. He identified that it only needed several missing clips to hold it back in place. He took the time to replace them for me and correct this problem that had annoyed me for months. He then surprised me by not charging me. What company does that? Mario made my day and he can rest assured that I will bring my cars to Caliber Collision whenever I am need of any repair work.

***Update***Caliber called to have repairs done and correct issues. Work was warranted as is their promise. Wheel and body paint were corrected and shine like new. Parts were replaced and rental car given during time in shop.Thank you Caliber for keeping your promise.Quick service makes you wonder what was looked over or by passed to get it done so quickly. Paint job doesnt match up. Painted my alloy rim and now it doesnt match the others. Spacing is off on the new body parts that were put back on. Some pieces came off while i was driving down the freeway. They didnt wash my vehicle or detail it after having it 5 days post completion and it was sitting out in the elements.i always garage park my vehicle. A bit irritating after I paid half of the repairs out of pocket.

I was in town with my son and the back window of his truck started leaking. Of course it was raining non-stop. Because my son was starting a clinical rotation the next day I had to find a place to see what could be done. While this was not something they normally take care of they went out of their way to fix this problem for me at no cost. Come to find out it was just leaking around the third brake light which they diagnosed immediately and sealed it. I was overwhelmed with the kindness of two gentlemen that took care of me.

Very impressive experience with these guys. I took my F250 to them after a tree had fallen on my truck at my residence. It was dropped off on a Wednesday and was ready for pick up early the following week. They really pride themselves on being a one stop shop meaning they will assist you with more than just the repairs that are needed to the vehicle. The receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and kind. She contacted the company I was renting my rental car from and had someone come pick me up from their location. I even accidentally forgot my coffee cup, and she made sure to hold on to it for me when I returned! Each time I called to check in they always got back with me with an answer. In regards to the work they did on my vehicle it looks as if the damages were never there! These guys give you amazing customer service! Highly recommend!

I took my car to Caliber Collision in Friendswood with damage to the front bumper. Mario was able to pop out the dent in the plastic and reattach it. Since there was no body damage I was saved from an $800 repair.

I have been to this location twice for services. Customer service is top tier. Really, I cannot think of any other business, other than the best of the Air travel business, that is as customer friendly. Though my insurance pays for the rental, CC took it up by calling the nearby rental car company and arranged that side of the experience almost singlehanded. I cannot imagine going anywhere else.

Repair work was good.I found one of my lug nuts for a wheel in my coffee cup holder and I had to install.All nice folks but communication was lacking sometimes. I just drove over there and visited after no info and found they had started. I had to remind them several times of additional repairs I wanted.The car made loud noise when turning and had to return and they tightened a part on the tire support.Later I had Lexus service the car and they found the exhaust pipe was dented severely and had to be replaced.

The people here were very courteous! They fixed my car even though it was not something they typically fix but they knew it had to be done for me to continue driving my car. Took six months to fix an issue that should have been resolved in a few weeks. My bumper still is popped out and not properly clipped in. When I brought this to their attention, they just pushed it in without fixing it.

I have been waiting patiently for these people to get my x5 emblem done i have called several times and they tell me oh it will be ready this was Thursday and Friday and both days i was told it would be ready they keep giving me the run around i dont know why they keep lying to me i can find the same x5 emblem on Amazon and get it done myself these people need to be more honest with the customers very bad service i would not recommend this company

Caliber Collision in Friendswood is the most service-friendly body shop Ive ever dealt with. Chelsey made the appointment the same day I called and arranged for a rental car to be delivered. Mario did an excellent job of communicating with me and managed to get the parts I needed super quickly. The whole job was done in three days!! I cant be more impressed with the quality of work either.

The service at Caliber is good and they try to fix all of your problems. I took my vehicle in after I was rear ended and was glad to hear that they could fix all my problems. The only problems I had were that they told me the truck would be ready Thursday to pick up but I did not get it till Monday. The truck was great other than my trailer lights were not operating correctly when I got it. I dropped it off and it was fixed in a day ready for me to pick it up.

They did an amazing job on my 2014 Gt mustang, repaired very quickly.

I would like to start by saying I was apprehensive about leaving/writing this review because of the judgmental people that will read this because I understand it will be a long and drawn-out. I feel I need to get this out so other people may not have to go through the same thing. This company does not care about their customers, we took my wife’s vehicle to their Friendswood location back in March to have it serviced but little did I know that one of their technicians (Jefry) was not only going to service your vehicle but he is going to prey on a married woman and then on top of that their manager (Mario) knew all about it and did nothing even though she and I were customers. Now I understand their main office in Lewisville, Texas told me they’re both grown adults and they can do whatever they want to do and I do agree and understand that but at the same time I also want everybody too understand that whenever you go to a place that you’re supposed to trust it seems like they should be there to do their job and not to hit on or pick up on a married woman to try and destroy that marriage. I have made many attempts to speak to their main office. I Have spoken to the manager (Mario) at this location and to no avail it was basically blown off and swept under the rug and they said they just don’t care. So, I put this out there for everyone to know that whenever you take your vehicle to this location you might want to check and double check what it is they are actually doing, don’t turn a blind eye and just have trust because this is a company you cannot trust you cannot have faith that this is a company that their employees will take your kindness for weakness. When confronted with the text messages as proof the manger (Mario) continued to deny it although he said he had known and seen her up there quite often but said he never questioned it. I don’t know about anybody else but to me if you are running a company it seems you would question why a customer who is not getting any work done is continuing to come around especially when that customer is married. Again, I was very apprehensive and nervous about writing this and anyone who would like to judge me and my family, that is fine. I own a business so I know and I can only expect any kind of negative reviews or repercussions due to this because the manager (Mario) and technician (Jefry) and a few other employees there know of me and my business and that is okay. I am prepared and understand what I’m doing I just hope that in the future this may help somebody else along the line to keep their eyes open.Thank you and have a nice day.

I went here becuase i was about a mile away from home and on my way to school when my bike lugnut was so lose, the gear shifter came off and i had to find a place quick. I found this place and they gave me a diagnostic on what was wrong with my bicycle and tightened the lugnuts for FREE even after i offered to pay. Plus, the coustumer service greeted me right away nicely and respectfully and gave me fast service and i was outta there in 5 minutes.
