Try to avoid buying from Cresco. I ordered a walkin cooler & a walkin freezer long time ago. I paid in advance deposit. I also place final balance & still no one willing to answer the status or my order since last two months even they told us that walkin box is ready to ship as soon as the receive the final payments. They got all my money and now make me run around. Dont give them money in advance.

The store is fine. I also ordered a stainless steal gas range, hood, and prep table, and I paid $80 for delivery. It was delivered a week later, after i called to get a date to take off work because they wont on weekends. The range and prep stable has scratches and a bottom cover plate of range was bent and damaged. The manager was not concerned with scratches and blamed the delivery guy for the damage on the phone, knowing I was standing there. Very rude and horrible service if you have an issue. Look, the equipment cost thousands of dollars, and I feel the same way about my expensive stove that most people feel about a new car... you dont was to receive it with scratches and damage. They ordered the new cover and drop shipped to my home for me to install myself. Only there were no screws. Thanks for your crappy service. They were friendly while taking my money, but not happy to fix issues.

Came in right before they were closing and didn’t have time to really look around much. The store was well lit and organized. Will definately come back when I have time to investigate every isle.

Store has good product, but rude employee who doesn’t help although they don’t do anything besides standing around. We have to get the case off the shelf ourselves. This is in a rough part of Fresno but if looking for larger containers this really is a good place to get them.
