About 5 months ago we started looking for cabinets for our kitchen remodel. We came to ferguson after going to several other cabinet sellers. We decided on ferguson because they had what we needed and the price (a bit high but not enough to deter us ) fit in our budget. Our cabinets have been installed and look great. The people at Ferguson were helpful and always professional. We dealt with Doris mainly and she was professional but...we had issues. She came to our home and brought a contractor (Jeramy) and after we agreed to work together we ordered the cabinets. Doris told us we would deal with the contractor separately so we did. The cabinets arrived on a Friday so I called Jeramy about my install and he said he wont be installing because something happened between him and Doris ( we never found out what). Doris called me and said she has someone else. Except he ONLY does cabinets. Hes not a contractor. He was great and installed them over a period of 2 weeks! He came on a Monday to install everything but then we waited another week for the pulls and plugs and trims to be installed because he had other jobs. We had to find a granite installer and a sink installer and electrician. It was awful and took 3 months. I would recommend ferguson but not the cabinet people. Maybe not the way its usually done but I didnt feel good about the way we were treated. Cabinets look great though.

I come here for a lot of my plumbing needs. They carry parts for my farms plumbing that box stores dont carry

Terrible customer service. Get your money leading you to believe your appliances will be in soon. Months and months later still no appliances and excuse after excuse. BS that they make you pay IN FULL right up front so then they can drag you along. Pathetic.

Great showroom with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend anyone to check it out and especially if you are considering a bathroom, or kitchen remodel.

Purchased special order tub and please with the sales as well as the after sales support. My only issue was an extended wait time to receive tub. I think it was still a great experience.

A very poor experience with the sales person we had. It took him a very long time to come over from his computer after I asked for help and when he did he had an attitude. He acted like he was doing us a favor, like my questions were ridiculous. Not pleasant or friendly in the least. Not at all helpful. He made the experience very unpleasant....haven’t run into that in a very long time anywhere! He shouldn’t be working for you, Ferguson’s! I actually don’t think the man (very heavyset with short short blondish hair) was very knowledgeable about the products..kitchen sinks and faucets. I know for certain one of his answers was totally incorrect.

When I arrived I looked around the store then someone appeared right when I needed some questions answered. He gave me some printouts so I could look over some of the items. I ordered what I wanted the next day and received them the day after that. All pretty easy and pleasant.

My husband and I went back and forth to L and O, trying to find a hose replacement to our leaking faucet. We finally tried Ferguson Plumbing. My husband walked in, frustrated, holding our leaking hose, defeat and anger in his eyes. The employee at Ferguson immediately knew his problem without him having to utter a single word! Like a mind reader, even guessing he had tried two other stores, recognizing the maker, immediately knowing the problem. We will only go here for our plumbing needs! Thanks guys! Went there today. Upon arriving the receptionist asked if we needed to speak with someone in sales and we said yes. Then we waited forever and no one helped us. Then she returned and asked “if we needed any help” then said everyone was on lunch. She tried to help us but had no clue. She was not familiar with the business and should have just told us to come back instead of wasting our time.

Easy to find and once proceding to the will-call customer orders section we were able to find what we were looking for but it was very expensive compared to Fresno Distributing.

Interesting store to check out high-end appliances, bath fixtures, accessories etc.

I have come here twice and not once have gotten any help. I came in twice asking for Donnie and just get this look like ummmmmm??? Then get told everytime idk if he is available. Then ask can I get someone to help please, walked for 30 minutes only still not go get assistance.
