Compared to the last lids store we went to this one was great. We called ahead to see if they had what we were looking for and they had it and put it to the side for us until we got there and the guy that helped us was super nice, and had great pr! If you go to this one make sure you see Antoine, he will definitely get you together and you wont be disappointed. Thanks Antoine for giving us a much better experience, it made the world of difference. Just goes to show just bc you have a bad experience at one, you may not have the same at another.

Went in to order a custom make a MAGA hat. Was refused service because I’m a conservative. Was going to buy a 59fifty hat plus stitching. Was still refused and asked to leave if I wasn’t going to purchase anything else.

As a baseball coach I went in to get a customized red stitching in my hat to match the rest of the team colors. I returned later that day to find that the hat was done in all white stitching. No red at all. And all I got was a sorry that they werent paying attention. So now Im stuck with a grey and red hat with bright white stitching in the back. $54 down the drain. If I could give a negative stars I would.

They have a bunch of workers but only 1 person could ring people up waited like 20 min before some came and helped me although the guy who helped did have a great attitude

Went in to make a custom Hat. Paid $50, was told it would take 30mins. That I would be called when it was done. Went back in after 40mins with no phone calls. Asked about my hat and the Lady Manager said it was done already but the color I choose was breaking so she had to use a different color. Wish i got her name but it says Toni on the receipt. But she said it looked nice still and that she will just give me a coupon for a free stitching on my next purchase. Now why would I return for another service when you couldnt even call me to ask for my permission to do the other color or not. I asked for a discount for not getting my color I paid for. She gave $4 back. So I politely recommended her to next time to call the customer first before making a decision like this. And the lady Manager got offended and started getting defensive and upset. Saying she is already taking care of me by giving me $4 back. She was totally unprofessional and needs work on her customer service. It was her mistake and equipment issue, not mine. I would not recommend any service from this Lady Manager. The other CSR were very helpful in assisting me prior to this. Who knows maybe she was just having a bad day. Hopefully they correct this unprofessionalism.

I applied here for the holidays and i only worked for 2 days, one the begining of december for only 4hours, then two days before christmas for 8 hours! I called to ask for my last check they said they didnt have it honestly this is very unprofessional and unfair to employees if I get called back to work for the holidays this year ill just hang up find something better that treats employees fairly.

Does this business sell any hats that ARENT made for hustlas, players and money grips? Can i just get a normal ball cap here? I think not

I bought a hat for my husband for Christmas. I was a little off on the size and tried to exchange it for a bigger size. There was a small smudge a the brim that rubbed right off but they would not exchange it for me. The salesmen was rude and of no help.

The gentleman that helped me and my co worker get a customized hat was pretty cool but we thought they would be done pretty soon and the guy at the counter gave an arrogant remark really didnt like his vibe
