I ordered a hat that was too large. Reached out to ask about exchange policy. Exchange was no problem but I had to pay for shipping (which is fine) Says shipping was nearly the cost of the hat I decided to order 1 size smaller.Second hat arrived and was bigger than the first.Since shipping is so expensive I guess I’m just stuck with two hats that don’t fit. Call product just make sure it’s the right size (even though they are posted size isn’t correct)

Horrible customer service. I never received my hat and they are not willing to replace it. If you are interested in this product buy from Amazon at least the back it up if don’t receive it.

Bought a solar hard hat. Not used on a daily basis. Only lasted about 6 months. Just quit working or taking a charge. Wouldn’t recommend this hard hat

So it is what it is. It works, but the RPMs (speed of fan) could be stronger. Its only March in Texas, and all of you here know how hot it is out here. Its not even summer yet. For $124, I expected it to cool me off better. I looked at their return policy. Conveniently enough they dont give back money, just exchange. (Why would I want more of what Im not happy with the first time?) Thats the only reason Im keeping it. So Ill wait for that groundbreaking fan technology to break out. WiReD magazine is saying any day now.
