Been going to Jensen & Pilegard when possible since I live 75 miles away I cant go there that often. My father & grandfather would go there 50+ years ago. Bought lawnmowers, edgers, accessories, etc. Bought my first lawnmower & edger there 33 years ago. Just happened to be a Honda commercial self propelled. To this day both still run like a new one. I go there when I need parts for chainsaws, lawnmower, edger hedge trimmer, etc. Me & dad were just there to purchase parts. We go to the one in Fresno on Blackstone. The employees there are very helpful and kind. Still to this day I like Jensen & Pilegard. Keep up the good service you given millions of people. I highly recommend them. Jess Rosales & Family.

Horrible shopping experience. Bought a pretty expensive piece of equipment that broke in less than a month. It was on warranty, and they still tried to charged me by blaming me. Reading other reviews, this isnt the first time its happened. Go somewhere else.

Rude employees horrible customer service. Honestly have no idea why I went back here. I try to buy local but was happy to order what I needed from Amazon without having to treated badly.

Wouldnt recommend this place. Unfortunately they live up to the name no customer service sales representative are rude when contacting the manager he hung up on me and said he didnt care. The dont follow the warranty policy and sell equipment that cost more than 3,000 dollars and breaks in 2 days and expect you to order parts for it instead of trying to fix the issue decide to yell at there clients and hang up the phone. Would recommend to look for any other lawn mower store before going here.

Customer Service is great, always has been, Service Department is also good and the best thing about this place/location is, that they carry all kinds of brand/manufacturer replacement parts and accessories. If its not in stock, it can sometimes be ordered for you. Been a customer since 1993, or for over 30 years and will continue being one. 👍

Called the store looking for a bolt for my blower. They said that they had 19 in stock and to come on by. I ran $5 worth of gas out to get there to be told we dont have any in stock when questioned they said I must have called Jensen and watts instead. When told they were wrong I had to hit redial on my phone to prove it. Then they got snarky and said well you didnt talk to me I dont know what to tell you.This place has no concept of customer service in my opinion nor do they care to have any in the future. Taking all my business elsewhere

Bought a new weed whacker here two months ago and had to bring it back because it was having issues. They charged me $40 to have it fixed and told me it was a maintenance issue. I only had it for two months! Ive used quite a few weed whackers in the past and never had any problems like this and Im a gardener! This will be my last time shopping here and I will tell others the same!

I had some equipment critical to maintenance of a large property that I needed repaired urgently. I called Jensen & Pilegard in Fresno, as recommended by the equipment manufacturer, to check on availability to have the equipment assessed and was advised to bring it in and they would look at it. I called over a week later to check on the status and spoke with an individual named Matt who advised that it would be about 2 weeks before my equipment could be looked at. I asked to speak with the manager to find out why there was such a huge delay with even looking at my equipment. He seemed to find it amusing to advise me that the manager (Brian Olsen) was out for the remainder of the week (even though it was only Tuesday). When I asked who else I could speak with, he advised on the owner, Chris Pilegard, but said he doesnt deal with customers. Bottom line, there is no customer service or any sense of urgency. Save yourself time and frustration and avoid this company.

Well first off, Ive read all the reviews. I dont agree.About a month ago i had the privilege of speaking with Brian about a BCS tiller on the phone. That conversation brought me in to look at it.I am in the store now writing this review and Im at midpurchase. Freakin great customer service. Zero complaints. None.Do not be afraid to walk in here. While i was standing around waiting looking at stuff, i had 3 employees ask if i needed help.I will definitely be back to this place as it reminds me of the places i used to visit with my dad when i was a kid.

Awful staffing. Im there standing and no one ever comes and greets you or asks if you need help. They all have a lonv face like they hate theyre job. I do HIGHLY recommend two places. One is called THE MOWERS EDGE 5687 E shields very friendly staff. Second theres a store off if clovis and clinton i cant remember the name of the business but theyre EXTREMELY friendly there i highly recommend those two places!!!

Went in looking for an accelerator handle for my motorized bike, like many weed whackers use. The parts guy had no idea where to pull one from without a make and model. What, he cant remember passing by various ones day after day. Then he made some comments about not supporting that Chinese junk.

Horrible customer service...I called asking for a part they asked where I purchased my engine I told them online they told me maybe I should look there instead...who says that?? Ive never seen a place so against making a sale and wouldnt even bother looking for part. After seeing other reviews it seems like unless yoyr spending a lot of mobey prepare for shitty service. Will never return and will make sure no one I know spends a penny here.
