I absolutely do not recommend this store. I was sent here for my sister in laws wedding. My dress was initially measured wrong and I had to return for reordering. I ordered 2 months before the wedding date. A week before the wedding no one contacted me my dress was in. When I called the store the owner stated my dress had been in for a month sitting in storage yet no one contacted me. My dress fit horribly, the straps were slipping the entire ceremony and it was a good 3 inches too long. This was with 2.5 inch heels, my dress was dragging on the floor all evening. The dress also had stains on the front that were very noticeable. Due to the late contact I was unable to go elsewhere. The dress had to be paid in full before ordering as well so my options were incredibly limited.Furthermore my husband ordered a tux through them and it was a nightmare and a half for him as well. The tux was ordered the same time as my dress. He went to go try the tux on on a Wednesday and the wedding was on Saturday. The sizing of the tux was completely off and was at least 3 sizes too wide for him. The company was contacted that day the tux didnt fit. On Friday right before the rehearsal my husband was told a new tux had arrived for him. This tux was a good 4 inches shorter than he was. My husband was told that is the way tuxes were and they are never a perfect fit. He was given both tuxes for the ceremony and told to mix and match what works best. The owner did not offer to alter the tuxes in anyway and we were charged full price for two non fitting tuxes. When arriving at the ceremony we discovered that not only did the tux not fit they had sent a different shade from the rest of the bridal party. The whole experience was awful.In order to return the tux my husband was told it needs to be returned by Tuesday. My husband helped with cleanup from the wedding Sunday. Monday at 435 pm he received a text from the owner stating the shop will be closed on Tuesday so he can return the tux that day before closing at 6 pm or on Wednesday. The shop opened at 11 on Wednesday and the tux would be considered late and he would lose his deposit if it wasnt in by noon. My husband had to leave work early to return the tux on Monday before closing. Only to discover that his deposit was really a down payment and would not be returned to him. Avoid this location at all costs.

The owner is the sweetest and she was extremely helpful and catered to my every need. Dresses were absolutely beautiful which made it harder to pick. She worked around my budget and it was an awesome experience. This place was my first choice and I’m so glad I didn’t waste time anywhere else.

AMAZING service!!! Friendly staff, helped all of our bridal party fitting dresses and choosing styles and had ASTONISHING advice on colors and styles. Both the owner and the woman working helped us meet all of our needs in a timely manner. And when we all said yes to the dress, we all had a nice champagne toast and they even helped us take pictures! Amazing quality dresses and great payment plans!! Shipped all our 6 dresses in 2 weeks!

LBD was a wonderful experience I was the maid of honor in a wedding we all got our dresses there! Carrie and the whole staff have a special way of calming you down and making the experience easy during times that are often hectic and crazy. All of our dresses arrived on time, were reasonably priced and held up great. Thank you so much for taking a lot of stress off of a great day!

Service was amazing! Recently went to look for a bridal gown as well as a bridesmaid dress and the service we received was delightful. Kelly and Hailey were so helpful and made everything less stressful!

Getting married in October and this place is great! Super helpful and they have lots of locations all over the US so it is really easy for my best man in Las Vegas to get fitted am my groomsmen in LA to get fitted.

I highly recommend LBD! I went to many different places for wedding dresses and nobody was as helpful and nice as the ladies at LBD! At one place they pretty much told me I was too fat to try on the dress I wanted. One place didnt even acknowledge that we were there, another place rushed us and she kept rolling her eyes I lost hope in finding a dress I loved, then I came across LBD at a bridal expo and Carrie was so nice and we booked an appointment, when we got there we didnt think Id find my dress, but decided to go ahead and give it a try they were so nice they asked for my price range and she would pull dresses she thought I would like based on my reactions to the dresses I tried on, I loved every dress I tried on! She was so very helpful even with dresses that were too small! I found the perfect dress here thanks to the ladies at LBD!!

They were very attentive to what we were looking for and the price point was half of what we expected to pay given the high quality dress and veil I got. Found 3 the perfect dress at Little Black Dress Bouquet after trying so many dresses at other shops throughout the central valley. I highly recommend this shop before you decide on a dress. They have your Yes dress.

Dont judge a book by its cover! I came here after going to Davids bridal first, and I honestly didnt think Id find my dress here after only seeing they had two racks of dress to choose from. I did find my dress and the ladies here are very patient and very helpful. Thanks Little Black Dress! I said YES to my dress!

Carrie was so awesome Im not a skinny girl but she made me feel comfortable to the point were I want to keep in touch with her as my friend. It was a nice clean place and the dress was at a good price. Not only that my dress will be in next week.

I had the best experience at LBD. My daughter found the perfect bridesmaids dresses and tuxedos for her groomsmen. I also purchased dresses for myself and my younger daughters. Their customer service is superior from the moment you walk in. Highly recommend.

I was skeptical at first because I was coming out of state. But honestly they have amazing customer service. They explain to you how everything works out in the store and show you dresses you may be looking for. I was attended by Hannah and she was super nice and helpful! I ended up picking my prom dress so I highly recommend this place!! (Plus Im a plus size girl and they help you out with sizes!)

My son and I rented a tux for my wedding at Little Black Dress earlier this month and we looked sharp. The ladies there called us three days prior to my wedding and we got into the store and tried on the tuxs. My pants were a bit short and by the next day they had them tailored and ready. Thanks for the great help on my big day!

The owner was very friendly and took so much of her time to help me find a dress that fit in my price range and style preferences. She went out of her way to help me find solutions for my desire to wear a modest dress. She was very patient and helped my find colors that worked with my skin tone and hair. I had gone to many places before looking for a bridesmaids dress, and each time I left without even a hope of anything. But at LBD, the owner helped me find something that I loved, fit in my price range, and was modest. (I wish I had come here first!)

I went to Little Black Dress on Sunday, 9/30/18. They usually require an appointment and I didnt have one but I got lucky that they didnt have any scheduled first thing in the morning. I had the pleasure of working with Keri the owner. I told her I had a small budget to work with and she didnt bat an eye at it. She explained the layout of the dresses and gave me clips to place on all the dresses I wanted to try on. She said I could pick as many as I wanted. My mom and I had so much fun looking through the dresses and putting clips on everything I wanted to try on.I need to give a little bit of back story here. I had an appointment with Davids Bridal on Saturday. I hated my experience there. The sales lady was extremely nice but she kept bringing me dresses to try on that were outside of my budget. I didnt like any of the dresses she brought and really didnt get to go look through the dresses myself. I went to Cinderella Cellar too and the owner there was nice but I could tell she wasnt open to helping me for my small budget.The experience with Keri at Little Black Dress was so different. It was so much fun trying on the dresses and she helped my mother and I feel so relaxed and comfortable. I had read previous reviews stating they didnt have a large selection of wedding dresses. I didnt pay attention to the date that review was written but it was wrong because I found way more beautiful dresses there then I did at Davids bridal.Im happy to say that I found my dress and Keri made that fun too. She has a sign that reads, I said yes and she will take a picture of you with the sign and provide champagne as well.Thank you Keri for helping find my perfect dress.

We used them for my in laws wedding and my son prom, they are very modern and have a huge selection. Carrie the owner is very helpful, welcoming and kind. The turn around time is amazing as well as the pricing. We are customers for life!

They are so easy to work with. I moved after I bought my wedding dress (to a different state) and it would be very difficult for me to fly back in a normal timeframe so that I could alter the dress (it’s still in CA), but they worked with my schedule and said they would be able to do it when I next visit before my wedding! If that’s not the best thing ever, I don’t know what is!

Came here searching for a formal dress while I was in highschool, and I had the absolute WORST SERVICE!I was greeted by a not so enthusiastic employee, and she asked me what my price range wasI told her Around $100.00 and she literally scoffed at me and rolled her eyes. Left and found a LOVELY formal dress else where, where they treated me 100x better.Also reached out to the business on social media about what had happened. And, waddya know, since it was a negative review my comment got deleted.Every person that asks me about this place I tell them to steer clear if you want some actual customer service.

My very first visit I was a complete emotional wreck. But none of the women made me feel that way. i was immediately greeted with genuine happy FACES, eager to help. After other visits to other bridal shops ended in disaster, I came back to KERI after making an appointment. The whole process was pleasant and Keri answered all the questions we had and made me feel like a long time customer.For just the personal experience and feel of the shop, I highly recommend LBD to anyone looking for beautiful gowns or tuxs but also for the service these women provide. Before heading over to LBD I called before hand so it would not be a waste of time. I am a plus size lady and saw some dresses that would look great for me. As I was awaiting for employee to approach me, they first approached these white people who were there after us. So I walked out and as I am leaving an employee said sarcastically, Thank for coming in ladies. As a first time customer I will no longer be coming to LBD DUE TO NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and will not recommend this boutique to anyone.

This was my go-to place for every occasion, I got all of my prom and formal dresses here, my aunt got her mother-of-the-bride dress here, and I told so many people how great this store was, until recently. This last weekend, they had a sale that they promoted on Instagram on Saturday from 11-5 and Sunday from 11-4, so after picking up my brother from camp on Saturday, we stopped at LBD right before 4:40 and they had already closed the store, employees standing right in front of the door talking. I have two weddings and multiple wedding showers to attend within the next few months, so I was planning to look around until they closed and return on Sunday to actually try on a few, but need I say, we did not return. To me, a very loyal customer (and especially my mom who pays for most occasions), that is bad business to close the store early the one day they advertise that they are having a sale. I am bummed to say that I will not be shopping at LBD any longer.
