I walked in today looking for a maid of honor dress and received excellent customer service! Lily was helping a bride, but still took her time to help me find a dress that was flattering for my shape. She was so gracious and kind even though I was a walk-in customer and she was in the middle of an appointment (the other customer was just as happy). Finding a perfect dress is so hard for me so I was so surprised that I was able to find something on my first day of shopping! She gave me advice on different styles and was able to show me how different shapes and features accentuate and flatter my shape. She also explained what didnt work for my shape which I really appreciated because there is nothing worse then noticing my muffin top😆 after the fact in pictures. Definitely recommend Elegant Bride!!! I decided on the dark gray one but was able to pick a different color so I got it in a mauve/desert rose color. Prices are very reasonable!!

She was very attentive to me and asked all the right questions to give me amazing recommendations on dresses since I was unsure of what I wanted. I had an amazing experience here! Fell in love with 2 dresses and was ready to just pick one. The bridal consultant encouraged me to take some time and be absolutely sure of my choice, glad she did because I ended up loving the second one more! Wide selection of styles and designers and very friendly staff!

This was such an incredible experience! The girls were so warm and welcoming. My mom and I were able to browse and choose as many dresses to try on as I’d like. They asked progressive questions to help me narrow down a style I liked, things to look for in a dress, fit, etc & the dress that ended up being the one was something one of the girls hand picked for me after getting to know me during the appointment and it was just perfect! They were so kind and helpful and I couldn’t have found a more perfect dress anywhere else !!

Giving it 5 star. Honestly, this was one of the best experience from two different places I went to before elegant Bridal. I forgot the name of the person who had help me. But she was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was professional and very sweet. She knew a lot of the different type of dresses and even gave suggestions of alterations if needed. She never pressured me on to buying a dress and she also wrote the top dress I love and the prices before I decided on anything. These dresses are far way more impressive than David’s Bridal. The dress are affordable and ranges from different price range especially if you are on a budget. Clean store and very organized. Must check out!

This place was truly amazing from the minute we walked into the store till the end . They attended to us fast and got started with picking out dresses that my daughter liked. They took there time with my daughter and never made her pressured to chose a dress. The kind lady made it clear to her that this was her dress and they want her to pick the dress she loved. Wonderful bridal boutique. Brandy was very kind, helpful, and there was no pressure to choose a dress today. Also if you are a bride on a short time frame they have options for working with you. I first went with my sister, who bought her beautiful wedding dress there. I was also looking for a dress to wear to her wedding and they suggested very nice dresses according to my likes and needs. I’m not sure if people know this or not but this amazing place is under new management and the women who are current owners are AMAZING! Lily helped me from the second I walked in. I did not have an appointment and they still tended to me. They have a ton of beautiful dresses and only after trying on 2 dresses the second dress was the dress! I did not feel pressured to buy something, Lily reassured me that I wasn’t wasting her time, she only wanted me to enjoy the experience. She was amazing, I did not leave with a dress the first time I went in but I went back a week later and bought the dress! She was very attentive and she is just awesome! I highly recommend this boutique!!

Lily is soooo amazing and so helpful. She gave recommendations but let me do my thing, and ever so slightly would suggest something I have not considered that just works so well, it blows my mind away. Shes got an eye for what works with your body type and build. Elegant Bride was my first bridal fitting appointment and Lily set the bar so high, every appointment thereafter fell short. They also have super beautiful and modern dresses as well as classy ones. Im still on the hunt for the perfect dress but Elegant Bride is definitely top of my list!

I really enjoyed looking at dresses here. The woman who owns the shop was very polite and accommodating. I felt listened to about what I liked and what I disliked. She also made me feel comforted when I left empty handed. She assured me that my top picks would still be available when I decided I still wanted to check other shops. I feel confident that if I cant find anything at other shops that I will be back for one of the dresses I tried on here.

I came to Elegant Bride feeling very defeated because I had been to several stores and could not find a bridesmaid dress that fit the brides specifications and fit me off-the-rack. The owner assured me that she would make my day - and she did! She took my measurements and informed me that I had been trying on the wrong size, as the sizes vary by designer. She was able to order me the right style, color, and size and even called the distribution center to make sure I could get it in time. The dress was priced right at what I expected after shopping around.

One of the things you quickly learn when dress shopping is that it can be very daunting and intimidating. I visited every dress shop in town and felt the most comfortable here! Lily and Alina made me feel at home right away and never made this about anything other than finding what I truly wanted. I love this place and highly recommend it for its value, selection and customer service!

Outstanding experience! We were shopping for a Maid of Honor dress for my sister and had had negative experiences at other bridal dress shops (unflattering dresses, inattentive staff, etc). The selection at Elegant Bride was fantastic and the special attention paid to us left us feeling excited and pampered upon departure. Let me just say that Alina and lily have both been so helpful and comforting during my wedding dress search! I am very happy with my experience here and am in love with my dress! These ladies are not like any other bridal store associates that I have dealt with! (I went to almost every Fresno bridal store) The girls at Premier bride did not even bother to talk to me and basically pushed me out since I had no appointment.... well not here! Stopped by to look for bridesmaids dresses. Cute little shop with great customer service. I found a beautiful dress to wear for my daughters wedding when I was only there for bridesmaids. Lol! One problem it doesn’t come in the colors I need. Loved the wonderful ladies. Really nice dresses too! Will definitely be back for that dress if my daughter changes her wedding colors. Lol

My experience was great. I walked in, without an appointment, and thankfully they were able to squeeze me in. Being a mother-daughter team, I worked the majority of the time with the daughter. She is very honest and helpful. I appreciate that in people. Within an hour, I had found the gown I wanted to purchase. She picked out the dresses by the description I provided, and helped me through the whole process. She also provided heels to utilize while trying on the dresses. I personally enjoyed the experience. Especially after having a bad experience at Davids Bridal, which is down the street. If you are a touchy-sensitive type of person, then you may be offended by their demeanor. Although, honesty will go a long ways. In the end, it is your decision on what dress you would like to purchase. The prices arent the cheapest, but they will work with you to find that dream wedding dress. I found mine and am extremely thankful for my wonderful experience.

Im laughing really hard at the negative reviews. You people are so ignorant oh my goodness. I personally witnessed a stupid mother and daughter who called last minute to schedule an appointment, the owner was helping me (who by the way it is super nice and kind, and will be straight up if something doesnt look good on you, because thats been an honest person, not a two face like most of you are). These two people come in last minute and expect services in right away when everyone else was busy. You need to wait your turn. If you calling with eight bridesmaids last minute, know what to expect. The service was excellent and the woman was very kind, funny how Im reading these reviews and I dont see how they spoke with this lady what can a tone in manners they used. I came in searching for a wedding dress too, I just didnt find what I like. The woman was super helpful and yes she told me and gave me advice what would match my body figure, and told me what to find, however I ordered my bridesmaids dresses here. The service is excellent, if you as a customer treat this older woman with disrespect, my goodness you people are stupid. If you have no respect for an older woman wow. Anyways, this woman was very kind, very good with the price, and treated us customers with respect

I would never step foot back into that terrible shop. Dresses are so way overpriced for horrible quality. Bought a 200$ prom dress and was charged 45$ to cut bottom. Total of 245$ and to have the tulle fabric cut crooked at the bottom and the zipper’s cuff to be broken. I had to sew it on myself. Not 245$ quality at all. Was also told the dress was “one of a kind” so when I picked up my dress, I told the lady which dress was mine and answered rudely, no it was for “Sherry.” Rip off store. There are so much better out there. Don’t waste any time, energy or money here.

I even bought directly from China to save money and Davids Bridal. Theres no comparison. If you want to look like every other bride go to DB. If they tell you a dress doesnt look good on you or you should try ivory instead of pure white, is that rude? or mean? I guess, but be happy they actually care enough to make you look good. If I walk there and Im a size 20, and they said this dress doesnt come in my size, and this other cut would look better, what is wrong with that? Does no one see Im not a size 2? Are they laughing at me? Or are they helping? YOU tell me.I came in to buy my dress. I wanted bright white. I wanted a big ballroom dress cut. After trying a few, they said I should try another one. Something more form fitting. I said I wanted to conceal my figure, but they told me that the huge skirt actually does the opposite, and if I actually show my body shape, I would look much better, and guess what. They were right. If I didnt like it, guess what. I could have bought the other one! This isnt a department store. They book the hour for you, to help you!If you dont like it, thats fine. But they were right about not getting white. Every photographer I spoke to afterwards told me white looks cheap and washes you out. Listen to what they say. You dont have to do it, but why are so many people thinking its personal. Its ridiculous.

I really liked this place. It was clean and quaint. The attendant was kind and did everything possible to find me a beautiful mothers dress for a wedding. Yes they are a bit pricey but I have found that pricey is the norm for formalwear. In the end I found the perfect dress at the right price! So mission complete right? Not so much, my favorite matched the brides dress and it was discontinued so it couldnt be ordered another color and not enough time. Oops my fault not theirs. Fyi, orders take 3 to 4 weeks so plan ahead. I do recommend you pop in to see what they have to offer.

I was amazed with the service!!! After going to 2 bridal shops and leaving disappointed I decided to stop here just to take a quick look at the dresses they had because I didnt have an appointment. Lily welcomed me and asked if I had an appointment, I then replied I do not but Im just going to Look around I then showed her a picture of the dress I was looking for then she said one moment I do have one and although you do not have an appointment you can try it on really quick since I have a girl coming in a few minutes for her appointment. As soon as I tried it on I fell in love, it was the one I was looking for!!! She was super sweet and friendly she made me feel like a friend and helped me put on a veil and just made me feel special. I then told her it was the dress and I wanted it and my parents said they were ready to pay for it, My family was happy with the service she gave us and my mom gave her a big hug and thanked her for being helpful even though I didnt have an appointment. I definitely recommend this place and I highly recommend buying from Lily she is very helpful and gives great advice. Out of all the bridal stores I went to that day she honestly was the sweetest and most helpful!! I wasnt turned down because I didnt have an appointment like other places.

Horrible. Walked in with my best friend who has tried on a lot of dresses and knew the style she wanted, just hasnt found the one yet. We decided to check this place out on a Tuesday evening and we were in there for less than 5 minutes and left feeling stressed and like we were such an inconvenience to them. THERE WAS NOBODY IN THE BUILDING. The woman was so rude and stated that my friend wouldnt look good in white even though thats what she wanted. Made her feel horrible about herself. When asked for my friends budget, we were told that she didnt have any dresses under $1,000. I didnt know whether or not I was going to use my fight or flight instincts at this point. Im thankful we didnt make a future appointment. I have no clue how theyre in business with such a horrible attitude. If I could give this place no stars, I would.

After receiving a used and filthy dress from Davids Bridal, 40 days before my wedding, I walked into Elegant Bride and could not have been any more relieved from my situation. The women at Elegant Bride treated me with compassion after hearing what Davids Bridal had done to me. I thought that I would never find a new dress that would match the dream dress that Davids Bridal had destroyed. I was wrong. Elegant Bride helped me find a new dream dress, that same day, with no appointment. They were extremely helpful! They took down several dresses, all different styles, for me to try on. They made me feel special and optimistic. They not only helped me choose a dress, but also gave their most sincere and honest opinion. They made me feel like they were family and only wanted the best for me. They knew that I was going to love the first dress that they presented to me, it is as if they knew my style, wants, and needs. After trying on several dresses, I chose the first dress. I completely fell in love with it and my world was finally turned up right! I am the happiest Bride to be and I cannot wait for family and friends to see me in my wedding dress. Thank you Elegant Bride for being there for me when I most needed help. I could not have stumbled across the nicest, most honest, caring, women in the wedding dress industry. Ive just started to look for boutiques to try on some of the brides maid dresses for my cousins wedding. I called in and asked for an availability of dresses i had picked and received some terrible services from two ladies in the store. 1st I called around 10AM and one lady with a foreign accent told me to call back about an hour later.. so i called back around 11:15. A different lady tells me that they dont have lists of dresses they carry in order so it takes a long time for them to look up for availability and tells me to send her an email with photos of dresses i had picked and she will be able to get back to me right away. So i sent her an email with photos and even called her to make sure that i sent it to her. She said OK and that she will get back to me right away. This was about 3 minutes after she asked for an email with photos. I get no reply so called around 12:40. The lady i talked to when i first called them answers the phone and tells me that they dont have any of the dresses i asked for. i explained to her about my conversation with the other lady and that i sent her an email and got no reply from her and the lady on the phone told me that they are too busy to reply me. I could have said OK and just move on to other boutiques but the way she spoke was so rude. I was so upset to hear that they dont have any of the dresses available for me to try on in a first place and that i had to call them when they said that they will get back to me right away. I would not recommend going to this boutique for any occasion unless their service quality improves. After all it is a boutique where people look for dresses for happy occasions.. Im sure nobody wants to receive low quality services from places like this.

I walked in and made an appointment for a later date. Was so excited to go to my appointment. When I walked in the asked what style of dress I was looking for, so I told them and then said certain things that I was for sure wanting. But when the owner would bring me dresses they were pretty much the complete opposite of what I told her. Then her daughter started to help me and she started to listen to what a was wanting in my dress. But I was so frustrated by the end of it all I was not wanting to business with them. Because if you cant listen to what I am telling you that I want then what makes me think the you are going to order the right dress and get everything else right for me. I wont ever go back in there for anything not even my bridesmaids dresses. I wont recommend them to anyone that I know or if they ask me I will tell them how I feel about my experience there.

I went there with my mom, who was looking for a mother of the bride dress. My wedding was less than 2 months away but the ladies were not phased by our timeline. Even without an appointment, they were more than happy to help us. My mom was looking for a dress with sleeves but couldnt find one, so they offered to add sleeves to a dress she fell in love with. Could not be more pleased with the service we received.

EW!RED FLAG #1.) There are no price tags on the dresses. This should have stood out to me- thats telling you there theyre looking to wheel and deal.RED FLAG #2.) The associates (mom and daughter duo) make you feel like an inconvenience, like youre asking too much to try on dresses. (This is their job, right? This one got me- because I somehow began feeling guilty for taking up their time and having them help me look at dresses! So I felt obliged to put money down... which brings me to my next point....)RED FLAG #3.) The very second dress I tried on (EVER IN MY LIFE, this -unfortunately- was the first store I looked at) was pressured to me by the owner as THE ONE. That if I didnt reserve it, itd be gone. So I stupidly put $100 down.RED FLAG #4.) I called 5 days later and asked that the dress I had held not be held anymore- I realized after leaving that I had been pressured. I was told my $100 credit could go toward another dress.RED FLAG #5.) Visit #2 to the store I was only brought ugly dresses that were opposite of what I was looking for and when not pleased with them, was told You shouldnt be here unless you are ready to buy. WHAT?!RED FLAG #6.) Visit #3 I was told my $100 couldnt be used to try on one dress I was interested in. Then told I couldnt try it on because their dressing room was too small. They took my money from me then stopped caring about me and I have no money to spend right now, Im devastated and already on such a tight budget... its immoral to be taken advantage of like that during such a hard time.It sounds crazy, but these are FACTS. I just started the hunt for my gown, and I recently went to elegant bride to try on gowns, I only had one dress in mind which i had been eyeing since I got engaged, and the RUDE women helping me said that was too much of a dress for me and that I would not look good in it, that i was too skinny and didnt have enough on top. As a bride and for all the brides looking for a gown, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! they are rude, mean, and not too mention unprofessional, I had also gone there as a bridesmaid and had the same thing happen, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and they treated me the same as a bride, I hope this place closes down and people see just how terrible theyre service is.

I came in to fine my wedding dress I had gone to davis bridal but they didnt help me like I thought they would they have terrible service ISo i call to elegant bride to if I needed a appointment to try on dresses an the lady really nice said yes and ask when did I wannet to come to the store and I told her if could go that day because I live kind far from there and she said yes sure it was like and its was like 1:00 and gave it to me at 2:00 when I came to the store all I c is all these gorgeous dresses before I came to the store and had been to davis bridal I thought I wasnt gonna fine my dress but I found it at elegant bride the daughter of the lady help me out a lot once I told her what I wannet she new what I was looking for the daughter help me on looking for the dress but her mom she help me on fixing my dress they really have good service here I RECOMMEND this to who ever is looking for there dream dress Im so happy and Im in LOVE with my dress thank u so much for all ur HELP....

Honestly, Im baffled at the negative reviews. These woman are up front and honest and a lot of people cant handle that so they get angry (bridezillas) and turn to the internet to vent. I recommend this place to every bride - set an appt., make sure you set an appt. at least 11 months before your wedding, if you want a custom dress they can take up to 8-9 months to order and receive. Im glad I asked about this!! LOVE the owners, LOVE the quality!

My daughter and I went in looking for formal evening dresses and the lady was horribly rude . We were Telling her what we had in mind but she kept showing us dresses that were not even close to the dress we were looking for .
