They have EVERYTHING. Like all the little knick knock stuff from Ross. Except they have whole departments of it at msrp.
The service is always subpar in here and the employees seem too busy to help customers. There needs to be some retraining to focus them on working efficiently and quickly. The store is not well maintained, most of the time that is unorganized and messy. It has gotten to the point where I only come here if I absolutely have to.
I am so frustrated with the inconsistent policies regarding the coupons. I PURCHASED the Beyond program, which states 20% off every purchase, everyday. BBB frequently sends me additional coupons. Some employees allow you to use both, others say you cant. If I cant use both, why does BBB keep sending me additional ones, both thru email and snail mail. Depends on which employee you get, and the explanation varies on to why I cant use both. Just frustrating. Will not renew Beyond program, there are other stores that sell what BBB has.
It is a large, seemingly well-stocked store. We went in to buy one item and we were on a tight schedule. I would have liked to look around more. I usually dont go to that area of town .
Love coming into BB&B, prices are good, their sales are better. Love that they let you use their coupons on any items
Store was same as usual but there werent many customers. I am concerned that all these brick and mortar stores will ultimately close, unfortunately ☹️
Return department was very easy and efficiently done.
Many great products, however was very disappointed with the coffee capsules stocked on the shelves. Many boxes of expired product, some with an additional 20% off coupon - there was even a bottle of vanilla syrup with the expiration date of 10/2020 on the shelf.
It was okay, they seem to carry less home products since they added the hygiene products
Always a great experience, staff is friendly and easy to find, there is so much great stuff you really can’t leave empty handed. Missed my opportunity to take pictures but will do so next time. Usual social distancing and mask requirements in place, but if you need to do some Christmas shopping, you need to put this store down as a good place to go!
Excellent curb side pick up service.Placed an order online and was able to pick it up two hours later. I received a email letting me know that my item was ready for pick up, as I arrived I parked in designated curb side pick up spot where an associate brought out my order within 5 minutes of my arrival. So fast and easy! I will use curb side pick up again.

I found in the circular for 10-14-20 to 10-25-20 some water filters for Zero Water. Much to my delight I hurried out to our local store to stock up on filters. The filters on special were a 4 pack. Of course there were no 4 packs in stock. I am a senior and don’t shop online. The manager the day I went into the store said she would order the 4 pack for me and it would come to the house. I was okay with that. She went to place the order and it would not go through because they were on order. She said that the sale price would be honored when the product came in. No need for a rain check. I drove out to the store every 3 days to assure I got my filters before they ran out. The filters were not in stock before 10-25-20. Today, 11-3-20 at 1:30 pm I found the filters in stock. There was a different manager on duty today and she would not honor the sale price. This “ Old Lady” is disappointed.
Seems as though Bed Bath & Beyond has turned into a drug/personal care store. I do not find any of these products helpful when shopping at a speciality store . Sad that the merchandise has changed. I will use this store as long as it continues to offer household items but as that dwindles so will my patronage.Thank you for readingPat Mahan
I always shop at BBB never this location tho. I was in Fresno for Christmas unfortunately lol. This location canceled my order 3 times due to inventory inaccuracies. The employee that was in charge for pickup seemed very interested in helping. Just like the city it’s in, it sucks.

Calm and mellow store to go to for being in River Park. Easy to spend an hour just looking at all the different things they have.
Terrible service, guy at the check out, doesnt know where items are, I walked around the store, finally found what I was looking for, no thanks to him, 7 people in line, 2 cashiers, hes one of them..then he checked me out, I asked if there were any coupons, he looks at me says NO, he could have said,, im sorry i didnt know what you were looking for, glad you found it...here let me give you 10% off. No personality doesnt really need to be up front...I doubt Ill be back!!

I received the WORST customer service from the STORE manager after receiving HORRIBLE customer service from their “customer service” phone number and online chat! I was in store on the 13th and we had spent a certain amount which qualified us to receive their promotion and which was spend $200+ receive $50 store credit (as the cashier explained). I input my email and phone number. Cashier said we would receive an email in 48 hours explaining how to receive the funds. Yes my email was correct because I opted into an ereceipt for that transaction. Yes I checked my spam NUMEROUS times over 72 hours. Once I didn’t see it I tried calling customer service. Well it was someone from India who did not understand anything I was explaining. She told me to calm the store. So I hung up and called the store. Press “0” to speak to an employee...sorry that number is not available. Nooo other way to speak to human in store. So then I went online. First online agent couldn’t figure it out at first and kept asking for my online order number. I kept explaining it wasn’t an online order. Told him it was an in store purchase and I received the receipt via email. Finally I thought he understood and asked for my RVN number I provided him with it. And then he said sorry I don’t seem to see an online order with that number! REALLY?! That’s because it’s NOT online for the millionth time! He ended up finding a spot on the website where you can input your RVN and “claim your funds”. So he asked me to do so. So I did and got a pop up that reads “this order has already been processed please check back in 24 hrs for your funds”. I relayed that message to him and he said ok you should be all set. I wasn’t convinced so I asked him what I should do if it’s not there within 24 hours. He replied and said reach back out to us and we will go ahead and input your funds manually. I said OK thank you and ended the conversation. Mean time i did my receipt survey and expressed my frustration. The store manager called me and left a voicemail and said he wanted to be sure i got my funds and he doesn’t know why I can’t get through because his phone system is working fine. Couldn’t call back because the phone system was not working. 27 hrs later I checked and there were no funds. So I got back on the online chat and I had to explain the whole situation again to a different agent who went through the exact same steps and he was just as confused as the other and thought it was an online order. She stopped responding and the chat ended itself. I started a new chat with another new agent who i yet again had to explain from the beginning. After getting nowhere with him he finally said it sounds like this is some thing that the store needs to take care of for you. I told him I can’t get a hold of anyone in store and he verified the store number with me. So I called again...someone from a BBB two hours away answered the phone. Told him I was trying to reach my location. He said their phones are down sorry. And he couldn’t assist me it would have to be my location. Living in a rural area I had to drive 55 miles just to HOPEFULLY speak to the store manager. I arrived and asked to speak to the store manager. He ignored the cashier and she said it again to him. He was within 10 ft of her so I could see him not paying attention. He finally came over snd said “picking up an online order?” Not hello how can I help you. I said no my name is...you left me a voicemail and I can’t call ba....and he interrupted me and said “yeah yeah my phones are down so what’s the issue you didn’t get some funds back?” So I tried to explain the situation and that I tried online adding it and he interrupted AGAIN and said “so basically you need your $50 credit?” I said yes and some customer service would be great too. He walked away and went to register and rang up a gift card. Handed it to me and said “and if you end up getting the $50 online like you should have them Merry Christmas”. It was the worst experience ever! I did not receive another $50 credit. Although I should have due to poor service

Very welcoming and friendly service. People in there were very helpful even though they’re busy with other customers. We didn’t have to wait so long.

The reason people continue to go to actual stores is the service. I wish I remembered the teams names because i spoke with 3 different people, and all 3 were knowledgeable. I still love being able to pick out product i want and take it home the same day. I really like this store.
Chad ignores everyone!!! Do not recommend him. On the other hand, the store is handing the covid crisis very well.

This is one of my wifes favorite stores and she loves to go over there and bronze. It is a very well stop store and very clean. A long time ago I was in retail on that way of displaying that much and eyes is very effective and organized. They have good sales and their stuff is nice and friendly.
I will not be shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond anymore because of the Cancel Culture activity of denying My Pillow products in their store!
Went into the store for a wedding registry. About half of the items marked as “Available” weren’t available. Upon check out (3 people behind counter, line with about 3 customers and only one working the register) we were asked if we found everything. I replied no we couldn’t. She said we should have asked a sales associate- we only saw the one printing registries, never saw another employee.I understand why online stores like Amazon are getting busier.
This is a big store. Fun to go through for home items. Right now they have alot of Christmas decor and gift ideas. They did not have what I needed, but that was my fault. Should have bought the item when I first saw it (great slip on slippers - they cant be ordered either, totally out). Advise, you see it, buy it, dont think twice. LOL
Amazing customer service. The associate who helped us, Mary, went above and beyond helping find a very specific set of curtians that had been discontinued. Couldnt be happier with their service.
Its a standard Bed Bath & Beyond, but the staff give it 5 stars; they take the covid pandemic seriously and thoroughly clean the cashier stations after each customer checks out

They have lots of interesting items to browse. When I first walked in they had an enormously long line at the registers, but by the time I got there they called a lot more help. That was nice. Great deal with their 20% off coupon.

Overwhelmingly with stuff in every department. Went in to find a feminine bedroom comforter, sheets etc. But nothing worth buying. Everything was gray and manly. They also have a lot of what rite aid or other drug stores handle. Employees are helpful and friendly.
As always, I found what I needed and at a very reasonable price. The line was long, but someone came to help and the line moved very quickly. Love Bed, Bath and Beyond, I always find what I want or need there.

I really really really really tried to like this place. Some things were so cute, while others were just over-priced target items. No one asked us if we needed help or greeted us. We looked in the dining section for 20 minutes, and the associate never looked up. Just an ok experience. Still have gift cards from here I need to use- I think Ill online-shop!

I usually dont care for this business because the stores are so jam packed with merchandise you can barely move around. But not this location! A bit roomier, AND pleasant, helpful staff on the floor assisting customers. Another bonus...this one has health and beauty products...like a mini drugstore! Vitamins, hair care, bath n body products and cosmetics! Looking forward to shopping here again!
Friendly, helpful, polite, good wait timing at the cashiers checkout. Clean, great displays, lots of nice things, plenteous parking. Conveniently near many other great stores and restaurants. Lowes is right across the street.

A great shopping experience, all though the purchase I made was damaged upon opening, BB&B gladly found me an equivalent to replace and gave me the option for a full refund.
I love to look around here and see all the fun stuff they have and the prices are pretty good sometimes!
Terrible experience.I telephoned to check the in-stock availability of an item advertised by your store on the Internet. I was transferred to 5 different, & seemingly incompetent salespeople, none of whom could answer my questions & the last of which became simply refused to,answer my questions then became impatient & rude. So, I growled & then bought both at another outlet. (NOT B.B.& B.)Such a shame, I used to enjoy shopping at this store. But all good things come to an end, as they say.
I had the chance recently to compare this BB&B to one in another state. What an eye opener! I had always taken the excellent customer service that Ive received in the Fresno store for granted. Not any more! I was in the day after Black Friday and the store was pretty busy. However, at least 4 associates and the manager asked me if I needed help finding anything. It was awesome! Thank you Fresno BB&B!

When doing a Bed Bath & Beyond Hall hit the clearance racks. You will find a lot of good stuff! I did and it was Fire. If you are not Internet savvy the employees are very nice about ordering things on the Internet for you.
Love the store. Unfortunately they did not have the kitchen tool I needed. It a hard tool to find.
GREAT Service
Like other places, BBB is out of sanitizing supplies. They did however have soap, and a lot of good items on clearance so it was worth going in. The staff people were friendly and the line wasnt long.
This store is in a very good location near lots of shopping. You can find any kitchen gadget you can think of, sign up for a bridal registry, or find cool stuff to hang on your walls. They let you use expired coupons here so I make sure I always keep one in my purse. The employees are very helpful and friendly.

Purchased drappery, rods, tie backs etc to the tune of $300.00. When we got to the register and cashier was already ringing items up, we realized we had the wrong size of one item. No one was really in the store so my friend ran back to get correct item...an honest mistake. In the mean time one person stepped up to the next register and the woman salesperson asked why the guy checking me out couldnt check her out and he replied we ran back to get correct item. The woman salesperson then huffed and rolled her eyes because she had to do what she was there for...check out register. If this is customer service....Bed Bath and Beyond NO THANK YOU!!!
They have many items for your bed or bath. They didnt have what I was looking for. But had a lot of nice things that gave me new ideas.
4 stars for the effort the employee went through to help me. Website said they had something, drove out there and it was out of stock. It was during the Xmas rush though, so things can get hectic then.
I ordered an item on line..and was sent thr wrong product. I took it to the store at River park and they not only refunded my purchase, but the item I originally ordered was in stock at the store. Easy return-easy replacement.
Okay so the good: nice selection for the home and staff is friendly. Bad: pricing is high and coupons make it so youre paying the actual regular price of most items at other competitors. I shop here often but I price compare while Im in the store.

Did you know BBandB carries hair products and many brands of toiletries now? I was very happy to make it my one stop shop after work. We buy coffee in bulk and use the 20% coupons to save more. I like that the store varies its seasonal products also.

Customer service today wasnt very good. Help with questions and locating the proper sizes of bedding was difficult.Checkout lines were ridiculously long (holiday season long) and they had to be asked to get more cashiers up front.Its not normally like this at this store but Wow today was an experience and I wasnt the only one who was a little frustrated.
