This dates back to the original time I brought my truck in which was back in March 12, 2021. The tire pressure sensor was on, I was told honda couldnt fix that an I needed to take it to GMC. After doing that, they had the truck for 4 days I was told they would have to tear into it to fix the problem. I was fine with that since I had bought the extended warranty and service . So I have tried twice again to reach out to Robert Hannah about the issue leaving him 2 voice mails since10-22-21 an still no response back like the last time. I would appreciate a response back or call back since a negative review seems to only get your attention. Thanks for the call back.

Had car in for schedule service and get air conditioning fixed they did not check battery or tell me my battery and broke two clips and just stuck them in there. I got stuck at gas station. Never again, I will drive to Davis and have serviced before I take my car to Clawson. Davis even washes the car for you after serving it. So frustrating.

My car has been sitting in the shop getting a repair. Can’t get a hold of service manager Alex, had to drive there to find out what’s going on. Poor customer service!!! Next time I’ll go to Honda North!

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. They had no records of the repairs they did to my car and wanted to charge me another $150 for diagnostics just to reconnect my key fob after I paid over $180 for them to rekey and program a brand new key. That only worked for a month. The assistant manager Arthur Vargas will talk down to you if you are younger and because it seems like he can’t control his work load and is projecting his stress onto the customers entering the facility. He didn’t want to give me any information to contact the manager above him and gave me information to a “corporate” line knowing that they are privately owned. Pretty much wasting my time and giving me the runaround. So to the actual service manager, that supposedly only works on Monday, how hard is it to reprogram a key? I know it takes 5 minutes max.

Terrible service! The salesman was great. However, after sitting down and discussing numbers with a manager, it became ugly. I kept asking for out the door cost of the vehicle and he only responded with monthly cost. i gave him an offer and laughed at me. It was only my first offer and really didnt appreciate the service, especially since he started down talking other dealers like Lithia Subaru of Fresno. Would have given 0 stars!
