Worst service ever. Scheduled an oil change appointment & walked out 7 hrs later. I didnt get a call until nearly 3hrs and I agreed to the suggestions of getting a new air filter & brake pads. In a 4hr time frame they never followed up. I had to call multiple times & showed up just before 5pm Sunday closing time. My car was still lifted & went untouched for 30 minutes until the mechanics finally rushed to piece it back together. That night I was left stranded right of the Olive Exit on the 99 a very dangerous area for a young female to be alone at 11pm. I paid for a new battery that wasnt even the issue, a quart of oil because it hardly had any, a tow truck to my house & a tow truck to Sears the next morning. I missed a full day of work and school to resolve this just to be told its my fault. They claim it was just a coincidence that may relate to the code the car read on Sunday. Which they also failed to communicate with me. Now I have an engine light & leaking oil. Do not trust Sears. They will not take responsibility for their mistakes and do not care about their loyal customers.

Slow paced, waited to drop off vehicle for oil change and after a good wait and finally get to speak to someone, they told me they were only doing appointments due to the time. Something they need to have posted on building or state to the many customers waiting in line so they dont waste our times. Would never recommend this place.

I gave this location several chances and Ive been disappointed. Just this year Ive had the following happen to me:1. Had balancing weights fall off of wheels within two weeks of service and had to return for re-balancing.I have been going to Sears for years because of their reputation but this location just doesnt meet those expectations.

Went in for an alignment. Had a coupon off Groupon. Trusted they did the work... 6 months later I went to another shop, where my friend works, to get new tires. They told me I needed to get an alignment done and it was urgent and it looked like it hadn’t been done in a long long time. I don’t even think sears touched my car at all. They didn’t seem to really care I was there. Now I know why it was so cheap and they have so many bad ratings.

I was reading reviews from several Sears clients, Im very sorry that most of them have had very unpleasant experiences, I take the time to say that good and bad experiences exist everywhere and of course I say this from my own experience, on my last experience from Sears Auto Service, fortunately for me, everything went very well, they assisted me until the last minute for me to be able to make the right decision, very kind employees by the way, well hopefully the next visit to this Auto service will be most pleasant for you.

Slow, always a line and always takes forever. Usually cheap though. They use good oil too for oil change. No wonder they are going out of business, poor management here. Once you finally get service they are good.

I used to love coming here. Ive had many a time belt changed here and everything. But it all started in September when I brought my own rotors and brake pads to change them. They changed them alright, but never adjusted the backing plate (which anyone would know needs to be bent back to accommodate the new thicker rotor). It has been making noise this whole time and I went to a hole in the wall shop on olive and they bent it back for me for free. What competent shop wouldnt have known to bend the backing plate back? Really guys? Im gonna be going to that new shop on olive and Abby from now on.

I spent $2281 on full diagnostics and repairs . Picked my car up 2 days ago and now Im stuck out here in Lebec, CA from my car overheating. idk what they did but they didnt do it right. I just got off the phone with them and they pretty much told me good luck with my situation stranded in the middle of nowhere and when I figure my way back, theyll look at my car again, but because Im not stuck somewhere local, they cant take responsibility and help me in a situation $2281 was supposed to make sure didnt happen. Go anywhere but here.... I now have to figure out my way back to Fresno.

Dont come to this Sear Location. Waiting to long even though I have an appointment.They never fixed my car s problem right. I also bought 4 new tires, when I had a flat tired, they checked and told me I need to pay $24. The sale person did not do the job right at the first time. They tried to take your money.

Waited In line for 20 min long even though I had an appointment. Said my car would take like an hour to an hour and 30 min. Came back here and I see my car inside the bay but not even touched yet. The mechanics here are slow and just slacking off I see! Not happy here. Service really sucks! I came for an oil change. I only need the service I provided my oil and filter as well just needed labor! Please dont come here. Go away. Spend your time and money elsewhere! Editing it now. Took two hours just for an oil change here. Really it didnt take long its just they finished it in an hour and left it in the bay and they did not look for me until it was time to close. Never coming here again.

Dont waste your time and money. Bad service. They just gave me a bill of suggested services. Did not explain why or show me how bad the damage was . Left with my car making noise it never made!

Ive been going to Sears Auto for years and have never really had a problem with them. But recently I called to make an appointment for an oil change and was invited to come now because they werent very busy and would be able to have my car back before lunch. I brought my car in, waited in line and as I was getting signed-in, I told the CSR I had a coupon for $51.99; First she tells me it was going to be more because the filters went up in price, I was fine with that, then she asked me to show her my coupon. When I did, she said it was only good for online appointments and she really couldnt do anything. I asked if I had to leave and then come back after making an appointment online and she said yes. Well I left and havent gone back! Really, Ive been coming to you for years and you turn me away over a coupon??? SMH!

Ladies and gents.....b very careful doing ur oil change here. Know how to check your oil levels b4 leaving this place. I did an oil change on my suv and the oil level was short 2 quarts! Long story short, engine had to be replaced for a careless job. If you have $6,000 to throw away, go to this place with no worries in mind. If you dont have this kind of money go to another location or another business. Know how to check B4 you leave. Sad, you take your vehicle to a professional and some tech who may be new or super busy makes a huge mistake like this, ruining your vehicle. Beware of the sears auto motive, fresno (Manchester center).

DONT COME HERE! I had an appointment at 10am. Came in at 9:50am. I wasnt helped till 10:20am. As the cashier was helping me, he was having a conversation on the phone. After he hangs up he got me set up said it would be a hour to a hour half. I came back exactly 2 hours later. My car hadnt even been touched. I told them nevermind the service I would take my business elsewhere. Ridiculous. Hate to see what the wait is like without an appointment.

Horrible experiences.Brought the familys minivan 2005 Chrysler town and country for regular maintenance...first of all they tried to sell on my on a rack and pinion job..i agreed ..then after taking it apart.they (discovered) that the dont have the special tool to do it.I picked up the car and it was running terrible.I complained..the said. Thats normal ..and i said the car is hesitating..some mechanic did not exert enough effort to tight the rear sprark plugs...the said no that is normal after the fuel servicesure enough after a week i have a check engine light..and they refuse to take it in ..i have to leave it and my wife and 4 kids to stay carless.I do not recommend that place to anyone.

I waited in line 15 minutes to try and have my battery tested for warranty. After handing over the battery the clerk said it would take 5 minutes. 20 minutes later I asked another clerk about my battery and he took me to the charging station where the battery test had already been completeted, and the first clerk was nowhere to be found. Thanks for wasting my time dude.
