Fantastic! I had them come out and look at a refrigerator and a dishwasher. I was recommended that I needed to thaw out the fridge and they found a piece of plastic and a seed inside the dishwasher making the noise. They were able to work with me on the price since there wasn’t much to diagnose on the refrigerator. Super honest and reasonable.

The owner and his partner came out and with in 20 minutes had the issue figured out. Got the part with in 30 and had me up and running in no time. I recommend their service and will be using them again! Thanks for repairing my ice maker!

This company was contracted by Sears via my purchased protection agreement to repair a broken washer and initially came out on February 24th to diagnose the problem. On that day they came out, diagnosed the problem, and informed me that they would be ordering parts and returning to fix the washer once the parts arrived. Once the parts arrived at my house (one from FedEx and another from UPS) I called them to schedule the repair. They agreed to come out the following Monday morning as “the very first appointment”, their exact words. I got a call that Monday shortly before 8 a.m. that the 3rd part that was scheduled to come to them still hadn’t showed and they’d have to reschedule. This was the first time they mentioned a 3rd part was supposed to be coming (There was no 3rd part as part of the repair. It was the control board and the cold water inlet valve which had both already arrived to my house). This is when I began to suspect that I was dealing with a bad company. They arrived for the repair at a later date and I was at work. They were unsuccessful with the repair and told my babysitter that the new control board needed a different power source so they had to order a new power source and would return. I called to talk to Angelica to get some clarity as they left no notes or documentation and the washer was still turning on as normal so it needing a new power source made zero sense to me since the reason for the repair was due to the washer not putting out any water. At that time she told me Sears would be ordering the parts and to contact them. I contacted Sears and Sears told me the contractor would be ordering the parts. This went on for another month and nobody seemed to know what parts were being ordered or who ordered it (I should add that Super Air & Repair would only answer/return my calls less than 20% of the time and I was beginning to call more frequently because we were going past 2 months with no washer and no solution to the problem). One day I finally had enough. I had been patient the entire time and never showed any frustration towards neither the contractor nor Sears. I requested that Sears hire a new contractor and to have Super Air & Repair removed from this job. The VERY NEXT DAY Angelica calls me to say they magically located this part that nobody seemed to know about and would be here the very next day to finish the repair between 1 and 5 p.m. She asked me to text her the new address where we moved since the previous repair. I texted it to her and she confirmed receipt. I was working 7p-7a that week so I cut my sleep short and sat around the house from 1 p.m. til around 4:45 p.m. and nobody had showed up. I called Angelica to confirm they were still coming and she said yes. At about 5:30 she called and said they accidentally showed up to the old address and had to reschedule til the following Monday. This was clearly a lie and it was very obvious that this is a completely incompetent business I was dealing with. I asked for the earliest appt Monday since I was getting off work at 7. a.m. and didn’t want to wait up all day and have to go back to work without sleep because of them AGAIN. On Monday they showed up past their 8-noon window (not surprised) so I asked if I had to stay awake any longer during the repair. They said no so I went to bed. When I got up for work there were no notes left behind so I figured the washer was fixed. NOPE. It still wasn’t putting out water. I called Angelica and she said they told her it was fixed. I told her it absolutely wasn’t. (By the way, they didn’t replace any power source they just replaced the control board a 2nd time.) They came back the next day while I was asleep and told my babysitter that they knew exactly what was going on and would put a rush order for the new part. Instead, they just closed out the repair as finished without telling me and I had to find this out on my own a few days later when calling Sears

Great experience! They were able to tell me what was wrong with my washing machine within a few minutes. They were then able to go get the parts and come back and fix my leaky washing machine that same day! No charge for diagnostic, only parts and labor, and they were decent prices too! Anthony the tech has been amazing! Accommodating our last minute needs for the heater during the escrow process of purchasing a home. My frigerator wasnt getting cold called them they gave me an ETA on arrival time the Technician Gabriel arrived between that time told me what was wrong and what caused the problem. Cost more than I expected put i needed it fixed. Would definitely recommend and use again

I called this company to repair my dryer. The technician, George, was very friendly and informative. He thoroughly explained what needed to repaired. The dryer needed a new part, which he was able to get and replace same day (most companies Ive used in the past usually come back another day to repair if additional parts are needed) They also provide a 90 day warranty on their work which I think is great compared to other companies who only provide 30 days. Overall, I am very satisfied with this company and their fast response time and work. I would highly recommend them to anyone and plan to use them again in future!

Lets just start out by saying our drop in range is OLD. The oven stopped working and I called and Anthony came out to diagnose the problem. He let us know that he could fix the problem however he wouldnt know how long until another part went out on it, and he didnt charge the diagnosis fee. I love honest people!! Fast forward we finally find an oven that we thought would work so we call Anthony again. He told us he may be expensive swapping them out because no one knows the condition of the wiring behind the range, he advised us to call around. Nope, hes cheapest and because the previous time I dealt with him, I have faith that he is trustworthy. He ends up coming out to swap the ranges and our new oven needs an inch so we need a person that specializes in cabinets. So he gets on his phone to try to get someone he knows over here tomorrow to see what they can do. And he left without charging us again. It was the hottest day of the year and my air conditioner stopped working. When no one else could fit me in because I live out of town, Super Air Repair was at my house in an hour. Good customer service and friendly staff! I recommend Super Air Repair to others.

I got to say Super Air & Appliance Repair was great. I had a pair of refrigerators that need servicing and repair. All of the service was top notch, from the receptionist who I spoke to on Friday, to the tech, Vidal who came out Saturday morning. They also kept me in the loop, were polite, and they were always in touch with the office making sure everything got done in a professional manner. I am glad I called them. Now I know where to call if I ever need an appliance worked on.

Called most appliance repairs over the course of two weeks to have no one get back to me or return my calls or answer. Finally called Super Air & Appliance Repair and they were able to come see my washing machine the same day. They were able to tell me that the part I replaced was actually defective which saved me a lot of money so I can just return it and try again. Very happy with the service and they are very polite too. Will highly recommend to my friends and will be using again if needed!

Robert did a great job repairing our washer. He did not try to get more money out of us like other repairmen. It was very straight forward and he took the additional time to make sure our washer was fixed PROPERLY! We had a few different problems with our washer and he explained them to us (which is important for someone like me that knows nothing about them) and didnt leave till it was completed. Great service and I would definitely recommend.

Super Air came out same day service at NO CHARGE AND DID AN AMAZING JOB FIXING MY AC WITHIN 30 MIN. The cost was sort of expensive 300.00. They said they had to change AC wires. Local, timely and honorable.Well run business. They responded to my home the same day, New Years Eve, to diagnose my refrigerator problem. Had the parts and service completed that weekend. When another problem arose they came back, apologized for the oversight, and fixed that too free of charge. I appreciate a local owner that is a man of integrity and provides apprentice opportunities for the young tradesmen in our community and is an excellent role model for superior customer service.

Our go-to person for our appliance repairs. They handle all of our jobs, big or small. Super Air fixed our walk in freezer and our reach in freezer. Both work wonderfully now. I would definitely recommend them to someone who wants the job done right and at a reasonable price.

Found Super Air online and they did an excellent job. My technician was Anthony and he came out two different times to help correct a problem with my fridge. Each time, he showed up promptly and gave me the information I needed to correct the problem. They are professional, courteous and reasonably priced. Id recommend these guys to anyone!

Extremely fast, courteous, and efficient service. Had an appointment the day after I talked to them, was given a 10-12 window, and the guys were here at 10 sharp. Diagnosed the problem in minutes, got the part and had the repair completed within 90 minutes of arriving. Technicians were totally professional. Very happy with the service.

Super Air doesnt guarantee their diagnosis. I paid their diagnosis fee $75 & they came out & said it was the motor. $200 later & a new motor my machine still doesnt work & the company wouldnt back up their diagnosis. So just be careful when choosing a company. There are companies like A&R that will back up their diagnosis for 60 days. Super Air didnt give me the time of day & didnt care that the diagnosis was wrong they just wanted $75 more for another 10 minute diagnosis. Good luck!!!!.

Anthony was there less than 10 minutes, easy fix on knob of my dryer, I thought was going to cost me a new dryer!! Young man was extremely helpful and didnt charge me. Now thats what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will highly recommend this company to my family and friends and even those I dont consider friends. LOL

I read the reviews on google when looking for a repair man and found Roberts company. As advertised, fast and friendly service. Found our problem was a clog in the pump/filter for our front load washer and fixed it. I highly recommend him over the big name companies! Dont hesitate, give him a call.

Rob was very efficient and got our A/C unit running properly again. He was honest with what needed to be repaired and didnt try to keep selling us on additional services. Well continue using Super Air for all our A/C needs.

Thankfully, after I got gipped out of a washer on Craigslist, the guys at Super Air Repair came the next day after calling and got me a really good deal. Rob walked me through the process of what was wrong on each of my broken washers and made sure I had the best options available. I would definitely use their services again if any of my appliances happen to break down.

First, I like to keep my money local and support small businesses that the owner is actively working with their clients (as I own a small mom n pop bbq joint and do the same). After researching a few repair companies, I came upon Super Air and after talking with the owner I felt very comfortable. We talked on Saturday and discussed the issue with my cold prep table. He (the owner) showed up in the time window he agreed to on the following Monday and got right to work on our cold prep table. He had it diagnosed fairly quick and offered a reasonable quote for the repair. After I gave him the ok to fix the unit, my restaurant prep table was back up and running within 45 minutes! Great Service, Honest Diagnosis and Repair. Thank you for the business card refrigerator magnet as I will be using your company for all future repairs needed on the other units and will gladly recommend you to anyone I know in need.

By far the worst customer service, The technician, George, showed up smelling like marijuana. I paid $150 cash for 10 mins of accumulated work for a $32 part. My fridge still doesnt work. They had 2 attempts to fix it. The technician ignored calls for 2 days to re-trouble shoot and fix the problem. They kept the money and i refuse to do any further business with them. I DO NOT recommend their service to anyone.

My office mini - refrigerator unit makes noise if we have set for too cold. I drove to Fresno to visit family and dropped of the tiny thing on Thanksgiving day. Even though it was a holiday, cold and wet the service was friendly. They called me 20 minutes after I dropped it off and they said only a screw was missing from the inside. They said have a Happy Thanksgiving and there was no charge. I tipped them $50 bucks anyway.

Tech came out couldnt remove dishwasher .tore hole in top then lied about it saying it was like that....never looked inside and guessed it was a motor......worst company and Custer service ever

The vendor agreed to return a refund to me. Super Air stated that they would mail me a check instead of crediting my credit card. I had to dispute the credit card transaction in order to receive my refund.
