Janette is amazing and very informative! She literally saved me $130 bucks a month on renting a washer and dryer. I would recommend her as an employee as well as the man who came and installed both washer and dryer. I did not catch his name, but he was done carrying up the appliances and installing in less that 45 minutes. I wish more people would learn about customer service in ALL retail stores from Janette and the gentleman who lugged and installed the washer and dryer. Theres is not enough stars for this business. She saved me $130, and right before the holidays!
