Rude staff (person name Jennifer), oblivious to customer requirements, ABSOLUTELY NO INTEREST TO RESOLVE ISSUE & overall poor management/policies. Not the way to sustain a business.First of all Fedex delays delivery and because of personal commitments, I left authorization letter for my spouse to pickup (after checking with FedEx customer service). However, the store (esp Jennifer) quotes says the package cannot be given even having all the IDs showing the same residential address as min. They are not aligned to what FedEx customer service has been telling and show ABSOLUTELY NO INTEREST to resolve the issue. Totally frustrating experience, do watch out.

If you are just coming in to do some independent work without the need for an employee, this is a great place for you to come. Pretty easy to understand how it works. HOWEVER, if you need an employee for anything….prepare to stand around and wait FOREVER. Even if only 1 person ahead of you. If you request is fairly simple, they will scoff and basically act like are doing you some huge favor. I’ve seen eye rolls between employees about customers that point this out. Not sure if they just hate their job or just ride af.I started going to staples.

This Fedex site has lost two of my packages when returning it to Samsung and Dell .Packages show accepted by carrier and never updates and never says delivered. Gave me a hard time to call back and forth to fedex and Samsung and Dell to file for a missing package and get my money back. One package had a Samsung galaxy phone and other had a Dell Xps laptop. Please dont ship your expensive items from them. I didnt feel they were reliable. Never had any issue with other fedex locations

Typical layout for this business. Clean and organized. Staff are hit and miss -- I needed a label printed and a standard shipping box. The staff member who assisted me seemed to think I was just there for a free box (?!?) so told me to print the label first then get back in line so he could then give me the box. Never mind the fact that he could simply have pointed me to a stocked section of standard boxes.....wasted about 15 minutes in line thanks to him. Out of 6 self-serve printers, 5 were impossible to use due to damaged display / touch screens so I wasted another 10 minutes just trying to print the label out. Parking is a challenge due to the layout of the parking lot -- I usually avoid this strip mall for exactly this reason.

Horrible service, The store manager (a tall white lady) inappropriate behaviour, Extremely rude doesnt care to help the customers. She was literally playing games (printer) infront desk and not ready answer any questions properly also told me not disturb her while she is playing games. She was passing comments on my appearance when I said am not ready to move from the counter and I need assistance with the printing.FedEx will lose its reputation as long as these kind of store manager exist.

Service is very horrible. Short on staff. I came here to drop a package. For me it take nearly 25 min to drop the packages. The same thing with print aervice also. Its good place for printing but the wait time is more concerning.if you have a option to visit another store please try to skip this.

RUDE and Inappropriate. An employee prevented me from even entering the store with my toy-sized dog in my arms. This is NOT a restaurant or a place that serves food, and there are no signs on the door that say no dogs. I wouldn’t leave my sweet dog in 80 degree weather in the car and instead found another FedEx that had no issues.

I came here at 9:30 am to print a document, got the email saying the document is ready to print. However according to the staff, printing service wouldn’t be open to everyone until 10am because it’s senior hour before 10am. I appreciated the effort to take care of the senior citizens. However I didn’t find any notification on the website nor on Yelp/Google map (it was simply mentioned that it opens at 8am). You wouldn’t know the information at all until the moment you get stopped by the staff.I tried to convince the staff to update the information so that others would know and arrange their visits accordingly, the staff just repeated “I know but it’s senior hour” over and over again.

I wish there a 0 star. The folks here are normally good and very helpful. I have been to drop off the prepaid label of the shipment.I used my printer to print out but seems like the label was not good enough to print. So I was asked to go to this person. KEVINThis guy has been a member with them from 2016 doesnt even know how to retrieve the Label from the SHIPMENT TRACKING.Three words UNREASONABLE, LACKS professionalism and LACKS CUSTOMER Friendliness.Not sure why FEDEX keeps him in the job still.

Decent place to get some work done quickly. Their self service kiosks are great as you do not need to bother the staff and can get your work done on your own. However, I find the store understaffed mostly. Having said that, the staff in general is helpful and cooperative.

Quick in and out. Never had a problem at this place.I heard Some employees are always too busy and they act rude. But I personally havent had this issue.Plus dont forget that customers are also very rude and ask for pens, tapes, help with packing etc all for free. And some customers are always in a hurry. They want to get thousands of things done in 1 min. They dont care how many other people are in line, they dont care for anything. Just barge in and demand.This place has many many copiers, workstations and desk areas to work on your needs. You can also email them your documents and they will print it for you at no extra cost.I like this place.

The workers don’t care of attending the costumers and their documents. Printer machines have problems or are broken.Paid for a single paper print on the printer and it did not print. I see the bad reviews, but as for me, I didnt experience bad service. On the contrary, the lady that helped me within 10 minutes of the pickup deadline saw me in line, offered to help me immediately with my document while two persons ahead of me were working on their package. She completed everything quickly and skillfully, and I was on my way again in about 2 minutes. She was also very nice and cheerful.

This review is for paper cutting only.I came to get some wedding stationary cut after having a bad experience at a different print shop. Unfortunately, fedex was disappointing as well.I had some items that only required a few cuts on the page - thankfully these were fine. Everything became a disaster with the name cards though. These required 8 cuts on a page, so obviously needed to be done with care and precision to make sure all the cuts aligned properly. When the employee came back with the cut name cards, the alignment was so off it was ridiculous. The cards were all different sizes, the text was cut off or off center. He clearly was careless while lining up the cuts on the machine. Whats even worse, he had the nerve to say that it was because the cut marks on my page werent done correctly, and didnt apologize or take any responsibility for the situation.He asked me to email the pdf to him so he could take a look. The cut marks were obviously fine, but he still didnt apologize. He said he would reprint it and recut it for me, and they had even better paper than what I had originally brought in. They basically had card stock and interview printing paper which is a far cry from my linen textured paper. After the reprint, everything was cut precisely with the same cut marks as the originals.Unfortunately, the closest paper they had is still so different than my original that I cant use the reprints. He didnt offer to find or buy a similar type of paper to fix his mistake - which he still never apologized for. At the end, he still charged me the full cost for all the cuts. Because I was so frustrated and had already been there for over an hour at this point, I didnt even want to argue or make a scene so I just paid and left.Furthermore, over the phone, I was quoted $1.49 per cut, when I arrived, the employee said it would be $1.61 per cut, and on the receipt I was charged $1.75 per cut. Did not appreciate this on top of everything else.TLDR: Stay away from their paper cutting services. They are careless with their work, wont apologize when they clearly made a mistake, and wont be able to compensate appropriately.

I printed a document online. First of all the fedex document upload service is horrible. Large documents looks like never reaches them. When I went there to pick up it was not ready. Above all, the guy who was there (Mohammad) was rude and said he couldnt open the document. I had to head home bring the document in USB to get it printed. I would recommend against printing online with FedEx and going to this particular location for printing services. Never fedex again! Here I come UPS.

The customer service hasnt been bad for me, but for the sheer volume of customers they get and the tiny staff they have, you may be slightly better off going to the staples across the street in the Hub or the print shop opposite it. there is only so much each person can handle. came an hour and a half before work to print and laminate a few things, and it took the entire duration and then some to get 3 pictures printed and laminated

I love this FedEx location. I come here 5 or 6 times a month to ship items and the staff is always helpful and very friendly. Linda is especially welcoming and after a few visits began to recognize me and the special needs I require for my items.Haters gonna hate, but pay them no mind. So on my lunch break I decided to stop on over to this Fedex drop off location and leave a package and needed a receipt for it, needing a employee to provide a receipt was like pulling teeth at this location.First off they only had 2 employees running the entire store, both of them were on the phone and with no sense of urgency and or recognition that I was waiting for them for 10 minutes. Finally after they get off the phone it seemed to me when they were asking, How can I help you?! It was filled was condescending attitude and that I was being a inconvenience to them?Seriously? After asking for a receipt the Indian man with a mustache seemed very menacing for he said had a good day and offered to shake my hand, once shaking his hand he squeezed with intent to actually try to hurt me, with this AND holding onto the hand for much longer than 3 shakes. ( 25 seconds? ) staring at me like he wanted a fight?What kind of service is this? I go to leave a package get a receipt and have someone trying to act tough? All I ask for is a decent customer service experience of be in be out and go on with my day. Muhammad is great but the service is a bit slow. My most recent visit was rather annoying as one of the girls working kept telling the customers and making the announcement that the store was closing. Normally I wouldnt mind this because I understand that workers are trying to go home to be with their families, but in this instance it was a bit overdone because she kept saying, Store is closing. as if there were a countdown, 15 minutes...13 minutes...10 minutes...8 minutes etc. I thought this was unnecessary and actually counterproductive because as I was trying to get work done to expedite the process she was actually hindering me rather than helping. I would suggest doing a 15 minute and 5 minute announcement followed by we are now closed announcement.

The customer service at this location is horrible. The manager Jamie I believe needs to smile more and listen to get customers when they are talking. The Rodney needs a sense of urgency. All in all no one helped us and the Rodney didnt even bother to set aside a project to help us out. I have been managers at many place I have never seen such customer service. They lost two customers today and will tell my friends to stay away from this place.

Very disappointed, I wont recommend this to anyone. Customer service at this location is so mean and horrible. I wanted to take print out from google drive but it wasnt working, when I asked their representative she sounded very rude and asked to use system to get the print out. To use the system its additional cost, they were trying to force us to use systems to get more money. I used fedex in Texas so many times staff was friendly and responsive there unlike the staff here.

Its okay to be busy, but let your customers know that you will be right with them. Representation is everything and many times we allow people to represent us that are not capable of meeting the standard we try to set for our customers. I came in to pick up a Self Service Card that was owed me and of course with the agents having so many other customers, it was not noted properly. The gentleman that assisted me based on his response was, oh well, I cant find it! He was truly not concerned, so I may suffer a little loss, but with consistent negative reviews eventually they will learn to do real customer service. Just treat each individual as you would like to be treated when you need service. I do not plan to give them any more of my money, just my preference.

As a long time shipping customer, I have become increasingly dissatisfied with the service at this location. The new layout makes it difficult to drop off packages. The staff seems too busy to acknowledge that people are waiting. Some people are waiting just to ask a question. I drop packages several times a week and have seen customers walk out on numerous occasions.

Im here trying to print things off one drive on self service. Tried 3 machines, didnt work. I tried logging into my phone and it works. They told me to send it to the email for printing, it didnt work because the wifi is not working. I turned off my wifi and used my cellular plan and it works. I was told to use the print stations and it wont charge for printing, it did and since I agreed to print it the person working here says they cant refund it. So $2.50 to print 4 pages black and white is not exactly cheap. When I tried to use the wifi and asked for password told it should just log in, which it doesnt. Told me it was my phone reception again, I am posting this with my cellular plan and it seems to be working fine. I see why people go to other kinkos. I think they dont seem to know how their own machines work.

Ive been here only once and it was a nightmare. The employees at the time were not at all tech savvy and were having immense difficulty working their system to process packages... long lines ensued and there were a lot of disgruntled customers. 2 people left after waiting nearly 20 minutes in frustration.
