Found what I wanted. Needed some nice looking scissors. The price was reasonable. Also bought a beautiful daily planner. Glad we have a Staples.

On Feb 2, 2016, at a little after 2:00PM, I went into the Staples store in Fremont. I had about an hour to kill so I went to this store to get much needed office supplies and look for an office chair. I had approximately $200-300 of supplies in my cart. After being on the most of the day the coffee and water caught up to me, I asked an associate where the rest rooms were, she told me they did not have public restrooms, I found that to be odd, but, whatever. I was done shopping for supplies and went to check on the chairs. The chair I really liked was $299.00, so including my supplies I was somewhere between $500.00 to $600.00. As I was back in that section I noticed the restrooms, not blocked off, no signs not to use, nothing. I went up to the computer area and asked a different associate if those were public restrooms, he said yes. I went and found the gal that told me they did not have public restrooms and told her I found them in the corner and asked her why she told me they did not have public restrooms when I asked. She told me the Manager told her to tell anyone that asked they do not have public restrooms. I did not get the chair, and put everything back and left the store. I will never shop at this location again.

Always friendly and helpful. Love the price matching. Saves me from running all over town to save a few bucks!

Very disappointed in the customer service presented. Little to no help with issues. I will do my best not to shop at this location in the future.

We went to the Fremont store yesterday to get printer paper, ink, and some other office items. We usually go to the Sandusky store. There was a gentleman working in the computer area. He not only helped with our questions but he was very knowledgeable in the technology area. We had some specific questions regarding computer programs, computers, printers, and various topics. Not only did he know what we were talking about but he went beyond in giving us additional information. He was excellent and professional and very educated in the computer area. The cashier was friendly and waited patiently as our children were picking items out. The manager was very helpful as well. Def recommend this store location.

I went to buy a printer. A salesman joined me at the display. He was moderately knowledgeable and enthusiastically helpful. He answered my questions and Provided helpful information. I did buy a printer.

Management Rude. Cashier was lazy. Nice young man who ended up ringing up my purchase and carried it to the car. I visited the store today and very few customers. Need better customer service and personalities.

I was surprised how quickly they repaired my computer. Ended with a $10 coupon so turned around and purchased some store items.

Friendly staff some items are over priced.
