No posted hours on the door or any windows, but showed up at noon and waited until 12:30 and no one was here to open the store.

First time in the store great experience. A great variety of different style of clothing which I really like.

Went in for interview attire and had a great experience! Helped me even after closed for 15 minutes and didnt complain once. The ladies even helped entertain my stepdaughter while I tried on clothes and I ALWAYS get compliments on the clothing I buy from here.

I enjoy Cato. Its not a store that most of my friends have even heard of, but I love their store for the clearance section the most. Its usually where I grab new purses, sunglasses or other accessories.

Doors are suppose to be open at 10am to shop- waites til 10:15 on a Saturday here in December to Christmas shop and finally gave up. No one ever answered the phone either.

Service sucks. They are judgmental. And the kicker, you have to buy something to use the restroom. When you have a young kid with you and they need to potty and are screaming their head off because they have to go, they still refuse you access to the bathroom and told me to let my child wet herself. How inconsiderate. I will never shop there again.

Didn’t greet me when coming in or Acknowledge me during my whole visit at the store. I had to go up to them to even get them to acknowledge me. Pathetic.
