Everything was perfect except at the end, I received a bill that had different amount than I was charged for. Instead of trying to help us understand the bill, the associate immediately said that it was another departments mistake that has nothing to do with the one I am paying for. I am still puzzled about what had really been done on my car and whether I received the service I actually paid for.

Great showroom and Nissan builts really high quality cars. Service at this store is really nice. Lots of car option available for test drive. They took all precautions for covid (year 2020-21), have nice refreshments and a separate kids play area as well if needed.We met Hector and Esther for our car purchase, Hector gave us very details info and no marketing stuff, proactively answered all our questions and queries in transparent manner. Really impressed with high quality service and transparency.

Took my wife’s pathfinder for 60k miles scheduled service at Premier Fremont Nissan. Was greeted and well received by Rafael, well versed and knowledgeable on his job. He advised and we agreed on service. Service was completed in a timely manner and they even went the extra mile to buff out a couple hairlike surfaces scratches on car. We were very pleased with this dealership and highly recommend to all Nissan owners nearby, they also did shuttle service home and a complimentary Carwash! Cannot go wrong with that!

This review is solely for my service appointment today. My advisor was Jamie. It is so nice to have someone listen to your concerns and not to fight with you (unlike the previous dealership cough Toyota). He had the department check all of my concerns. And he was very respectful of my time. I told him I needed my car at a certain time to pick up my daughter(he made sure I got it before my deadline). Its not often that I get good service dealing with anything automotive without my husband by my side. Sad, but thats the world we live in. To flip-the-script on me, Jaime was fantastic. He was not intimidated that I knew what tolerances my disc were, or how I could replace the cabin and engine air filter or any of the automotive technical bits I came prepared with. Normally I get the macho Well, Ive been doing this for XXX years and I know what I am doing!!! No. Jaime was pleasant, and dealt with me professionally and treated me credibly. My experiences on this service - which as something I walked in and asked for - was smooth and relaxed.I got new brake pads, brake fluid, wiper blades, cabin and engine air filters, and of course the needed CVT transmission fluid replacement. It was not a quick and easy day for my car, and everything I did was preventive service, and not because someone upsold me or told me I needed it. Overall one of the best auto service experiences ever. Thanks!
When you buy a car, buy from Miguel. This past sat Aug 21st, i came in to show my family the new 2022 pathfinder i wanted but when we arrived, the one i specifically wanted was there on the lot. Miguel came out, greeted us and immediately asked if i wanted a test drive. After driving with my sister, we both agreed we should try to take it. We were told that people were looking into it and if it wasnt sold that day itll be sent to a different dealer. Miguel was so nice and kind and very professional to me and my family. There was no feeling of being pushy, or intimidated. He asked what i wanted, what i could give, and what he could do to compromise in return. If i know any of my friends that want to get a nissan Ill send them to Fremont cause thats a great place to get a great vibe and service from Miguel and his Co workers. In the end, i lucked out, got the car Ive been wanting and left with a big smile in my new ocean blue pearl 2022 pathfinder.

I live in Hayward and theres a Nissan dealership there but I prefer to take my car to Fremont because of the customer service I receive.
I had great customer service today at Nissan. I really appreciated the ride to and from work while my car was being worked on. Nissan also has a great points program where you can receive discounts and a complimentary car wash.
This was my first service experience with Premier Nissan (oil change/tire rotation/license plate install). I was impressed with the quality of service.
We got there around after 12pm and we got help right away. Rafael gave me a good detail of what the car service was about and go over whats to be done for next service. He told me it will take about almost 3 hours and they have a dropped and picked up service of where ever you wanted to go instead of waiting there for 3hrs which I like. I would recommend Nissan Fremont for any service.

I got the call from the Service Advisor that my vehicle service is finished. I ask if they provide shuttle pick up since I’m less than 2 miles away from dealership they said None Sorry!I showed up and paid the service immediately and advised to wait outside for my car!After patiently waiting for 34 minutes I decided to ask where my vehicle and they act like nothing wrong!I’m very sorry leaving this honest review about my experience it’s really unacceptable after so many years being a Nissan customer I never thought someone can tarnish a perfect service that this dealership provided for me.

I didn’t want to wait at the dealership so I needed a ride home. Nestor dropped me off and picked me back up when my car was ready. No more shuttle vans. So it was just Nestor and I in the vehicle. I’ve always enjoyed coming to Premier Nissan of Fremont to get service on my car. They’re kind and informative here. Always willing to answer any questions I have about the maintenance of my car. This last time I came in, I noticed how they treated my car as if it were their own, with a lot of care and consideration.
I dealt with a young sales person nicknamed Money. She was great. She answered every question, worked with my budget and was never pushy.With Covid it was great to see everyone in masks before I walked in. Other dealerships have knowingly unvaccinated employees mingling and talking to customers.I have already recommended them to several people.
Purchasing a new vehicle is a major purchase that only happens a few time in a persons life. Premier Nissan of Fremont was the best. No pressure in walking the lot looking at their vehicles. Very bad service! Went for just oil and filter change, which costs $50 and ended up paying $130+. They are there for making money, not for service. Returned the car unwashed and parts hanging (didnt connect the parts after service). Fortunate to note before driving back. Also surprised by their honesty. Last time they suggested for battery replacement and asking for around $175 for that, although my car is still under warranty. I was not sure and thus didnt change the battery that time. This time I went with the knowledge of free battery replacement and told them about the battery replacement during the oil change. To my surprise, they mentioned that the battery is in good condition (although I used the car about the same frequency and miles between last few services)! First of all why did they ask for money for changing the battery within warranty period and now why they are not willing to change it? Ill definitely think twice before going there for another service. Never expected such a substandard service from them :(

I took my Infiniti G35 over to Nissan to have some wheel locks replaced. Gabriel was my service advisor and he was polite, courteous and helped me get in and out fast. Great service and would recommend my friends and family bring their Nissan here for service as well.

The service advisor Jamie was courteous and arranged for a ride to take me home. The issue was explained to me clearly and he gave me an estimate. I explained that I would need the vehicle in a few days and should there be a delay in getting the necessary parts, I wanted to be notified. The fix was well done and they took care of a minor brake issue while the car was in the shop. Overall I would recommend Premier Nissan of Fremont to all Nissan vehicle owners whether the vehicle was purchased there or not.
Im not sure how my review got deleted, but your generic response will not make anything better.... I took my car in many times and was told there was nothing wrong with it and it stopped on the freeway... how can you fix that experience? The people at the service department dont return calls but are sitting there at desks when in person. Do not buy a Nissan from this dealer... if you donget it serviced elsewhere and record everything.

Miguel was an absolute delight as we walked in and asked questions regarding the car. His customer service was excellent, well knowledgeable, made the entire process less stressful, and quite a pleasant experience! He looked to get us the best deal possible. Which he did! First time coming here for service since I no longer can drive to my usual spot due to the pandemic. They followed all of the social distancing guidelines. Were nice and accommodating. Ivan was my advisor. He called and discussed what the technician recommended. Understood and respected my decisions relating to my car. When I was waiting for my car to be brought around to leave, he came out and made sure if i had any questions. On my paperwork he priced out the parts and labor that will be needed next time I bring in my car. That is really nice so I can prepare.

We recently transferred to the Fremont location, since Sunnyvale permanently closed. Gabe and the rest of the service team have taken wonderful care of our car and family.The day before we were leaving for a long family road trip, Gabe and team fit us in their schedule and did a full service and inspection of our car.My favorite part of the experience was reviewing and approving the service requests on my phone in the comfort of my home, without having to play phone tag with anyone. Their service website shows what they request to service, why they are requesting it, and the estimated cost - all very helpful and seamless.Gabe and his team were willing to stay late to finish servicing our car, which I really appreciated the gesture. We’re on our family road trip now, and our car feels like it’s in tip-top shape thanks to them!

The service department did an amazing and timely job with completing the repairs on my vehicle. Because it was going to take a day or so to get the parts, I was given a rental vehicle and then contacted promptly when my car was ready. Ruben the service manager was courteous and helpful throughout the whole process! I’ve leased two vehicles with Fremont Nissan and will probably be back again once my current lease is up.

This is an expensive service. Change cabin filter ~80$, replace one tire on Nissan Leaf ~280$. I left my car for one extra day after they said they are done and when my wife was picking it up, she was told to wait 20 min if she wants it to be washed... Premium Nissan - right....I asked them to look into problem with android auto random disconnect (within 10-30 min). I explained at least 5 times that I tried different phones (3), different cables(5+) original or not. All I got back from them - it works with original cable. Android auto works perfectly with my phones and cables in my other cars... I know it is a tough problem, but they were second Nissan Dealership, and I got the same unwillingness to solve my problem with Nissan car... Just lame excuses.I really doubt I would try to buy another Nissan after this ownership experience... Im much more satisfied with KIA/Hyundai service which I owned 5 or so.... sad....Update: Android Auto seems to work with one of my cables... Maybe it was a cable issue, but it still doesnt answer the question why everything works in other cars.... Anyway, I will increase my original rating from 2 to 4 to be fair to the dealership.

I’m very glad to post 5-star comment for Premium Nissan in Fremont, CA. My Nissan Rogue had a noise issue from underneath when releasing the accelerator, and this has last for almost a year. I have had it diagnosed in different workshops but none of their solution works. This drove me frustrated until I took my SUV to Premium Nissan to have a look. The service department was/is very friendly and their technician pinpointed the root issue in just a few hours and had it solved the next day. The noise was caused by the axle shaft misalignment due to the broken castle pin. The problem could be more dangerous if it was not found by Premium Nissan Service Department on time. Now a smoking gun has been removed and I can have the peace back in mind. It is a 100% satisfactory story and they worth a top rate comment in public! Keep the good work!

Bought a new NV200 there on May 2, and it had a bad battery installed despite a pre-delivery inspection. Had to get a AAA jump to drive there and get a new battery. I partially financed the car, but have received no bill paperwork for my first payment despite a first payment due in nine days! And theres still no word on when my license plates will arrive! Now, no one calls back after I messages about all my concerns. My next course would be to contact Nissan Consumer Affairs in TN.

Have been dealing with the Finance department and general manager. I’m trying to get a refund for gap insurance and warranty a car that I sold over a month ago. I was told 4-8 weeks for refund check. 6 weeks later still nothing. I don’t even know what the refund will be. Weird they told me they would receive the refund then forward to me. I sold 2 cars the same week the other dealership emailed me right away. I knew how much of a refund within days of my email. 2 weeks later I had refund checks in hand. This dealership premier Nissan of Fremont I can’t even get a return phone call from the general manager. I’ve emailed twice last week still not even a reply. To say I’m very disappointed is a understatement!!

If 0 stars was an option I would give it a zero. The lady who handles gap cancellations is very unprofessional. She doesnt return calls or emails in a timely fashion and its been two months since I cancelled my gap coverage I gave her all the paperwork she needed and still no sign of my refund.

Never buy from nissan. i was doing a lease buyout and nissan charged me additional 495 for vehicle inspection which is not in my agreement. They kept the vehicle for 6 hours and when i get the vehicle back after inspection i don’t even get the inspection report. i ask the sales rep and she saysshe doesn’t know. looks like they r clueless

I went in and seen the car that I liked. I was able to test drive it and I was able to purchase it all within about an hour and a half or two hours I was definitely satisfied the sales man was very nice.
I came in for a factory recall fixed.Much to my surprise they went over my car and found some things that needed attention much I really appreciate most of all those impressed with the fact that when I got my car back they had washed it I just have a car wash there and that was part of their service and being that I came there on a factory recall I wasn’t paying anything so I guess I was treated very well
Call me to come in for a safety recall. So I set up time to bring it in when I brought the vehicle in I drop the vehicle off then was called later in the day to be told that the part was not available and will not be available for three months so I guess I’m stuck with driving around this vehicle With the safety defect don’t know really why they called me to come in to get this fixed Knowing they did not have the part

I didnt like the service today because when I went to pick up my car, the I had to wait on the guy at the desk to pay. My service advisor didnt tell me what my car was in need of either. Other service advisors like Jaime have gave me more insight on what was wrong with my car.

This dealership is quite nice. We met Esther and the dealership who was really helpful and provided us with a good quote. I did not end up really buying a car but I am considering that I will visit this dealership again if I decide to buy a car. They have a huge collection and it is super easy to get a test ride from their parking lot.
