Put a lease car on maintenance service, took them 5 DAYS to finish the service. During those period I called them to give me updates and I was told they will give me a call back in 2 mins but never did. After returning loaner car, they sent me invoice of $450 for the usage, although I returned the car as soon as they contacted me it’s done. Plus they are the reason why it took so long to do maintenance!!!!! First class service ??? Definitely NOT!!!!
Fraud. They try to take advantage of you when you don’t fully understand how the whole process works. I worked with Yinzhao Jason Yang, and his manager Sang So, for my lease buyoff. They told me I can get the vehicle with a price lower than the residual value, AND, I will get my security deposit back from Mercedes Benz financial services where I leased my car. This is a good deal if it is true. The truth is that they already get the security deposit from Mercedes Benz financial services and count it into my price. I won’t be able to get my deposit back as they already take it, and I only get to know this after I sign the contact and wait for the deposit check but nothing and call Mercedes Benz financial services to find out they already take it into their own pocket.

The team was amazing. No pressure, five star facilities, service from every person on the team, super excited about my vehicle. These guys run a tight program. My husband and son will definitely check it out there facilities for the type card that they want to purchase in the near future.

Leased a brand new car here that kept having the check engine light issue. I tried to work with them but its been such a waste of my time and stress. Long story short, they take your money for a new car with issues, cant fix it, and doesnt do anything about it. Shame on Mercedes and this dealership. My first experience with Mercedes is an ABSOLUTE FAILURE. Pick anything else really, take your pick. In my first-hand experience thus far, bmw, audi, porsche, acura, lexus, mazda, toyota, nissan all have better reliability & customer service after the purchase.

Visited BMW Fremont. The showroom is very futuristic but they dont seem to care for selling cars. I visited and no sales bothered to ask or greet. I finally left for other dealers to look for new car.

Their advisors told us that the maintenance took about 2 hours. We came back after 2 hours, and we waited there for another 2 hours. The experience is awful and I don’t think they manage their process carefully.

My experience was clearly smooth. Much better staff than Stevens creek. Showed up 7 in the morning for my service. Was greeted well and got a loaner in about 20mins and off I go.Was constantly updated by Ken about the progress and giving me options for the fix and ETA. Car was ready by noon, but I got back from work at 555 and took my car back.Car was cleaned inside out as well very satisfied. Will definitely come back for service.
Staff are really helpful, there is an amazing collection of cars, our car buying process was very smooth, the lounge is really luxurious and there are free snacks and drinks, definitely a great place. Mike, one of the sales men, is the one I recommend
I had a flat tire on a road trip and came in for repair on a busy Saturday. Aaron Ginn’s service here was exceptional. He was very informative, helpful, and understanding. He also tried to help us get out ASAP. Highly recommend this dealership.

One of the worst place to take your brand new Mercedes Benz. They don’t take good care of your car. I brought 2015 C300 in 2015 and we never even drank coffee inside car because accidentally we never want to take the chance. In Feb 2018 my car 2 windows were broken and they took my laptop bags(passenger side front and driver side back). Took my car to the to this place. The Benz rep told me he will take care of everything. 2 weeks went by called the service center he kept saying the insurance guys are not responding. After 2 week I get a call the insurance guy came and left check for only $400 and left in 5 mins, that the service Benz rep went out for lunch so he couldn’t start the work. After ~1 month and 2 weeks going back and forth with benz rep and insurance was painful to get the car ready. However they never gave me a replacement car so I took the replacement car through my insurance (I am paying for taxes for all those day from out of pocket). However I went through the same process with Benz service center in (arrowhead) AZ going to claim process never was this painful, always premium service experience. Then finally I got my car, my inside of the car still has broken window glass pieces, I was shock. The interior was totally dirty ( beige interior) dark black lines everywhere on roof and sides of the interior, dashboard cockpit the wood panel was scratches horribly. Front driver door was jammed. Called the rep and told him everything he apologies and requested to bring the car in and gave me replacement car. After 3 day went to pick up my car. The interior scratches were same inside, they cleaned the glass piece. I couldn’t remove the scratches till now. Careless and worst to be called MERCEDES BENZ service center. Waste of my time to call or write review in there website.
$300 to replace one tire on leased car of same model. . but service was good and provided courtesy car

Just thought to do test drive of GLA 250 but did not had a good experience. The floor manager seems to be a bit rude. He asked me few questions about the car and while i was answering his crew started making faces and giggling behind my back. So this is how they treat there customers by making fun of them on their faces.This is soo un-professional. I would have fired that floor manager if i have been his boss.
